This Ci Ci's Pizza is by far and large the biggest pizza buffet I have visited. When patronizing a chain restaurant I assume you look for the same, basic things I do: cleanliness, consistency of recipes, and service. The Pigeon Forge Ci Ci's ranked well during my visit on a recent Friday Afternoon. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive; the drink stations were clean and well stocked; the bathrooms were hygienic and well maintained: This is probably the most you could ask for from a high volume buffet. The kitchen staff did a great job at keeping a variety of fresh, hot pizza, garlic cheese bread, and brownies flowing consistently out of the oven. The buffalo chicken (personal favorite) was prepared well. While there are many "one of a kind" places to dine while visiting Pigeon Forge, the Ci Ci's pizza buffet appears to be a sure fire establishment to feed a family on a budget if you are not in the mood to "roll the dice" on a unproven buffet or restaurant. read more

The cheese sticks and cinnamon rolls were great! Everything else was less than desirable. It was very crowded and noisy. The few people who were working there appeared to be overworked and frazzled. The bar was not well kept, with food particles in random places. The forks were in a cup like container, and turned up where everyone was touching the part you eat from...yuck! As I was looking for a table, the only 4 seater that was left was dirty. The rest were 6 seats. I asked an employee to wipe it off as the busboy had just left the area. She walked over and told two more employees and they all stood there looking at me and were gabbing. None of the 3 moved to get a clean cloth to wipe down the table, so we opted for a 6 seater as to not "disturb" the employees. There were was a variety of pizza on the bar. Salad bar has bee minimal. No cheese, but plenty of pickles and garbanzos. Who eats pickles and garbanzo beans on a salad? As with most Cici's you can ask for them to make you a specific pizza and they will do it. I asked for a spinach on flat bread. I was told (by the manager) that they would have to take care of the bar first. Um, how about take care of the request? If managed correctly, the bar would have been up to par. What he should have said is sure, what can we make for you? Then threw it in the oven with the rest right behind it. The only reason why I even gave this place 2 stars is because of the size. The whole experience for me and my family here was terrible. I have eaten at other Cici pizzas in the past and my experiences have been pretty good. When I seen the size of this Cici pizza I got pretty excited. Once we paid how ever, everything went down hill. Lets begin the place was a mess. Tables dirty, floors dirty, trash cans full, and drink station a mess. Multiple drinks were out and couldn't get anyone to refill the machine. No pizza on the bar. Due to the speed of people getting pizza and the speed of pizza getting put on the bar there was no actual time for the pizza to sit to get. It was more of a what you get is what you get situation. It was definitely not a what you want type of situation. I was very disappointed. If im ever in that area again I will definitely not be going back to this Cici pizza. Let's be honest: the goal of Cici's is to cram as much pizza as possible down your throat with the least amount of bowel distress. To this end my visit was successful. Food was served quickly and tasted good. This Cici's has a very diverse atmosphere, as fat people of all races and backgrounds joined me in gluttony that would be embarrassing almost anywhere else. The pizza cutter burst out loud shouts of "Hakuna Matata" and other random Disney quotes, showing signs of having "Disney Tourette's" as my wife aptly diagnosed him. This would have been obnoxious but he was so fast at cutting pizza nobody minded. I took away 2 stars for reasons unrelated to food or service. The exit forces you to pass those timeshare people that are ruining Gatlinburg. By then you're too bloated and slow to run away from them. Once you pass them you must then walk through an arcade. I have two small children so of course we had to play some games. The good news is the arcade has seats because you will be sluggish and lethargic from the all-you-can-eat pizza. read more

AWFUL is the only word to describe this place. Stood in line to pay, only to stand m, stand and stand. Someone from the kitchen eventually yelled "I'll be right there". The staff was friendly enough, but that is about it. We sat next to the training room and they were smoking in there, so everytime they opened the door, we got hit with it. The pizza was baddddd. The kids wouldn't even eat it. The best part was the cheese bread, but they only cooked like half a pan at a time. I requested some and the cook said sure. About a half hour later I went back to check and the lady pulled a cold pan from under the counter. At this point we were too done and just left. We had high hopes for our visit here, but for a quick supper and what appears to have potential for good family fun. But we were seriously disappointed. The salad bar was dismal - not much more than iceberg, cherry tomatoes, and some canned goods. The beets were tired and off tasting. The dressings in squirt bottles were gummed up. My concerns about food safety here were reinforced when we felt ill later that night. The pizza crusts, both thin and this varieties, were pretty good. They offered many varieties. I'm not sure it's possible for a restaurant to trust its customers any less. They yelled at my husband because my daughter and I dared to go past the registers to the restroom before we had paid. Sorry, didn't think they'd like to clean up a puddle of pee in the waiting area. There's also no separate charge if someone just wants salad and not the pizza buffet. I can't eat gluten, so I guess I should've just stayed home rather than joining my family for dinner. Instead I got to overpay for some iceberg lettuce and a few paltry toppings because I'm sure they don't trust people to be honest and only get what they paid for. Stopped in last night after visiting the aquarium. It was just a day trip for us as we are celebrating our sons birthday. We wasn't wanting to spend alot of money, so we decided on cicis. I'm so glad we did. I wish I got the managers name who was at the register area. He immediately noticed my fiances tattoo, which most do, and asked him if he served. He told him he did as he has for the past eight years. The manager grabbed us cups, told him thank you and said enjoy. Before we caught what was going on, he ran off. In my fiances entire time of serving, this was a first for us. We enjoyed our food, as we do every time we step into a cicis. But this guy definitely made our evening. We thought this would be an easy and affordable stop to feed our large group (6 adults and 7 kids) but it was the biggest waste of money and time. The entire restaurant was filthy dirty- trash cans were overflowing, bathrooms unsanitary and the buffet itself was a mess. There was a limited selection of pizzas- mostly cheese and pepperoni, and the salad bar was not replenished or cleaned up at all- toppings were mixed all in together as a result of people dropping them as they served themselves, the dressing containers were empty and nothing was fresh. There was a lack of employees to even attempt to cater to the massive crowd of diners. Also, you have to exit through the arcade and parents should know that before going! This is by far the worst Cici's I have ever been to. Not enough food on the buffet for the amount of people in the restaurant and only about half of the buffet line open. The plates were 3/4 of the way down the line so if you wanted a plate you had to cut between people and get a plate and then go to the end of the line. They were leaving scraps with unidentified food from other sources on them on the dessert portion before they put out fresh. And the selection of pizzas was very limited, they were putting out 2 and 3 of the same odd types of pizza, sausage and onion or pepperoni and mushroom, and just 1 of the popular types. And God help if you needed to use the restroom. I have been in flea market port-a-potties that were seriously cleaner and smelled better. Toilet paper every where, two with pee all over, the fixtures were rotten from rust, the back of the toilet was crusty yellow from not being cleaned well over time. Disgusting! Never, ever will we be back. All over this for more than $10 more than our normal Cici's visit for our family of 3 adults. Crazy!!!! read more

I've been a child who used to go to Cici's every weekend and enjoy my visit. Now 8-somewhat year's later I ended up at this location. IT. WAS. TERRIBLE. The cleanliness of the area was poor quality, beside people "cleaning" they never get some spots that actually DO need the help. I requested a special pizza and I never got it, I assumed they never got to me or just plain forgot about me. I said screw it to the custom pizza and just didn't care about anymore. It turned out they did "yell" my name and I couldn't here them. I should've went up to the counter to ask but how can anyone here anything from meters away and also there being like 100 or so people in the building I am in right now. The ice also never worked in one of the machines and ice is a wry crucial part of a beverage. However instead of giving a '1 star' I gave them a '2 star' because the staff however was very nice and was very easy to joke along with. read more

The food was outstanding! The service was great even though it was pretty busy. The staff was excellent at getting new food out on the serving line once it went out of stock. Cleanliness of the dining area was great, again, especially for being a busy rush. And of course the prices were great for an all you can eat. Being in this are, i definitely recommend using a coupon out of the coupon books that are free all over the town. Never hurts to save money! read more

Cici needs to clean up her act. When I walked in I felt like I was at a chuckee cheese. The floor was sticky and the food was krusty. The pizza sauce tasted like V8 juice and everything was cold. Stopped there with my daughter and two granddaughters. They are 2 and 3. Did not want to get them buffet as they eat very little so bought 2 pizzas. When we received pizzas , we asked for plates. We were told we could not eat in dining room. Buffet customers only. So we loaded up our pizza and went outside and sit in grass to eat pizza. This is terrible. When i'm on vacation in the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area, I love to eat at Cicis pizza. Sadly, this location sucked. They were not able to keep up with the demand. Cheese and pepperoni pizza should be top priority of any pizza restaurant. We waited in line for a good while and when we finally got to the sauces, it was extremely dirty. The sauce was dropped all over the buffet. They were completely out of cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, and cheese bread. The cheese pizza was utter garbage. I have never had pizza like it. It tasted like cardboard. The cheese bread was below average, but I still ate it. I got a lot of cheese bread for all of us. Halfway through our dinner, an elderly man (who was cleaning up) tried to take our cheese bread! While I went to get some more Dr Pepper before We left, a little boy was in front of a man and he told him to move and called him something offensive! Then he was complaining about tourists! When my brothers-in-law said they wanted to eat at Cici's after driving in from Nashville and a 6:30 am flight from Dallas on Thanksgiving Day, I will admit I was not very excited. But on a Cici's scale I'd give this eatery 5 stars. The cheddar/ham pizza, pickles, and off-menu macaroni pizza were family favorites. Well I've been to several Cicis Pizza through out the states and I can honestly say this is by far the best. The service was impeccable, I couldn't believe I was at a Cicis. The manager was great, he walked around and checked on every table. They custom made a pizza for my son and my wife, just the way they wanted. My son is not a big Cicis fan but he is now. The pizza was hot, fresh, and great. The only gripe I have was the Alfredo sauce was a little watered down, other than that ut was a grate experience. I still can't get over the service, every employee was great. I highly recommend this Cicis and I'll be back. read more
