The waitress had the manage come over to get a better understanding of my allergies and then spoke with the chef and brought out the actual recipe so I could confirm everything was safe. This was truly one of the best experiences I've had since being diagnosed with food allergies, and knowing they took them so seriously was incredible. I don't get to eat out very much anymore because the risk of anaphylaxis is too dangerous but after finding a gem like this, but we'll definitely be back despite the 40 minute drive from our house.
