Recently I went with my girlfriend a week ago and it was the best experience in my life, They renovated the place and everything looks nicer and cleaner! When I wrote my review it was almost 2 years ago so a lot has changed especially the fact I was 16 and now I'm 18 almost 19. The food was enjoyable as always I enjoy the soup and pizza especially the brownies and my girlfriend really liked the mac and cheese pizza (and crackers). Service was also amazing my girlfriend made the cashier laugh and the workers would announce what pizza was up fresh. I hope this makes up for my previous experience but I'm looking forward to visiting more often:)

Kel putting away the 10 pizza they just kept making with no pizza for the customers that paid for the buffet

I went to this location this past Friday and my experience is something I had to write and inform not only corporate but the community. It started with the pizza line. There was no pizza on the pizza line for over 25 minutes. Had customers circling around the buffet like sharks every 5 mins because pizza was coming out just going into boxes and not on the line. As I was speaking with the manager Kel about the pizza line, that he could care less about, I hear yelling from the pizza line worker his name is Sam, yelled PIZZA IS COMING. Also yelled from the back YOU CAN LEAVE, when I asked for his name. By the way Sam was the tallest male in the building yelling across the way to a female customer. Sam's background should be check because what man yells across the way to a female and a paying customer at that. I then ask Kel is this how you allow your worker to speak and yell at your customers over asking about the pizza line? Kel said Sam is my boss and turned and walked away. After speaking with Matthew over the phone about the situation that happened, he informed me he would call the store and request for customer coupons for free buffet to cover my family of four buffet, which I greatly. I head to the front to request my coupons so I can come back another day. The female at the front her name is Khole ignored me completely and walked off two times before the third time I had to ask her "Hello am I inviable," She then stated "What do you need" I stated "OMG why do you have an attituded with me? I never had any interaction with you, I was speaking with the manager about the pizza line. Can you please go get your manager so that I can get my coupons to leave, and can I have your name?" She stated her name and then rolled her eyes and said DO YOU WANT MY LAST NAME TOO?" I stated, "No thank you just your manager." As the manager walks up to the front Khole comes stomping behind him and as I'm tell him about the rude service, I received from Khole she is yelling on the side, and I ask Kel "Is this how the company trains for customer service?" I don't remember his reply because Khole was still yelling on the side, and I quickly followed up with "If I can please have my coupons for another day I've spoken to Matthew." I then told Khole please learn some customer service and walked out. Khole cannot handle customer she needs to be place in the back washing dishes not to interact with customers until she is trained better or understands customer service. I look down at my coupons and it says buy one get one free, so you mean with all that happened I still must pay more money to be treated like dirt that's crazy. You will see the pizza line photo that has not pizza and you can see Sam in the back with the long unnetted hair at that and you can also see Kel putting 5 to 6 pizza boxes in the to go area while the buffet line and active customers are fighting over the only slice of pizza out. I can give quick training advice, when a customer ask for pizza on the line instead of blowing them off or having coworkers yell from the back that pizza is coming, you should inform the customer "I do apology for the delay, pizza will be out on the line in 10 mins. Is there any special pizza topping you would like to request on a pizza that is on its way out?" Training for the other coworkers "STAY out of the situation when the manager is speaking with a customer" Easy enough , Your Welcome.

Not sure what happened to this place but poor service and poor food. I don't know how people still want to eat here. It has definitely gone down hill.

My daughter and her friends had an amazing time exploring the space and playing. They offer a variety of birthday party packages. I opted for the mid-tier package and rented out the whole space. The package I selected included goody bags, cupcakes, and decor which was nice; I appreciated having them handle that and they made good selections. While the space and ease of the preparations were wonderful, I felt a couple of things could've been better: 1. I had a lot of email back and forth with the party planner. She was responsive & answered my questions, but didn't provide much proactive information. It would've been nice to have a touch base phone call to go over final details and logistics the week before the party. 2. For the price I would've appreciated if they included atleast one add-on such as slime or crafts. 3. It is a very tight window - 1.5 hours with only 30 mins in the private room. I wish we could've had a total of 2 hours in the space so it wouldn't have felt as rushed.

The place is pretty dirty overall and the foam pits honestly smell like vomit. It also gets extremely overcrowded and safety definitely feels secondary here. There's no real checkin or check out process, no security, and it would be very easy for a kid to wander off if you're not paying close attention. Definitely keep your eyes on your kids at all times. Despite all that, it's still a pretty fun place for kids and mine always enjoy themselves. One thing I really wish they had is a dedicated area for smaller kids between ages 0-2. Right now you basically have to keep them in a stroller or carry them the whole time because there's nowhere safe or appropriate to put them down. Overall, fun for the kids but parents should come prepared for a chaotic and not so clean environment.

Check-in went smoothly, the party room was appropriate, and cleanliness was acceptable. The first hour went well. We did experience some logistical issues. The drink tickets included in our package were not initially provided, and we had to request them three separate times before they were distributed. While beverage controls are understandable, repeatedly following up for items already included in a party package that represents a substantial financial commitment felt unnecessary. The more significant issue involved a piñata. During the week prior, we confirmed with two staff members that it would be allowed as long as we cleaned up afterward. We even completed a walkthrough of the space to ensure it was appropriate. Based on that guidance, we proceeded. If bringing a piñata ultimately violated policy, that is completely fine, we would have respected that immediately. The issue was not the rule. The issue was how it was handled. When the general manager (I believe her name Jeanine, can remember) entered the room, the approach was confrontational and escalated quickly. What should have been a calm clarification became unnecessarily tense in front of our guests. Clear internal alignment and professional communication would have prevented this. Policies can be firm, enforcement should still be measured and customer-focused. For an event involving 29 guests and a substantial financial commitment, more consistent communication and stronger customer-facing management training would be expected. The children still had fun, but several guests commented on the management interaction. We hope corporate reviews communication practices and oversight at this location. TL;DR: Party logistics were mostly fine, but inconsistent policy communication and a confrontational management response turned a simple issue into an unnecessary escalation. For a substantial financial commitment, better communication and management training are needed.

So, the 3 stars is for the activities experience and not the allergen food experience. If I did rate the food experience, it would have been negative stars, but because I don't expect Austin's to fix it, I am not factoring that into the rating I am giving them. But, I want to write the review to let other gluten free patrons know not to expect any precautions to be taken when preparing the GF pizza. My daughter is 17 and asked for the GF pizza and asked if the cook could change their gloves. The lady said no and she also told my daughter it didn't matter anyway because they would not use foil under the pizza or a clean slicer. So the pizza may as well have been a regular one with that much cross-contamination. The other reviews I saw on yelp about the GF experience made us hopeful that Austin's actually tried. But, that's not the case at all. I have always told my daughter that celiac disease is her cross to bear and not to expect others to cater to her needs. It's always very refreshing to find restaurants that are 100% GF or that take precautions because we know how special that is, but for those that don't, we can't fault them for it because it's not anyone's duty to care for her but us. So, those are places we just don't go to. So, activities are 3 stars, they are average. And food, I did not rate. Those with celiac, eat before you go is my advice. They have huge signs outside that outside food and drink are not allowed. I don't know if they would allow anything to be taken in for those with allergies. It wasn't worth it for us to ask. My daughter went with a group and it was completely paid for, but we would never go back if we had to pay for it.

The pizzas and other food were replenish non-stop and it was always hot and fresh. They always had cups, ice, and drinks available. I am serious. I'm picky and I can't think of something to complain about here. The rides are always a hit with the kids. Mine will spend 8 or 9 hours there - happily. My husband joked that it should be a place for summer camps. 4 of our group didn't want the buffet and got burgers and taquitos from the restaurant. my husband is quite the food snob and said that the burger was awesome and gave me a bite. I agreed. The bacon was like a thick cut slab of pork belly. If I didn't enjoy the salad bar so much I would definitely get the burger, but I can have the best of both worlds and eat some of his next time. Their inside arcade has so many options and the games all work. I'm just so grateful that this place exists. Austin's management - you're doing an incredible job. We are fans!
