This place was pretty busy for a Tuesday night around dinner time. We sat right away but with only a few tables to spare. Probably a decent wait if you were to come on a Friday/Saturday around dinner time. Very pleased with the food a service here. Some must haves are the cheesesteak eggrolls and candied bacon to start. My sister said the bacon was a little off that night and is typically very crispy, but I thought what we had was still really good and tasty. Sliced thick and gave us about 5 strips. For dinner we shared pizza and ordered the classic margarita and short rib truffle pizzas. Very satisfied with both choices but they have a good amount of crust. The dough may just turn out that way depending on how they bake the pizzas but if you're not into so much crust you may be disappointed. Overall the taste and ingredients were just fine. My friend recommended this place to me as we love bar foods and I am so happy she did because it truly is awesome. The plaza that it is situated in is very nicely done with its exterior. Cinder bar has an awesome outdoor seating patio as well as the whole inside has that indoor outdoor feel with all the windows that they can open on a nice day. My friend and I went with a bunch of small plates and a pizza to share and I had the blueberry margarita. Everything was really good and priced well. We even went home with some leftovers. Very friendly staff and they kept the food coming (we didn't realize how much we really ordered 2 drinks in lol). The only thing out of everything we got that I didn't LOVE was the cheesesteak egg rolls. Pizzas I highly recommend though! With the nice fall weather approaching I will be back soon! read more

It was pretty good. Chicken was cooked perfectly but the side were a miss. Over cooked rice undercooked collard greens and it can be quite unpleasant to eat under cooked collards. My boyfriend and I have been to Cinderbar quite a few times and enjoyed it. Earlier today we stopped in for some lunch. Our server recommended the empanadas since they had run out of another item I had selected. There was a little bit of a delay as our server indicated the initial batch was undercooked. First time visiting cinder bar as I'm new to the area. Esthetically, it was a pretty hippster like place with that city vibe dispite being in a more rural location. The menu was pretty interesting. They had a few things I'd never seen available at a restaurant. They had some of your typical bar food but for the most part they had a bunch of interesting food combinations. The only thing I would say is, I wished they had more meatless and chicken options for pizza. I don't eat pork and unfortunately, many of the pizzas had pork as their main topping. Swapping out chicken for pork was extra. So, I ordered the cheesesteak spring rolls which were AMAZING. They were full size and absolutely delish. I'm usually a big fan of cheesesteak rolls anyway, but these were probably the best I've ever tried. I feel like matched with another appetizer, it could have been a meal on its own. Main dishes: hubby ordered the special pizza of the day, which had a strawberry habanero sauce, which he loved, some fresh greens and some form of pork which he swapped out for chicken. He was slightly disappointed that the end result didnt quite resemble the picture but the flavors made up for that. Also, it was suppose to have been a flatbread and was definitely thick. I ordered the pizza turnover which was a panzorrotti. It was huge, but i was disappointed that it didn't have more sauce inside. It was like eating a big bag of fried cheese. Wayyy too doughy and could've used more seasonings. For beverages, i ordered the strawberry lemonade which was so sour it was difficult to enjoy. And it gave me the worst heartburn. Good idea, just wasn't executed correctly to be enjoyable. Service: pretty average. Had to ask for water several times. Noting exceptional. Better customer service at Chick fil A. I'd like to go back to try the other appetizers. Overall, I'm giving it 3 stars for now, just because i was disappointed by my beverage and my turnover. My old work peeps who live in the area have been loving Cinder Bar. I live a bit far away but one early Saturday evening I found it in my bookmarks and my family decided to take the 30 minute drive. Wait was 25 minutes around 5:30. Not too bad. I love their "wait system", for lack of a better phrase. They take your number and text you when your table is ready. This was perfect because their waiting area was a bit crammed and it was freezing outside. We went back to the car and listened to music with the heat on. The 25 minutes flew by. Cinder Bar is mostly tapas with some salad and brick oven pizza sprinkled in between. I liked our food much more than my husband did. He insisted on 3 stars but he can write his own review if he wants to. I simply love tapas and Cinder Bar's we're pretty much par for the course. There aren't many tapas joints in southern jersey so I was in my glory. The short rib pizza was decent. A bit burnt on the bottom crust but I dealt. My daughter loved the empanadas and the truffle fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned. I liked the sriracha deviled eggs but wished there was at least one more (3 bucks seems cheap until you only get a chance to try one). The only thing I wouldn't get again was their wings. They were really quite burnt and you had to dip your sauce which made them a pain in the neck to eat. Next time we're hitting up Cinder Bar without the kiddos; they have a TON of beers on tap. read more

The atmosphere here is rustic and fun! This is one of my favorite places to get a cocktail, as the drinks are very unique. For example, the Paloma is infused with rosemary!! (Note: they have excellent "mocktails" here as well if you are the DD!) As far as food, I've enjoyed most of my meals here so far. The grilled romaine Caesar salad is fantastic and you can't go wrong with at of the pizzas! Like their drinks, they like to have a creative twist on classics, like the "Maine shrimp roll." My only complaint is with the kale dip, which came out scalding hot and looked more like cream soup with a few pieces of kale in it. I like the idea of the dip, but I think they need to work on it a little more. Overall, great place! I can't wait to go back soon. read more

The owners of Cinder Bar seem to have a somewhat of a golden touch. After deciding to branch out from their five Ciconte's Pizza Shops, they took over a dive bar in Logan Township and turned it into the go-to sports pub in the area. Then they took the Village Pub concept to Washington Township and made a space that had seen a parade of tenants work. Now they have created a wood fired pizza concept and plopped it down in a plaza that was built on a small off the beaten path road and people have flocked here. One of the things I love about Ciconte Group is they always try to be creative with their menu items. In this case, they have featured ingredients like short ribs and equipment like skillets and the results are delicious. Cinder Bar is often crowded. The wait time we were quoted was inaccurate and the service at the table was friendly yet slow - hence the four stars. The dining room is noisy, but one would expect that in a sports bar and the atmosphere is kind of exciting. I really liked the wood fired wings and I liked the pizza as well. I think the next time I come I will get a red sauce pizza. Although the short rib pizza was fine, I found the truffle oil a little overwhelming. I have been here 3 or 4 times. Most everything that I had was really good, the only thing that prevents me from going more often is the fact that it is so loud in there. It's very hard to have a conversation when they are busy. You have to shout at the person sitting across from you. read more

We were there today (Easter Sunday) for brunch . We were a party of 6 + a toddler. Our food was brought out separately. They brought out my grandsons pancakes last which I found odd. ordered a side of toast and it was brought out when we were already finished . Slow getting our drinks and Waiting for the check took a while as well. My daughter ordered a coffee and never got one . It is a beautiful place . The food was ok but I think the management needs to work on there process there . They were not completely filled so I don't get the problem with the service . We still tipped properly. I don't believe it was our servers fault (except the 15 min wait for the toast & the coffee) Possibly go back again as my son loves this place and I will try it again . read more

This place has been a really great addition to the area. Came here with a big group of people. It only took us about 15 mins to get a table. It would be great if this place was on opentable. The wait staff was very friendly and quick. The bartender gave some great drink recommendations while we were waiting for our table. We tried out a bunch of different small plates and drinks. I've heard great things from family members about Cinder Bar. A friend and I were taking my sister out for some apps and drinks on her birthday and we decided on Cinder Bar. It was Memorial Day Monday so it was very slow, as expected. We sat down at the bar right away and had drinks within a couple minutes as well as food menus. We decided to split 4 small plates. We had the artichokes, sriracha deviled eggs, Brussel sprouts & truffle frites. Everything was delicious and tasted great, however, the Brussel sprouts were a little tough. Small and just much harder than I'm used to. They likely would've been better cut in half. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. She had no issues accommodating any modifications needed to the dishes. All in all it was a good experience. If in the area again, I would go back for sure. read more

Came on an Eagles football Sunday for brunch. Ended up waiting around 20-25 minutes to be seated. Try making a reservation for faster service. Hostess were very nice.. I could even follow the status of my wait on the yelp app. Pretty cool. Once the game was over it cleared out pretty quickly.. Food was nice and inexpensive!
