The inside is pretty large with very tall ceilings. There was only one person in line before us, so they were only 10 minutes late getting us in for our appointment. We didn't bring a photo of our baby, so they took one there. It is just a wooden stool with a little backdrop and an old cheap digital camera, which slightly surprised me because I could've done much better on my phone, but oh well. We paid $15 for the convenience. The man helping us did a great job and was thorough and knowledgeable and quick. We walked away, feeling confident that all the right steps were taken.

We had scheduled Premium Forwarding on line starting in mid January and also put a yellow card in our mail box at 7779 Glenover Dr to hold the mail starting Jan 9 until Premium Forwarding was to start. However the carrier continued to deliver the mail into our 7779 box until a neighbor called and said our box was running over. We had our daughter pick up our mail and send to us. I called and was fortunate to get Ashley on the phone. She understood the situation and made corrections to stop delivery to 7779 and start Premium Forwarding. She corrected the overcharges for Forwarding even when there was nothing to forward. We certainly hope she will be there next winter to assist us in obtaining this Premium Forwarding without the problems of the past.

I can think of at least 3 that are less than 15 minutes from me, with this location being the closest. The staff at this location is always friendly and they move quick. The only time you might get hung up is by an unprepared customer. I've seen the staff always stay very patient and courteous with these more challenging customers. A bonus at this facility is that they have a self shipping kiosk for Amazon returns. I would say that 99% of my visits are for this very reason. Amazon returns are almost always free from a UPS Store. Just make sure you click the other options tab when submitting a return. In many cases, a Kohl's location will be at the top of the list. Additionally, in many cases, you'll have to pay to have it picked up from home. The self check out kiosks have made this even easier. Scan your barcode, put your item(s) in the bag provided, affix your label and drop in the box. From that point you can opt to have a receipt printed or emailed to you. Easy as that. Would I go back? Definitely. This is my go-to Amazon returns location. As long as Amazon is in business, returns will be a part of all of our daily lives.

The lady at USPS noticed the free postage only applied to UPS, so she sent me on my way mentioning USPS would have charged about $23. Arriving at UPS I found friendly service from the manager. He moved quickly to grab a special envelope and he packaged my letter. I thought I would have to pay for the envelope, but it too was free. What a treat to be accepted by such a friendly fellow.
