As someone said before, "its $6 pizza buffett". No real issues with CiCi's pizza except usually ran really poorly. Either there is no manager around, just a poor cashier and cook to do everything, or there are 8 associates just standing there talking about anything and everything they can. BRING BACK THE ALFREDO SAUCE, I hate the marinara sauce they currently use on the pasta. It was so much nicer/fresher to have plain pasta and you put as much or little sauce as you want. Today its already mixed in and just sits there. Making the pasta all limp and tasteless. This time we arrived just after 9pm on a Friday night just wanting a quick bite. We were surprised how busy they were. You know, the last time I visited here was when I was 12 years old. This place did not change one bit. The place is still a very fun atmosphere and the staff are very generous, however their variety of pizza is not very exciting and quite bland. They only have around 12 different pizza flavors, toppings, and sauces to choose from. It is the same ol' macaroni, spinach, pepperoni, and cheese pizza there. When are they going to at least offer their customers more vegetables or even the option of vegan pizza? Unfortunately, we couldn't offer our friend a vegan option because there was none to be found. The only thing that wowed me about this place is the family-friendly arcade games and quarter vending machines. It definitely amused the toddler that was with us. Let me start by saying the only reason I went here is because my son wanted to eat here for his birthday... The place was a mess, smelled like feet and the employees appeared to be very unhappy. The regular pizza(pepperoni, sausage) were only barely passable as pizza. The rest of the offerings were just plain disgusting. The salad bar if you want to call it that consisted of old brown lettuce, over ripe tomatoes, I could go on but I won't bother. The price of 6.95 is very fair but I felt like I did not get my money's worth. Please do not waste your time or money going here. Have had better pizza out of a microwave. This place is not what it used to be... now you can't place personal orders, you need to pick up your own plates, and the brownies were raw!!! I like that they don't pass by your table with a trash can anymore but you would think since they no longer have to pay someone to clean and bust tables then the service at the buffet should be better! This was a nice affordable buffet, overall good atmosphere. Behind the counter they kept very clean but out on the floor could use a little work such as the chairs and tables being pushed back. I will say the Alfredo sauce is definitely better then the marinara. But again it's $5.99 for an adult then $1.89 for a drink, I didn't expect much for the price but a good value. Who doesnt love Cicis Pizza... Not only do I love the prices but there is always more than enough variety of food for everyone to enjoy... especially my picky eaters. Cici's has changed a lot over the last year. You now have to bus your own table and most of the serving containers/utensils are plastic or cardboard. We used to go to Ci-ci's nearly every weekend, but now it's more like a couple of times a year. The atmosphere has changed and it seems like more and more, people are just there to pig out. I don't eat that much and it was a good place to go, but now I can do just as well eating at a fast food joint. My fiancé and I went out for late night pizza with some friends last night and decided to go to CiCi's. I had never been there before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. We showed up around 9.30 at night, and paid for ourselves. There were a few other people in the restaurant but it wasn't too busy. I didn't try all of the pizza, but of what I did eat it was decent... Obviously it had been sitting there for a while, but we knew it would be like that. The Mac and cheese pizza was pretty good, oddly enough. The buffet offered several types of thin crust pizza with a small salad bar and a soup station. They put out fresh cheesy garlic bread for us, and it was delicious! My fiancé really wanted a supreme pizza with all the toppings, and they made him a fresh one! 10 o'clock rolled around, and the kind woman who checked us out came around with to-go boxes, and let us know they would be closing soon. She said we were welcome to take anything from the buffet that we wanted, otherwise it would be tossed away in the trash. I wonder how much food they throw away on the daily... My family and I recently visted CiCi on 3/13/13 for my nephews pre birthday celebration. We had a total of 5 buffet and my aunt ask the cashier if she could just order a pizza for 12 for her two girls instead of the buffet because she knew her two daughters wouldnt eat every much. She is not use to a salad bar that is so limited so she chose not to eat. The cashier said with her managers approval she could order a pizza and eat it at CiCi. Once the mananger walked up to my Aunt she was very rude and accused my aunt of wanting to buy a pizza and eat at the buffet. Assuming that she was going to try to take extra pizza home. My aunt makes a lot of money, there is no reason why she needs to scam at a low budget 5 buffet. The only reason why we agreed to go there was because of my nephew. So the manager assumed and talk down to my aunt in front of the other families. Never did she ask my aunt what her request was. I have been in customer service for years and Ive never witnessed such disrespect. Ive been called all types of names for no reason and never have I yelled at a customer they way that the manager Abbie yelled at my Aunt. I asked Abbie to lower her voice because we were not yelling and she told me that she would talk anyway she please. When I asked for the corporate number twice she ignored me. After and that she called a renta cop threw us out. I didnt plan on eating there after we felt disrespected.
