I wanted to leave a well-deserved review for Chili's Grill & Bar because this location has been consistently amazing every single time I order from them. I order to-go frequently, and I honestly cannot think of a single bad experience I've had here. They always get my order correct, my drinks are made right, the food is hot and fresh every time, and nothing ever tastes old or bland. They also always make sure to include extra sauces whenever I request them, which I really appreciate because a lot of places overlook little details like that. What stands out the most is the customer service. Even though I'm only picking up to-go orders and not dining in, the staff still goes above and beyond and always greets customers with a smile. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a good job and making sure people leave happy. Consistency is hard to find nowadays, and this Chili's absolutely deserves recognition for it. Stopped in for a late lunch as we were in the area. There's lots of parking and the hostess was very nice. We were seated in a booth about in the middle and within 20 minutes the whole section filled up with high school kids. Our server was Lexi and she was great - very, very busy but managed to take good care of us. The menu has a lot of options but the big draw seems to be the 3 for Me special. There are 3 price levels depending on which entree you choose. Starting at $10.99 you get a starter, a main and a beverage. We both started with salads, shared the Big Smasher Burger and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and chose lemonade to drink. The sandwiches came with more fries than any one person should eat and all the food was fresh and tasty. We had a couple gift cards to use up so off to Chili's we went. My dad is in a wheelchair. You never realize how difficult things can be until you have a wheelchair situation. First, there are double doors so it's a task navigating through both of them. If people are around, they are alway glad to help. It brings out the best in people!! We wanted to sit in the restaurant, but had to sit in the bar because of the wheelchair. We didn't mind, but the bartender was also the server, so it took a while to get our orders in and for any follow up. She did a great job but she had to handle both the bar and all the tables in the bar area by herself. My kudos to her. That's a lot to put on one person and she handled it well. Our order came out lickity split! They have people who bring out the food and they are on it!! Great job! I had a chicken salad and my dad had chicken wings. Both were pretty good! No complaints! By the way, they have some pretty good happy hour deals: $4 on select 22oz drafts and $3 on select 16 oz drafts. $5 house wine, $6 Marg of the month, and $7 tequila trifecta. My brother in law loves Chilis and surprisingly, I had never been to one. My two adult kids, their spouses and wife came here for dinner after talking about Chili's many times. I am trying to cut down on my red meat, pork, and other types of food due to some health issues so was bummed as I had to just have a chicken plate. So kind of bummed to not try the ribs but had already had my pork/red meat fill for this week. I loved this place had some chicken tenders and fries and they were excellent. Service was a bit slow but that was a staffing issue not the servers fault as they were working hard. Table had several mix platters with a variety of items like cheese sticks, sliders, chicken wings and other items and they all really enjoyed the food. Trying to keep the phone away from dinner so did not take pics but ambiance is cool and place was packed. Can't wait to come back and try the ribs or a hamburger. read more

We also tried the triple fajita. IT wasn't as big as it seemed on the menu and grilled veggies didn't seemed grilled enough to have some dark spots today. My wife and I recently met a friend and had lunch at the Chili's restaurant in Aurora. Our server took our order. Someone else brought our food and re-filled our water glasses. There was nothing else the server did for us. I paid for our friend's meal. For our "group" of three, our server charged an automatic 20% tip! The check shows "Tip", not "gratuity" nor "service charge". Although these other names are simply semantics. I paid the check as not to cause a scene, but I just think this is disgusting. If those who go to this Chili's location and are okay with being charged an automatic, mandatory 20% tip, then good for them. But for others, my suggestion is to pay with cash; pay what tip you feel is appropriate, not what the server demands! Will never eat at this Chili's location again! And will bring cash to any other Chili's location! read more

Social distancing and masks are a must. My family and I dined here last night. We had to move from one table, due to it having lots of stains and wasn't clean well. I was set down and after 10 minutes wait I asked an employee if it was possible to see the waitress. I was told she would be with me shortly. That was another 5 minutes thus taking up 15 minutes of my 45 minute lunch time. The management came over and started to explain how they had two call ins. The restaurant at 1 was all but empty. Upon heading to the airport to fly home, we wanted some lunch and couldn't decide what we wanted. We ended up going with Chili's and picked the spot closest to our car rental location. The man who greeted us was sooo kind and seated us within a minute, reminding us of happy hour and letting him know our server would be right with us. The server was absolutely incredible and we could tell she knew what she was doing! We ordered our food and it came at the perfect time, app just a bit before and as we finished it, our entrees. The server came to check in here and there, filling our waters promptly which was greatly appreciated. We could see the server greeting a handful of regulars that clearly knew her and she knew them, their order and was such a kind, positive presence! We got a dip, some crispers (with macaroni and fries) and some wings. Super tasty and we were so bummed that we could not take it home to eat later as we were boarding a flight in the next couple hours. Ordered take-out from here the other day and it was a great experience. Ordered online and it was to be ready in 30 minutes for pick up! The packaging was pretty good, however, the to go usage could have been better. The food was a bit cold when I got home. And they pretty much packaged every item separately, which made for a lot of plastic trays. The food, on the other hand, is soooo good. If you haven't tried the Chipotle Honey Chicken Crispers, what are you waiting for? It's like heaven in your mouth. And you can't beat the 3 for $10 deal. One of the last but still good restaurant chains. went there on 8/17/24 got the 3 for me smasher burger and fries which was awesome but whatever you do don't order the salad for your appetizer lol it was the smallest salad I have ever had and my wife and I were laughing the whole time. took about 3 bites to finish the salad and there was more dressing and croutons than there was lettuce. I so always loved going to Chili's in the past. Our small group of 4 arrived during the lunch hour for a quick bite to eat. Understandably, I know everyone is short staffed. We were seated in the bar and it took a very long time to even be greeted at our table. I asked several people to send our server over as we needed to be out of there quickly. It took well over 5 minutes to even get our waiter. I logged into my account on their rewards program in the meantime. We never received by free chips and salsa even after I reminded our waiter that it was on my rewards. I ordered a half sandwich and soup on the lunch special which was mediocre at best. It's probably one of the few chain restaurants I don't mind frequenting. Tonight was a late night nosh for me and my daughter after wedding dress shopping at David's Bridal. We sat at the bar and enjoyed chips and salsa with beers and boneless hot wings. I'm getting too old for this late night snacking!! (As I chew on a couple Tums ) The booths in the dining room were being deep cleaned so we sat at the bar. People were bustling about and it was a little annoying because the atmosphere wasn't one of enjoyment in a restaurant. The tv screens had hockey and basketball and some other absolutely nutter channels streaming Bartender was nice but distracted with the ToGo orders. Made me regret sitting here. Oh well. I did not enjoy the boneless wings as they are NOT WINGS!! It's chunks of breast meat and just tastes wrong. But my daughter likes them, so...... whatever. The one thing which I disliked about the evening was the staff cleaning and bustling about while I tried to enjoy my food, my beer and my daughter. I really like our local Chili's. We usually do curbside pickup, but when we've gone inside the service has always been perfect, and the ambiance is enjoyable. Their chicken/shrimp pasta is perfectly cheesy, and butter toast delicious, and the leftovers are just as good. Their Guiltless Grill Ancho Salmon has increased in price significantly, but their rewards plan makes it worth it. It is some of the tastiest salmon I have had, and it comes with a awesome tasting choice of sides to include broccoli and corn, my favorites. Furthermore, their Big Mouth Bites are bomb-digga-de. They have caramelized onions, bacon, and cheese!!! No more is needed. Now, all that being said, I am saddened as they have discontinued their Buffalo Crispy Chicken Salad. Great service! We went in on a Sunday afternoon. Zach was our waiter and he was attentive and quick. The restaurant is big and seats a lot of people, but you don't feel like you're in on other people's conversations. Everything was well-kept and cleaned in the dining area. The bathrooms did need a little attention, but I wouldn't expect anything more from a family-friendly chain. In spirit of the TikTok trend, we of course got the triple dipped and it was totally worth it. I loved the fried mozzarella. It was perfectly crisp on the outside and gooey and stretchy on the inside. The crispers had a great sauce, the outside wasn't particularly crispy though. The sliders were okay! I think the meat was a little over cooked, but they still tasted great. The ranch was superb, it's very liquidy (like water), but great flavor. The Chicken Enchilada Soup is incredible, I highly recommend it. Of course we also ended with the Molten Lava Cake. You can have Chili's without ending with that cake. Overall, great experience! This was one location we first visited when we were deciding to move to Denver This place is not too busy so we like that a lot. The food, pretty much the same from one location to the next. Love the appetizers ! Especially the Happy Hour special prices. The bar and dining area is setup like our favorite location in Phoenix. The drinks: tasty and just the right amount of liquor. I'm loving the Titos Punch. Rum,pineapple juice,Tito' s Vodka, what's not to love? And need I mention the 70's music in the background? Ahhhhh, the memories.
