I never eat pepperoni pizza because I always feel lousy afterward but Marco's pizza is different. We add their Roma seasoning to all the pizza and crust and then we get the thin crust cheese pizza. This is the nod to maybe the delivery guy but they followed our notes about asking for extra ranch, (they gave us 5 RANCH!) and they brought paper plates and all the red pepper flakes n such. I wish I could give them zero stars. Kinda like the amount of food that we have recipes from them. Ordered just prior to 4:50. After 7pm, still nothing. Driver has been "out" with our deliver for over an hour. Called 2 times. They note traffic is bad, it's 4.1 miles (driving) with .2 miles on the parkway. Every app lists 15-20 minutes drive time. The wings were sauced in some kind of honey BBQ flavor with Ranch dressing. We ate it anyway because it was late and we were hungry but it was not at all what I had ordered. We ordered this last night because it was on the later side and we have a Marco's at home and it's always good. This location was not as great. The best thing was the cheesy garlic bread. I had a regular sized Steak and Cheese hoagie and it had more mushrooms on it than steak. I always have hot sauce put on my sandwich to give it a little kick. The store called me shortly after I placed the online order, asking me if I indeed wanted hot sauce on my sandwich, or on the side. That was a nice gesture, but it was not hot sauce. It was the strange buffalo sauce that they have. I did not care for the sauce at all. My husband ordered 10 wings, plain with buffalo on the side. They were pretty well done and he was glad he didn't get the sauce on the wings, as he did not like the strange sauce either. Either way, it was food and filing. That's pretty much it. read more

I know this is a chain restaurant, they're everywhere. We never ate at one until our most recent trip to pigeon forge. Had the grand kids and needs something quick to take back to the condo before bedtime. I must say we were pleasantly surprised. First, we bought a medium cheese and a large 3 meat pizza for $22.00 and got two meals out of it. Second, the pizza was really good. So my five star review is based on quality, quantity and for a great price. We will eat here again. read more

We purchased a carry-out deluxe pizza. Deluxe consisted of about 3 toppings. Pizza was just okay. The cheezy bread was awesome, however. I will say that the staff was very friendly and cordial. We probably won't frequent Marco's in the future. read more

I ordered via DoorDash which was excellent. However, with Marcos, I had requested "add pineapple" to my order and there was none. I called them and they said call DoorDash. I told them I did call DoorDash. I thought I would also let Marcos know and ask why my receipt that was printed out and taped to my box "from Marcos" was different than the order I placed online!! The manager said again, I needed to call DoorDash. I said what about the pineapple. She said if I hadn't marked it correctly under ingredients they wouldn't do it. I said I couldn't find where to add it so I added it in the comment section which below it was a box for my name and number "if any questions". So they saw "add pineapple", and just did not add it nor obviously did not add a charge for it (which I thought they would) and ignored the whole thing even though there was a space to "CONTACT ME" with my number. The manager was not helpful at all. It was as if I ordered it through DoorDash and DoorDash made the pizza and had all the responsibility of it all!! It was crazy. And the pizza was standard. Nothing special. Sad. J Dells is much better. Doordash refunded me over $6!!! Not Marcos! read more

The staff was really friendly and even though the wait was long they informed of this when we ordered in the restaurant so the expectation was set. Very good service. Staff was very nice, and When I ordered the 10 chicken dippers, I got 15, but was still charged for only 10! Haven't tried the pizza yet, but when my family orders, they got the pizza to them very fast. They said it was hot and fresh as well. Would give 6 stars if I could. I've had Marcos at other locations. That was much better than this. The caeser salad was good, and the breadsticks were good. But the pizza was not. For what toppings were on, it was not spread evenly and pretty scarce. There's was not much flavor to the pizza at all. I usually like left-over pizza the next day but ended up just throwing the other half away. It was so bad. It's pretty sad for a $20 pizza. Total bill was over $50 with door dash. read more

I prefer a pizzeria style pizza in general and this is not it. My biggest critique is with the crust. The last few times we've ordered, it's 1/4" of flavorless dough. (Think cardboard...) sure, there are flavor options to add to the outer crust but this is dry and flavorless. Slim with toppings and when a frozen pizza from the store sounds better... a few years ago, it seemed better but someone stopped trying/caring/ or saving money when an embarrassing representation of pizza became reasonable. Caveat.. My wife is okay with it but she also enjoys watching Real Housewives. Clearly her judgment isn't to be trusted. read more

Waste of time, poor customer service skills. Ordered at 7:09, with an hour and 15 estimated delivery time. Called back again at 9:13 (two hours after ordering) for an update, was advised the pizza was sitting there "just waiting for a driver". Waited another 35 minutes and called for a THIRD time, this time being advised it should be there any "second". After telling them it had been close to three hours since we had ordered he advised to tell the driver when we arrived that it was "no charge". 24 hours later and we still never received the pizzas. read more

I haven't been to a Marco's in a solid decade and I don't know if my childhood memory was better than the reality or if this location just isn't it. I was very confused by their setup. They had a super weird film thing between customers and the register, but it was super poor quality and I doubt it did anything to be honest. The cashier was not wearing a mask and the person who gave us our food did have one - on her chin. We ordered anyway because I figured nowhere else in this area would be particularly better and at least the people handling food were wearing them. They gave us a very rough time estimate and told us to wait outside until it was ready. I was surprised they didn't like give us a number or anything like that to actually tell us when it was done considering how many people seemed to be coming in and out to check on their food. We ended up going in 5 minutes before the estimated cook time just to check and it was already done. The logistics are terrible but I can honestly get over it. The pizza was absolutely mediocre and the pepperoni had a funny taste to it which I didn't like. Everything simultaneously tasted bland and weird which was almost impressive. Though the pizza was bad, the cheesy garlic bread side that they had was actually quite good and I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, it's a pass for me but maybe it is for someone else. read more
