Recently I went with my girlfriend a week ago and it was the best experience in my life, They renovated the place and everything looks nicer and cleaner! When I wrote my review it was almost 2 years ago so a lot has changed especially the fact I was 16 and now I'm 18 almost 19. The food was enjoyable as always I enjoy the soup and pizza especially the brownies and my girlfriend really liked the mac and cheese pizza (and crackers). Service was also amazing my girlfriend made the cashier laugh and the workers would announce what pizza was up fresh. I hope this makes up for my previous experience but I'm looking forward to visiting more often:)

Kel putting away the 10 pizza they just kept making with no pizza for the customers that paid for the buffet

I went to this location this past Friday and my experience is something I had to write and inform not only corporate but the community. It started with the pizza line. There was no pizza on the pizza line for over 25 minutes. Had customers circling around the buffet like sharks every 5 mins because pizza was coming out just going into boxes and not on the line. As I was speaking with the manager Kel about the pizza line, that he could care less about, I hear yelling from the pizza line worker his name is Sam, yelled PIZZA IS COMING. Also yelled from the back YOU CAN LEAVE, when I asked for his name. By the way Sam was the tallest male in the building yelling across the way to a female customer. Sam's background should be check because what man yells across the way to a female and a paying customer at that. I then ask Kel is this how you allow your worker to speak and yell at your customers over asking about the pizza line? Kel said Sam is my boss and turned and walked away. After speaking with Matthew over the phone about the situation that happened, he informed me he would call the store and request for customer coupons for free buffet to cover my family of four buffet, which I greatly. I head to the front to request my coupons so I can come back another day. The female at the front her name is Khole ignored me completely and walked off two times before the third time I had to ask her "Hello am I inviable," She then stated "What do you need" I stated "OMG why do you have an attituded with me? I never had any interaction with you, I was speaking with the manager about the pizza line. Can you please go get your manager so that I can get my coupons to leave, and can I have your name?" She stated her name and then rolled her eyes and said DO YOU WANT MY LAST NAME TOO?" I stated, "No thank you just your manager." As the manager walks up to the front Khole comes stomping behind him and as I'm tell him about the rude service, I received from Khole she is yelling on the side, and I ask Kel "Is this how the company trains for customer service?" I don't remember his reply because Khole was still yelling on the side, and I quickly followed up with "If I can please have my coupons for another day I've spoken to Matthew." I then told Khole please learn some customer service and walked out. Khole cannot handle customer she needs to be place in the back washing dishes not to interact with customers until she is trained better or understands customer service. I look down at my coupons and it says buy one get one free, so you mean with all that happened I still must pay more money to be treated like dirt that's crazy. You will see the pizza line photo that has not pizza and you can see Sam in the back with the long unnetted hair at that and you can also see Kel putting 5 to 6 pizza boxes in the to go area while the buffet line and active customers are fighting over the only slice of pizza out. I can give quick training advice, when a customer ask for pizza on the line instead of blowing them off or having coworkers yell from the back that pizza is coming, you should inform the customer "I do apology for the delay, pizza will be out on the line in 10 mins. Is there any special pizza topping you would like to request on a pizza that is on its way out?" Training for the other coworkers "STAY out of the situation when the manager is speaking with a customer" Easy enough , Your Welcome.

Not sure what happened to this place but poor service and poor food. I don't know how people still want to eat here. It has definitely gone down hill.

Parking is plentiful right in front of the restaurant. We came by on a Saturday around 1 PM, worried it might be packed, but it was actually pretty quiet. You can sit anywhere you like, grab a plate, and pay when you're done. The space is large and open, with three full rows of food and drinks plus a dedicated station for fruit and desserts. Everything was fresh, not overly salty, and there were plenty of options. My favorites were the hummus with eggplant (so flavorful with great texture), the salad and cucumber salad (fresh and refreshing), the dolma (perfectly done), gyro (tender and tasty), baked cauliflower (so good), fried chicken (juicy, crispy, and not salty), falafel (extra crunchy), and the lentil soup (simple but delicious). And don't miss their coffee at the checkout--it has a hint of warm spice and is the perfect finish after a meal. Surprisingly, I ended up loving the vegetable dishes even more than the meats. Overall, yes, $26 per person is on the higher side (what doesn't cost these days, right?!), but it's a great spot to try a variety of Mediterranean dishes that are fresh, simply seasoned, and let the ingredients shine--perfect whether you're new to the cuisine or just want a bit of everything.

My husband and I visit regularly--almost every month. The restaurant is spacious and very clean. They serve food on Corelle dinnerware, which elevates the dining experience, and keep several water bottles on each table for convenience. In addition to the waitstaff, they use a food delivery robot, which adds a fun touch. Yesterday, we ordered the Chicken Tikka Kebab, Chole Bhature, and 10 pieces of Dahi Puri. The food arrived quickly, with the kebabs still sizzling on the plate. The spice level of the Tikka Kebab was spot on, and the Chole Bhature was delicious--even getting a stamp of approval from my husband! The Dahi Puris were so good that we couldn't stop eating until they were all gone. We highly recommend this spot.

However, the food was OK, not amazing but OK. I would say that Tarka (the chain restaurant) has comparable or better food. I've never been to India but as far as Indian restaurants in NYC, Houston, and London, I'd put this place slightly below Tarka. The service is where it really fell apart. We were seated in the very back near their storage. I'm not sure if they forgot about us but we had to ask for a glass for soda 3 times. We had to ask for a bag for our to go containers several times and the bill. The bill and the bag never came so we eventually went to the front to get a bag and the bill. And the saddest part was that our food wasnt even delivered by the robot. But the robot and the menu were confusing. The robot would deliver the food but a human sever still had to follow it to serve the food so unclear what the robot really does (compared to Tokyo). The menu was an iPad but you couldn't order off of it. You still ordered from a human so... Not totally sure how it's better than the places where you can order through a QR code or app. Execution was a miss here with the robot, the table menus, and the service. The price for the OK food was OK. The price was on par with the food so that's the only saving grace giving it 3 stars. If it had been overpriced, it would be 2 stars.

Since the buffet gets busy on the weekends, they will escort you to a table. We sat with a colleague and friend who presented the most amazing lectures at the conference. The buffet itself has a lot of classic and kid friendly foods. So many stations. Cereals. Cut up fruits. Pastries and muffins. Corn. Wedge potatoes. Omelettes. The cook at the Bennie station was so nice. When I asked for a Bennie with no meat, she suggested that I grab some smoked salmon from another station to make a salmon Benedict. My favorite...and what I was planning to do once she gave me my meatless Benedict. So thoughtful. Other yummy options at the buffet included the bread pudding and the cheese grits. So many carbs!! The station with smoothies and fruit juices was a very good option. The pinacolada smoothies and the green juice blends were so yummy. Although I didn't use it, the hot sauce bar was so interesting. Comments for individual dishes: Vada pav - Not served with Mumbai pav but slider buns which is as unauthentic as can be. Sabudana vada - Crispy, tasted good, served with sweet yogurt. Puran poli - It was super thin, barely any puran filling and seemed to have been served after quick heating rather than fresh, the edges were unedible. Saoji chicken curry - Too much garam masala Triple Schezwan fried rice - This was the best dish among all those we ordered. It was served with manchurian gravy.
