The lady (i totally forgot her name already) who did my eyebrows was pretty great. She did as i asked with no pain or cuts, aloe gel brow massage is always nice after. She said she's the only one working on Mondays so when i come back it will definitely be on a Monday. l've visited this location about twice for services because it's conveniently close to my home. Unfortunately, my experiences have been inconsistent. On multiple occasions, before | was even able to put my name down or explain what service I was coming in for, I was told by Sue, the technician, that she had another appointment (once an eyelash appointment and another time a facial). Since there appears to be only one technician on site, 1 was left confused, as there was no follow-up regarding what service I was requesting, how long the wait time might be, or whether there was an option to return at a different time. The interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming, which came across as unprofessional. Even for a brief service like eyebrow threading, clear communication and basic customer courtesy are important. I value transparency and professionalism when choosing a business, and unfortunately that was lacking during my visits. This place was terrible. I came here on a Friday morning and the place was empty. I signed my name and the lady made me sit there while she was on the phone with a personal call. I waited around 15 min and then she asked what service I was there for. I said brows and she told me to fine back in an hour. I couldn't come back and I just needed brows done. In the time she was catching up with her friend on the phone she cound have done my brows and I would have been out of there. She is extremely unprofessional and I dont recommend to anyone. read more

The worst eyebrow place I've ever been to. The lady was extremely rude and the only one working, even though she was busy doing eyelash extensions. If you're offering extensions, wouldn't it make sense to have another person available for threading services? I asked politely if I could get my brows and lip threaded, and she said, "Sorry, I'm busy," then turned away. The place is pretty clean and two ladies were available when I walked in. They were quick to help me and the process wasn't as painful as what I'm used to. Quick and easy service. I should have taken my Gfs advice and not gave this place a try, I tried calling multiple times and no answer to make an appointment an inquire about facials. I decided to just show up and did so, the lady jade when I inquired about facials told me they could only do a facial with appointments and stated they do not do facials for men only women? I found this place just because I was looking to get my eyebrows done and needed a walk in place as with my work schedule being crazy I usually can't commit to appointments. I also really wanted my eyelash extensions to be done and could never find anywhere that didn't have ridiculous appointment times. I have never gotten my eyebrows threaded before, so I came in and was so happy that she was able to take me at 6:30 because she closes at 7:30! So the first time I visited, I had a great experience, hence my rush to come in for the next visit. However, when I stopped in last Thursday I had a very disappointing experience. First of all, her hands were smelling so stiffly of cologne I had to hold my breath the entire time. I little lotion, fine- but it smelled like she had soaked her hands in men's cologne. It was a offensive so up close in my face. Second, her technical skills needs some work. She was going very light and sporadic all over my face without any real clear plan. Bounced from eyebrows to lip to eyebrows to chin to eyebrows... you get the picture. The service took forever, so even though I could see the good amount missed, I simply couldn't stay on that chair holding my breath any longer. Like I said, the first visit was great so I am going to roll by again and give it one last shot in a few weeks. read more

This is the most professional Indian threading place that I've been to. No small talk and the lady aims for perfection. This is gonna be my go to place for all future eyebrow threading's. The place was so near to my house yet I ignored and went to another salon with more yelp reviews and had a horrible experience there. But I'm so glad I found this place. I went there on a Saturday afternoon,I only saw one lady who's doing all the work. She sticks to what she's told and guess what if you check-in using yelp you get $2 off. I shelled out around $8 which included the tip. For that price this place is quite awesome. I've been to places that charge $20 and up yet somehow can't get my eyebrows right. great experience!! I got my face waxed The lady who helped me was so darn sweet! Great experience. However, I'm giving 3 stars because the aftermath was not pretty. I'm not sure if I got an allergic reaction to the wax that was used but I broke out so bad. My face burned for 3 days and she accidentally also tore off a freckle or mole that I had on my face. Now I have a scar from the tear. :( I wasn't happy with the results of my face. I have acne scars from the damage that was done. Wish I could've said it looked great but sadly no. Well.. i tried this salon coz its cheaper to the salon i go too. For the price of $70 full volume set why not try it. I dont really give a review but this salon is frustrating.As soon as i had the lashes, i never felt uncomfortable,the lashes are so cheap and very itchy the whole time.The glue is too dry and hurting my eyes.
