It's the perfect elevated breakfast experience for friends, family gatherings, celebrations & holidays.

This brunch goes all out & has been a hallmark experience in Denver for two decades. It's the perfect elevated breakfast experience for friends, family gatherings, celebrations & holidays. Sunday Brunch is held at The Garden Terrace on the main floor inside The Inverness. A new addition to brunch was the champagne wall where we built our own mimosas. There was also a champagne cart that traveled around the dining room that continually topped us off; drinks were bottomless! The servers were wonderful - friendly & attentive. There were countless food options at the brunch buffet including Crab Legs, Shrimp, Mussels, Slow Roasted Prime Beef, Chicken Pot Pie, Waffles, Stuffed French Toast, Eggs Benedict, Bacon, Sausage, Sushi & so much more. The omelet station was my favorite - I ordered one loaded with fresh veggies & cheese. The eggs were piping hot & fluffy in texture and each bite was filled with bright vegetables. The jalapenos added nice spice offset by the savory cheddar cheese. The dessert bar had everything including Cinnamon Rolls, Vanilla Panna Cotta, Oreo Brownie Parfaits, Cheesecake, & more.

Love the Sunday champagne brunch here with an amazing buffet! Bottomless mimosas just keep coming with their attentive service, and there are 100+ food options! You've got your regular savory and sweet breakfast options, an omelette station, a prime rib station, chilled seafood selection, sushi, charcuterie, and tons of desserts. It's like Vegas!

Jan 3rd Monday - only buffet is open for breakfast

We went down to The Garden Terrace for breakfast on a Monday during our stay at Inverness hotel. To our surprise, they were only serving buffet and not from their menu, even though the night before when we were chatting with an employee at the reception we were told we'd be able to order from the menu. No big deal though - we figured maybe they were short staffed due to something covid related. There was only one waitress waiting the tables and not many people there, and the waitress was incredibly attentive and nice. She reminded us when we only had 5 minutes for the buffet and such, in addition to checking on us for coffee/water often, which I appreciated. For the buffet (keep in mind this is a weekday buffet, not their Sunday one that majority of the reviews are on) they had a few different pastries, potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, eggs Benedict, pancakes, oatmeal (toppings were sliced almonds, brown sugar, dried apricots). They also had a fruit/yogurt area and an omelette/fresh egg station. The potatoes were ok and it was nice to have the fresh egg option for sure. Pancakes were a bit dry from sitting in the buffet area too long and while the eggs Benedict were tasty, the English muffin on the bottom was super dry (same reason as the pancake situation I assume) and the knife wouldn't actually cut it (unless you shook the table real hard) - but the taste was good! Overall though the service was very good and this was an average weekday buffet breakfast in a hotel for $20ish per person with decent amount of options. We probably won't be back solely because there are many options around, though I do wish we had had a chance to try their a la carte menu.

Plan well or plan to return because there are so many choices

The Garden Terrace has an amazing Sunday brunch that shouldn't be missed. If you make reservations early you can also get a great view of the golf course and the lake. The Denver Inverness hotel lobby is really pretty as is the restaurant. We were one of the first to arrive at 9:30 and the servers seemed a little behind. Our server was kind, but hardly spoke and left us wondering if we should head to the buffet or wait after we were seated. The server covering the tables next to us made an exceptional effort to talk to the guests and to explain what was on the buffet and what special drinks he could offer. He asked questions about them and their visit. He was endearing! The live jazz music was an excellent addition to the beautiful buffet. There is no way you can even eat a little of everything so you should plan multiple dates to return. So many amazing, beautifully plated choices. The chef at the omelette station deserves the highest award for his kindness and his omelet making skills. Best omelette we ever had!

Sunday brunch buffet is very good choice. There's something for everyone. Prime Rib, Pork, lamb, duck, shrimp, crab legs. Fruit. Soup. Omelette made to order. Waffles & pancakes (dress them up with chocolate or berries, whip cream and syrup). Smoked fish and bagel with salmon set up. The desserts have there own space across the room. Come hungry.

Went here l for Sunday brunch with my girlfriend to celebrate my birthday, we loved it! I love the variety of food choices! We didn't even get to try more than about 60% of the options because there was SO much! But this isn't a buffet that aims for quantity only, the food is wonderful! The crab legs l, shrimp and smoked salmon were good, it's Colorado so we're not known for the best seafood, but we liked it, it hit the spot for sure. The shrimp with polenta and seared sea scallops...mmmmmm... probably my favorite! I love the small plate offerings, as well as the prime rib. Sushi wasn't too bad either, but it said hand rolls were and option in the website and I was a little bummed this wasn't an option. Let's talk deserts.... wow! Talk about options!!! Yummy matcha macarons and I highly recommend the bread pudding and pecan pie bars. I liked that they have a flambé desert option, so fun! Lastly, I appreciate they did a pretty good job keeping my mimosa glass full! If you go here plan to spend a few hours, it's a great time to eat a little of everything, have good conversation and keep going back to test as much as you can!

We ordered their shrimp and crawfish fondeaux and garlic bread for the table, which was incredible, possibly the best garlic bread and fondeaux I've ever had! Their Caesar salad was good, but what really stood out was the blackened catfish. I love catfish, and this catfish was perfectly grilled and seasoned. The rice and beans on the side were great as well, the beans being slightly smokey and spicy. I really, really cannot recommend this place enough! We went during weekday lunch time, and while it wasn't very busy we still wait almost 45 minutes before we received our dishes or appetizers. When they came out, the waiter let us know it was because the red beans and rice needed to be made fresh. But he still could have brought everything else out? We asked him for a kids water cup too and he just brought us an empty cup.

Staff was very friendly and organized since it was a Saturday evening at prime dinner hour, our server Megan was on her game taking care of our 6 Top table of hungry family members. She started us with wine and cocktail then moving onto starters and entrees, checking on our table ensuring that all was good and everybody was happy. The menu offers a variety of items and what we ordered was delizioso, I really enjoyed the Artichoke and Hummus starter which gave all at our table a taste of the unique way it was prepared. Very good and reminded me alot of the prep when we visited Italy. The Seabass was fresh and cooked to perfection and the Scallops on a bed of Risotto was amazing. No complaints from anyone at our table and the portions were perfect. Megan then brought a display of today's Dolce which all looked amazing, we ordered a variety and sampled them all. Unique little tasty bites that were just enough to satisfy the sweet tooth. Seasons 52 offers a great wine list and cocktails as well as beers. FOOD Overall good food, if a little odd. The baked gnocchi and cherry tomatoes in a pesto sauce turned out to be a lot soupier than I expected. My son's pork was well-received. The house-specialty flatbread we had for the table was good. Desserts are served in, effectively, shot glasses. I don't know that it means the portions were any smaller than on a plate, and it made it convenient for the waiter to bring out a display carrier, but it was still a bit odd. One thing that struck me was that everything -- from the flatbread, to the Caesar salad, to the gnocchi, to the dessert, was just a bit sweeter than I was expecting. Not offputtingly so, but a little surprising. SERVICE Service was reasonably good, and our waiter generally showed up when we needed them. I had a dirty knife (promptly replaced with a full utensil kit). ATMOSPHERE The place is just plain noisy. At a booth for four, we had problems with conversation, and in hearing the waiter. Part of this is because they have about a half-dozen too many tables squeezed into the main dining area, among other things guaranteeing you'll brush or bump into chairs on your way to your table, even on the perimeter. One the one hand, it's a good sign that they're doing good business in pulling in a lot of customers; on the other hand, it contributes to making it not a good place for an intimate date. NET-NET We've eaten here before, with similar noise and crowd issues (the holidays are especially challenging). I wouldn't object to be invited by someone to dine here again, but I wouldn't go out of my way to make reservations here myself.
