Horrible restaurant! Visited in 12/2018 and encountered a buffet littered with nothing but cold pizza. Jonny the individual supposedly maintaining the buffet denied this although the cheese was visibly cold. 5 minutes later he replaced all the pizza. I reported the visit to customer service and spoke with gentleman in charge of this location. I was promised a refund but am still waiting for it to arrive in the mail. May be time to contact better business bureau on this horrible location!! read more

The only guy working lied to my face 3 times. My friend and I both had birthday rewards so we decided to drive an hour to get them. We walked in and the single guy working the store decided we were going to be on the same ticket, accepted my friends coupon, and then told me there could only be 1 coupon per order. I said no problem we're not together and never said we were so it's separate transactions. He said, "well too late I've already rung it up you have to pay there's nothing I can do." Excuse me, you can't delete something? The man flat out refused to accept responsibility and just do two separate transactions so I just paid. Big mistake. Clearly, he just wanted to make some money. Desserts were coming out by request and my friend had gone up and asked for several things to be made special so I went up and asked for brownies, which weren't out yet. The same manager said "We don't make those anymore." I was like okay let's do cinnamon rolls then please, and he said they don't make them either. There's posters all around the store for cinnamon rolls and the website prominently features both brownies and cinnamon rolls. Just blatant lies because he didn't want to make them. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. And to top it all off, the radio station blaring through the speakers was a Christian radio station that played 3 songs and spent the rest of the 40 minutes begging for money. While on a weekend in Lancaster County, we finished a tour at the Amish House and Farm attraction (next to the Target) and were starving, my bff was in a pizza mood and we decided to check it out, I had seen ads for this place here in NJ but no where can one be found, at least close to me that is. We went in and with the price, it couldn't be beat, the salad was fresh and delicious, the pasta was plentiful and I really enjoyed the sauce, for a fast food joint, it was pretty good, a great variety of pizzas (I've NEVER seen a mac and cheese pizza before) I enjoyed the flipped pizza, the spinach pizza was great, and I got 'adventurous' and tried the pineapple and ham pizza...it was actually pretty good. For 7 bucks...it was all good!! That cinnamon bun type of dessert was pretty good!! Great place for families! read more

Hmmm, what to say.... First off, I got there right when they opened, and I looked inside and saw they didn't have any Pizzas ready. So I walked into the nearby GameStop for a few minutes. I got back, and as I sat down, there still weren't Pizzas, I have to wait 10 minutes after they opened to get Pizza, which is why I'm there in the first place? The arcade has, what I call, the typical restaurant arcade games, a shooter, a few cranes, a racing game and a basketball game, nothing of interest for me to play. Once the pizzas started coming out, they seemed to do half and half on each, not sure if this was because it wasn't crowded or what, but I usually don't want another type of pizza touching the pizzas I'm gonna eat. To top it off, I got some pasta. The Alfredo sauce was cold, the noodles weren't cooked right, and the garlic bread was meh. As well, the pizza tasted like it was from Little Cesars, and here, not in a good way... I will admit though, the place was clean. For the $8.25 I wasted here, I could have used half of that to buy Oblivion at GameStop next door. There are plenty of other places in the area that you can eat at. read more

Used to be better when it opened a few years ago. Haven't been here for a year, you can tell no one cares. Floors are greasy (slide to the soda machine), tables all over restaurant not cleaned the whole time we were there, and about 6 workers standing around in the back. It's obvious no one is supervised here. Food is ok, typical Cici's. We did hear them yelling out back to stop standing there and make some pizzas. read more

I wasn't upset because for my wife my son an I the total cost was $20. If I had spent more I would have really been upset. This maybe the worst food I have ever tasted. I could not take two bites of anything I tried. I have had better frozen supermarket pizza. Pasta salad taste like cardboard. Even the desert pizza's horrible. If you having a birthday party for children under five years old this maybe your place. The restaurant was clean and the staff were all very nice. It's a cici's cheap pizza buffet. What do you expect from a buffet that costs less than $6? It's clean, they keep the buff well stocked, they are friendly and everything tastes like any other cici's I have been to. read more

The price for what you get is amazing! and while it is a chain i think the food is pretty good quality only downside is it can attract large crowds often so if your looking for a nice quiet dinner/lunch it may be best to skip. read more

Reopened same strip mall just a different location. Pizza is ok o good but they have a stuffed pretzel pizza dough pizza that is great! But it's inexpensive so you can take a family and eat heap. read more

Excellent food, great selection and friendly. A real steal for the price. The place was incredibly clean thanks to Brooke who was very busy in the dining room busing tables and making sure the tables were spotless. My family and I were in CiCi's last week. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Some of the Verities of there pizza works excellent and some were a little dry.Overall great bang for your buck. On Tuesday kids ten and under eat free with each paying adult. read more

OMG this place rocks!!!! We have no CiCi's in New York...WE HAVE GOT TO GET SOME!!! This place was great...the pizzas were so fresh and what a choice, about 12 different kinds at once and rotating flavors so when i was there they had about 15 kinds. Me and my brother came here to eat today, and as we were dining a worker walked up to us and asked if we were gay. Then kept insisting on asking us even though we didn't want to answer. My children, my husband, and I go to Cici's Pizza in Lancaster every few months. We love it there and try to get there as often as we can! We were there at the end of June and were thrilled by the $5 lunch buffet! It's a cheap place to go for all you can eat, and we love it there! The food is always great and the employees are always so friendly and helpful. Eric I believe was his name was very nice. He asked us how everything was and if there was anything he could get us. We were greeted by a pretty young lady up front, Alyssa, and she asked us if we were familiar with the buffet and even asked us what our favorite pizza was! She had a great smile and was very sweet. I heard her explaining the buffet to newcomers and could tell she really enjoyed her job! We love the mac and cheese pizza the best!! And the signature dressing for the salad! read more

Usually great service at cicis but this time we got here at 9:15pm, a group of five with young kids. We paid and sat down after looking over the selection we noticed there was no cheese pizza on the line we then asked if they could make a cheese pizza for us but was told the pizza ovens had been shut off for the night. Seriously!!! You couldn't have told us before we paid, that we could only pick through the mummified pizza left on the line since no new pizzas were being made tonight? So now the kids that only like cheese pizza, a staple in any eatery with pizza, are forced to suffice with garlic bread and cinnamon rolls. All on a Friday at that. Then after that disappointing episode with the pizza ovens an employee comes over to our table not to apologize but to ask of we are done visiting the pasta bar of the line. At this point we felt as if we were just an inconvenience to these people rather than a paying customer. We are not happy with this visit. read more
