I nust went in for lashes last week, i had been on the fence for a few months because of the maintenance requirements and my busy schedule but i finally decided to go for it! I couldn't be happier with my lashes!!! They are beautiful and makes my morning makeup routine so much easier!! I'm going in for a fill and I'm so excited! My tech Crystal was amazing. After giving this place a second try, I made the decision to not return after receiving two Brazilian sugaring services with Alex. This was my first time and after doing research I expected it to be quite painful, especially the first time around. During the service, my only reaction was some flinching as the wax was being removed but I didn't think it was too bad nor did the tech have to tell me anything regarding me moving a bit. I went with about 6 weeks of growth and did explain that it was my first time. She was understanding and talked me through the process as one would, however during the service she mentioned twice that maybe I should try hard wax instead of sugaring even though they advertise that sugaring is recommended for a more sensitive client and as I mentioned, this was my first time, so I was trying to avoid any further discomfort by doing sugaring. At the end of the service, she did double check for any missed hairs and plucked them out. When the service was over, I sat up and noticed all the hair she plucked out was left on top of my body which I thought was very odd and kind of lazy. Although she suggested I try hard wax, I did end up making a follow up appointment because I've read that sugaring gets easier the more consistent you are (which she mentioned as well), and I wanted to give this place (her) a second shot. My second appointment was a lot better pain wise but again, I did flinch as the wax was being removed which I did not see as a big issue because it didn't interfere at all with the service and she never mentioned anything but as soon as that started again the tech recommended I should try hard wax instead and at this point I got more of the hint that maybe I was reacting in a way she just didn't like. And again, at the end of the service she did pluck out a few missed hairs but still left a few (not as much as last time) plucked out hairs on top of my body and left the room. After considering both visits, I decided to receive the same service elsewhere, my experience was completely different to say the least and less painful. Alex was just not for me and that's okay, I just wanted to share my experience for anyone else who might feel the same in the future when considering rebooking. This review is based on the service and the sugarist, not the place as a whole! She was still nice and accommodating otherwise. read more

I showed her from the beginning what I wanted she gave me white power that looked cloudy that was not at all what I wanted so she put gel on top of the powder now my nails look chunky .. and now they have air bubbles in them as well .. also I paid an extra seven dollars on top of the full set price to "remove cuticle skin " THERES so much left over still... I also asked her to get the nail polish off my knuckle that she got on it SHE USED A NAIL FILE ON MY SKIN to take off nail polish .. definitely will not return :/ read more

This is my second time getting nail services here, all the while the staff is friendly and attentive. When I scheduled my appointment for a full set I made it a point to the receptionist that I was going to request a fine-detail design on each nail and she assured me that it would not be a problem. Unfortunately, the end result was not what I expected. When people asked me about my nails eyebrows were raised when I said I paid $60. I'm not too sure what the technique was behind using craft paint instead of nail polish on acrylic nails but they rubbed off three days later. If Joanne felt as if I was pushing her outside of her comfort zone I would have not gone through with the design but she was still attempting so I let her do her thing. She is a well trained nail tech but perhaps she didn't have the correct tools to grant my request. I felt like I was given the benefit of the doubt when other staff looked over and said my nails looked great. Got a spray tan for the first time today with Krissy! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. I got a level 1 tan and I really love the outcome, as well as the coconut smell of the spray tan solution! If you follow their pre/post tan tips on their website, you should be able to have great results. The only downer was that when scheduling my appointment, I was told I was going to be charged $29. However, when I checked out, I was charged $39 because that special is only on Tuesdays. Although it wasn't that big a deal to me at the time, I really wish that the cheaper price was clarified with me when I scheduled my appointment. I'll definitely come back! I wasn't really happy with my original service, but Nicole reached out and offered to have another girl re-do the service. She redid my wax and put concealer under my brows to make them pop. Both technicians were friendly but nothing compared to my first visit.
