Upon walking in the place appeared clean, the customer service, not the best. But maybe someone was having a bad day, I get it. I'm so glad I did check my bag before I left because they did not give me ranch or plasticware, man I would have missed out on some amazing ranch. I'm very picky about my grits and consider myself a grit connoisseur and these are top shelf! The Steak and Egg Burrito was excellent...and huge! My wife selected one of the three Eggs Benedict options with fruit and found it to be delicious and more than she could eat. Our service was very friendly and checked on us just enough (that's good). The breading was nice and crunchy but there wasn't enough flavor, even with the dip, so I wouldn't order this again. I usually get the brussels sprouts as a side, and those are a much more satisfying, delicious choice in my opinion. My husband ordered The Roast Beast panini this time - I had a bite with the au jus and thought it was excellent. I love when restaurants offer mocktails and Melt has a few on their menu. The street noodles with tofu were good though. As well as the spring rolls the rice paper was extremely tough though like they weren't made fresh.
