We were told that I'd be able to take advantage of a promotion even though I wouldn't be able to switch over for two months (my ATT phone was new and couldn't be paid off until three months had passed). We were assured that we could take advantage of the rebate as my number would be ported over at a later date. After an hour on the phone with the rebate center they told me to call the store where we switched. The assistant manager Kristi assured me that no mistake had been made on their end and wished me, "good luck finding a new carrier". I guess people just don't care about good customer service anymore. If you find a place with good customer service, whatever business it is, stay with them and tell everyone you know!

Everything I've ever tried to do, they've told me I had to do online. I went in with paperwork to try to change my name on my account.... Nope, call customer service. Then they told me I could bring the paperwork BACK if customer service needed me to. The next time we tried to upgrade my daughters phone with one she bought elsewhere. (T-Mobile out of state) couldn't find that after we waited forever. While we waited we saw several elderly customers trying to pay their bill only to be told to do it online. They couldn't figure out how. The next day we cans in yo purchase a phone from the store but they didn't have any. Guess where we needed to go? Online. What is the point?

Tuesday, March 26 2024 I went into the Lebanon Cricket with a family member to purchase a new phone…read morethat would pair with my new Apple Watch. Tommy was the only one working, and as soon as I explained my situation to him, his immediate response was "Well, we don't deal with Apple Watches here." Later, when I inquired about whether my new phone would still work with the phone plan my family is on, Tommy retorted, "We don't do plans so I don't even know what you guys are talking about." After I had made my phone purchase (which I now regret doing and wished I had walked out) Tommy didn't explain anything about setting it up, didn't transfer any information, and told me there was no way I could retrieve my old texts on my new phone. After returning home, I had to make several phone calls to other Cricket stores and the Apple store. Both employees I spoke with were stunned that Tommy hadn't given me any directions on how to work my new phone. Luckily, the employee from Apple support was able to help me restart the process over the phone and sure enough, my texts did transfer. I have bought from Lebanon Cricket before and have always been satisfied. This was the complete opposite, and my family member and I will be shopping from a new store in the future.

I had a used 2015 27'' iMac I needed to offload. After shopping around online, I found that the quote offered by SYM was considerably higher than what I was getting from other websites. It was almost double what the local in-person retailer in my neighborhood was offering. It seemed almost too good to be true but I decided to take a leap of faith. Then came another challenge - I didn't have the original box the device came in. And with such a large bulky object, I knew that packaging it properly for shipping wasn't going to be easy. Luckily, I saw it mentioned on SYM's website that they provide shipping materials in some cases. I emailed them and within a few days they had shipped an old Apple iMac box with the styrofoam padding directly to my home, along with a UPS shipping label to mail the device to them. The only thing missing was the plastic handle insert, not having that made it rather difficult to carry the heavy package down the two blocks I needed to get to the UPS store. After dropping it off, I received email notifications with up-to-date tracking information. Before I knew it, the quoted amount was deposited directly into my Paypal account along with a $15 bonus from using a promo code. This entire process took place within the span of about 1-2 weeks. I didn't have to follow closely what was going on because it all happened in such a timely and seamless manner. I will certainly consider SYM the next time I have a device to sell.

Yes, we've had a family rule on when the kids get their first phones and the two other kiddos get to vote. Anyway, we stopped into the Xenia store.
