Kaleena. The General manager is the goat every Single time that we visit cc she's always here she's definitely a hard worker and it has been proven for months even years now! The selection is usually not too huge but they have absolutely no issue with making any pizza that you want on the bar and it's all done to perfection! After a day of shopping my partner was starving so we decided to check in at one of our recently revived food chains for a Keto-friendly dinner. This is the WORST Cici's Pizza I have EVER attempted to eat at. When we arrived we were not greeted and the restaurant was a mess. As in food on the floor, tables not bussed, the bar was not stocked and food was strewn about the area. The floor was sticky and even the air was thick. We opted to make our own crustless pizza, ordered wings and were told "10 minutes" on the pizza. In the mean time I thought I would make a salad and munch on a wing or two There were no cucumbers, broccoli, onions, mushrooms or any of the other regular items on the salad bar. Then I noticed something dripping from the ceiling by the pizza bar and it was leaking! As in a plastic bin beside the hot bar catching dirty ceiling water smh. At this point I'm grossed out to the max and I then notice an employee leave the store and talk to another employee out front. During this exchange she rubbed her hands all over her face and scratched her scalp a few times. After a while she came back in and walked straight behind the prep area and started touching handles and food! Still no pizza at this point. It's been 20mins. Finally as I approach the manager to complain about my experience he then asks me if I still want my crustless pizza? As in it's not coming out of the oven as I stand?! He then goes on the explain how he assumed I didn't want it after as asked where the other salad bar items were and was told that they didn't have any. I'm like wow! You've been staring at me 20 minutes NOT making my pizza and now you decide to ask for clarification?! I told him I was displeased with the service and the restaurant and requested a refund to which he agreed. This place was low rated and I can see why. We come to Cicis pizza in rock hill for my 3 grandchildrens birthdays. Again we were told by the manager that our party of 10 wouldn't be able to sit together at one long table near the game room. Because the Basketball team had reserved those tables. What team! We were there 1 1/2 hours and Never saw a team. So we had to all sit at desperate tables for my grandsons birthday,! Really! I frequented here when it first opened for many years & loved it. Decided to go back yesterday & was appalled at how it has ALL deteriorated! My one star review is because you're allowed to place a special order if you don't want what's on the buffet. Good thing cuz the choices were poor and few. When it came, it was close to what I ordered. It wasn't bad, just mediocre. Several choices at the salad bar were either empty or a far cry from being fresh & should've been tossed. The macaroni at the pasta bar was so old the top layer was discolored & dried out. The ladies room. Dirty & stank. I noticed the employees aren't covering all the tables like before because they've implemented dump sites for the customers. Yeah, that was gross. Lastly, avoid the tables (plural) with stacks of tattered napkins under the legs. It's very uncomfortable to sit at a table that rocks back & forth. My family and I ate here on Sunday 4/29/19. I can honestly say, this was the worst experience I ever had at a CiCi's. To start, the salad dressings - empty. I had to ask for cheese and they put some in a tiny cup. None of the employees cared what was displayed on the buffet line or the quality of the food being served. The sweet tea was a pitcher of water... Next, they only had about 4 mini breadsticks out which was about as dry and stale as the customer service. All the pizza was either soggy or a brick from sitting under the hot lamps for so long. The only options displayed - pepperoni and cheese pizza. After sitting there for 15 minutes waiting for them to serve something new, my husband asked if they could put some more options out. The employee replied very rudely, "IT'S IN THE OVEN!" Moving along to the desert - the brownies were under-cooked or, we had the option of Cinnamon rolls - over-cooked. Finally, we just decided to play some games with the kids in the arcade. I am not exaggerating when I say every game was broken with the exception of one. To add, they had no signs advising the machines didn't work. You had to find out on your own after it ate your money. I've been taking my family of 4 to eat at this Cici's Pizza in Rock Hill for a couple of years now and it's always good. When entering, we're always greeted with a friendly, "Hi, welcome to Cici's." The buffet price is really cheap and the variety of pizza on the buffet is good. The stuffed crust pizza on the buffet is excellent. And if you don't see something on the buffet that you like, they will make you a pizza with the toppings you like and bring it to you! I sometimes have them bring me a barbecue pizza, which is really tasty. The salad bar is pretty basic, but it's fresh and good. If you want shredded cheese, just ask and they will give you a little container full for your salad. I don't know anywhere else in Rock Hill where you can get stuffed for this cheap. read more

They had two workers working... They were not taking personal orders because they were trying to get the buffet up (I understand that), however, I'm a vegetarian and cannot eat pepperoni pizza... Last Monday, I went in to get a "to go buffet," which was not even listed on the menu board. I asked the clerk "How many pieces can I get? Five? Six? Whatever fits?" She shrugged and said "Whatever fits." I repeated "Whatever fits??" She nodded. Seven pieces were in my box and I was reaching for a small brownie when the manager started calling me very loudly. The entire restaurant stared at me as she told me the policy is five pieces of pizza and a dessert. I offered to have her throw out two pieces, as well I offered to pay for another buffet. I explained that I must have misunderstood the cashier. I told her the cashier said it was whatever fits. I was MORTIFIED as every one in the place heard our entire conversation. I wouldn't ever intentionally steal product from a restaurant. The manager made me feel as if I was a thief and I was so embarrassed!! She could have walked around the counter and quietly said something to me, but she spoke loudly from behind the counter. We had dinner 2 hours earlier, but wanted to spend time with our son and his percussion group. Instead of ordering a buffet, we ordered separate pizza and wings for our other 4 kids so that we could sit with the group and take home whatever we didn't eat. (They were sure to only eat a couple bites since they already had dinner.) The cashier cheerfully took our to-go order, giving us plastic cups for our drinks, and knowing of our plans. However, the girl who brought our wings told us we could not sit in the restaurant with to-go pizzas. First, it would have been nice to know ahead of time, so we could just go ahead with the buffet. This is the absolute worst a Ci-ci's. I've been to many locations and I've enjoyed them. This is the 3rd time I've gone to this location and there has not been enough staff to have enough food for the guest. I waited 30 minutes for more pizza and didn't get any. The lack of food created a line and the moment a pizza was put out, it was immediately taken. There were two cooks working and 3 guys "on break." I feel like I wasted my money. Yes the food is "ok" but if there isn't any to eat, it's all pointless. The staff were nonchalant and did not respond to this issue with a sense of urgency.
