This location is always clean and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. The management team stays on top of things and makes sure the customers are well taken care of. The cinnamon rolls are great, the pizza is a great value, and I highly recommend ordering the buffalo chicken pizza with jalapeño if you want to get a little crazy with it add some pineapple to it as well. After you finish eating, you can check out the newly renovated arcade area. It's a good time. read more

This is just follow up from a prior reported incident...I reported an incident via here & to yelp. I spoke with the manager (Mr Josh/John Solo) regarding the posted complaint and he said he would review "footage" and contact me back. He never did. I called the store on 1/12/23 to inquire of the incident & he stated that they supported the staff. Just beware that even the upper management at this establishment are liars & support abuse of customers and the police department. I have contact information from a random customer that I don't even know as a witness to what happened. If anything ever happens to you here...RECORD IT because they will initially act concerned and then lie to cya on their end. read more

Today, 5/1/22 we went to get lunch. My husband was looking forward to his favorite pizza. We noticed it wasn't out and my husband asked the woman at the counter for a taco pizza and said she'll have it out in 20 minutes. He waited and waited and it never came out. I finally got up and asked and the woman quickly went to the kitchen and asked about it and the cook lady shook her head and said they didn't know they had to make one. The lady came out and said they just now got the order and wait another 20 minutes. Even though we finished and were quite upset about our experience here. I know this is all petty, but we never had an issue until now and we were looking forward to our favorite pizza. read more

Wow! I went with my family for a casual meal at Cici's. I wasn't expecting much, but a gentleman with dark blonde hair and a beard working the front counter greeted, and kindly attended us. He asked for the age of our toddler and informed us that 3yo's get a free drink. After we were all done with our first plate he went around and checked on all the tables. He even went as far as asking the customers speaking Spanish, " Todos bien aquí?" Translating to, " Everyone doing ok?" I can't think of a time a Cici's employee asked me that. But, also the older Hispanic lady picking up plates was quickly going around and checking if any plates needed to be picked up. This is far from what im used to and I'm very happy we came to this Cici's. read more

On a rainy, cold Monday night, this place was still hopping. Great for its prospects, not so great for SETX's obesity epidemic. I digress. Sometimes, you just need to go to Cici's and eat as much as you possibly can. I highly recommend eating the toppings off the bread so you can eat even more. My grandma got some salad, pasta, and other things before her pizza, which she said were okay, but I went straight for the slices. The manager brought us out several slices of BBQ pizza upon request, piping hot, and then also cooked up a couple more for the buffet. My fave. I wish I'd requested the taco pizza as well, but I forgot. The usual- alfredo, spinach, pepperoni, mac&cheese, etc. slices were out and ready for me to go HAM on. For the first time in all the years I've visited this Cici's, I also got all three desserts. That's what happens when you go without Cici's for years. You just go for it. The brownies were wayyyy better than I expected. They should sell you a dessert only buffet for half the price. There's a profitability idea for you, manager! (He was complaining to us about needing to spend $8,000 to buy a new coke machine because the ice thing was broken. That's why there's no fifth star. I've been eating at this location since I was a small child! I'm an adult now. This location has gone downhill in the last 4 or so years. When I was a kid we made weekly trips to CiCis with our family friends. I have been getting the buffalo chicken pizza from here for at least 10 years. When I was in high school I started getting it to go because it was my favorite food! I was vegetarian for a while so I'd get it without chicken & for the longest time some of the managers would harass me every time I got it and when I ate in store come up to my table and lean over nagging me about why I didn't get chicken on it even though I repeatedly told them I was vegetarian!!! Recently whether I get a good pizza or a bad pizza has been hit or miss. The last two times I have had to return my pizza! The first time it was DROWNING in buffalo sauce and the last time it looked like a big piece of dough with - sauce on it. I never felt the need to leave a review until last time! I told them that the pizza did not look how it normally looks and the manager on duty looked at me and said it did. Like ok? No it doesn't lol. I explained how it was different and he kept snapping back with a reply shutting me down rather than simply listening to me, a life long customer, and apologizing. He then proceeded to tell me he'd been there 8 years after I said I've been getting this pizza for years... ok I've been getting this pizza since I was a KID lol. Not to mention that's not how you talk to customers whether you think/know you're right or not. When I told him I wanted a return he said ok and put the pizza underneath the buffet rather than throwing it away.... I can't say for sure if it was put out as I immediately left but if it was that shits nasty. That pizza left the store and came back and you have no idea where it went or whose hands it was in, even if it just went out the door and came back in. read more

Cici's Pizza is possibly the best value in town. They have made changes recently, which I'm sure were necessary for business reasons, but from a customer standpoint they were a step in the wrong direction. Rather than a salad bar, they now offer a couple of pre-mixed salads. Rather than offering plain pasta with two sauces, a white and a red, they now have macaroni in a red sauce and no white sauce available at all. Oddly, I am less upset by this than I might be because they also no longer offer the really yummy cheesy garlic bread they once had. That garlic bread covered with that white sauce and sprinkled with little Parmesan cheese was heaven on a plate. It was also a heart attack on a plate. You win some, you lose some. They are quite accommodating if you want special toppings on your pizza. I often hit them up for something with jalapeño peppers. For about five or six bucks they give you all the pizza (surprisingly good pizza, by the way) you can eat along with some pasta, some salad and some kick-butt cinnamon rolls. This store is terrible! 0 stars!!! Waited in line behind someone that ordered the same as me, well I was charged $3 more for the same pizza. When I disputed it the so called GM Josh proudly let me know he owned the store so he was allowed to charge me whatever he wants. WOW. I asked for the district manager # but was told that he (Josh) was the highest authority I would get because he doesn't have a boss. So I very kindly gave him his pizza. THEN went out to my car called to place the order over the phone was quoted the correct price went in paid for my pizza proceeded to find Josh and gave him my receipt! Totally not necessary. Always a great experience when Shawn is there. He's very welcoming and wants to meet the needs of the guests who come in to dine or even carry out. The other manager seems to care less and always has a frown - but even that negativity can't lose a star overall. This is my brother's favorite place and it's always his first choice when he chooses dinner out in town! Lots of new pizza combos out on the buffet, but you can request anything special made and brought to your table! read more

OMG What happened? Worse food ever!! Watered down salad dressing. I ordered pizza for the table, and those are now small in size. 6 pizzas on counter and those were old, hard, stale. The pepperoni was greasy on top and on the bottom of the crust. Employee said company was changing things. I have worked sales and promotions for 30yrs and if things stay like this, i see a company possibly going bankrupt in the future. read more

I seriously do not understand how this place is not shut down already. The few times I have been here as a kid, I didn't like it then, and I took a chance as an adult to try it and it was utterly disgusting! Bugs were everywhere, in the air and around the food. Kids were everywhere which was to be expected. There is so much room for cross-contamination of germs and worse because people can just reuse their plates and get whatever they want off the pizza plates. After eating here I got violently ill and my boyfriend did as well, but not to the same extent. I will spare you the details but I needed lots of medication to stop my body from rejecting everything I have ever put inside it. I will never set foot in this place again.
