Tried this place three times. First was great but little expensive for a standard manicure only. Came back and got a different person and they did not do a good job, bad edges that peeled writhing 1.5 weeks it looked messy but I was like ok everyone has an off day. I read some reviews and everyone was positive about Mai so I booked with her. Here I am a week later with 2 ingrown, inflamed nails. Paid $70 for a manicure and got 2 bad nails that now I have to deal with the pain with in just beyond me. Also I got the same service three times and every time a different price? Very confused about that. read more

Poor service. Not friendly. Bad quality. Got my daughter a manicure today and when they were done she still had dirt under her nails that they didn't bother cleaning out. My gel manicure is already starting to chip 6 hours later. I picked a color from the sample basket for gel and when she put the color on me it looked NOTHING like what i had chosen. She didnt ask if i liked the color. When i mentioned to her that the color does not look like the sample she was rude and gave me attitude. They expect tips as if they should automatically get them. Tips are given for GOOD service. Please do not give bad service and then expect a tip. Would not recommend this place. read more

If i could give negative stars I would. The lady I had looked like she hated her job. When she would mess up and I would ask her to do a touch up she didn't acknowledge me at all and would move my hand forcibly. She wasn't paying much attention to my nails which is ironic, bumping them around while guiding my hand into the uv light. She didn't care to touch them up until i told her she bumped my nail and was very frustrated. THE CHERRY ON TOP, i had a piece of hair stuck in my nail polish, i told her, and she added another coat on top and said "done" then walked away. I had to pay for it and I left extremely unhappy and disappointed. So now my nail has a hair in it and it bothers me all the time. What a waste of $80 + read more

Against my better judgement, I gave them another chance and have major regrets. I got gel removal and they left the acetone on too long and when they went to remove the gel with the little drill tool, it drilled through my nail. Been spending a month trying to regrow my nails. It was painful and they did nothing for about it. Do not recommend. read more

Racist- employee told me she knows my race and knows how we act and told me never to come back. I just went into this salon and asked for an appointment for a massage. The lady at the reception told me to wait at a seat while she gets the massage therapist. About 7 minutes later, a woman comes up to me and says "no ones available bye" I asked her if next time they could check before telling me there is a time slot. She turned and said just because we are asian doesnt mean we work like that and she continued to tell me to just be nice to them. I said I was just asking a simple request and she continued to tell me that she knows people from my race and knows how we act and never to come back to the salon. I told her i couldn't believe she just categorized me under a race and she continued to tell me my race isn't asian like theirs and she knows how we act. In addition to discriminating against my race she also assumed my age and told me I should have more respect because im younger than her. No one else from the reception stepped in to say anything. I left and I will never come back. I have also been here multiple times before and once the lady told me to file my own nails if I want them rounded and she left to do someone else's nails and came back and asked if I was done filing. This place is horrible. I went in this morning to get a gel manicure, they did a horrible job, can't even clean up there work. They don't even ask me what shape I want and proceed to do it themselves. The color clearly was not evenly spread out on my nail. 2 hours later I chip my nail, I go back in for them to fix it, and they don't believe that I came in earlier. Continue to give me so much sass and talk shit behind my back. Then proceed to tell me I'm not being honest with them. One of them goes "if you came in earlier how do you not know what color you got. " How rude and disgusting to speak like that to a customer. Do not go here. The girl that works at the front desk should make sure to keep her mouth shut when she talks behind someone's back. Just because she's speaking a different language, doesn't mean we don't know what she's saying!!!! read more

I've been coming here for years and always let things go. Enough is enough. Do not come here for acrylics! Barely trust them for a pedicure. Had an older lady do my nails twice, both times nails broke within 2 days. Nails were so crooked and uneven. After the second time they were fixed they felt so sore, went to a nail tech and she removed and revealed how Finest Nails truly ruined my nail beds. Stay away! Save your nail beds from the abuse and carelessness of this place. read more

I've had my nails done here twice now even though I've lived down the street for years. My mistake skipping over this neighborhood gem for so long! I love the selection of colors! Yesterday while choosing my color I couldn't make up my mind and Tracy was really flexible with me and understood. She did such a nice job, and was very friendly. The ladies that were working there were delightful! They were warm and welcoming from the minute we walked in the door (which was especially kind because we arrived a few minutes late). They had everything ready for us so we got started right away when we arrived. We knew that the girls would want to jazz up their polish with some cute little nail art designs, and the ladies were wonderful about accommodating all their special requests. The products they use at the salon are non-toxic so I was excited about that, knowing that I was taking my daughter and her friends. Had it been regular gel nails, maybe I wouldn't be as upset but it's due to the fact that I PAID EXTRA FOR THE GEL BUILDER TO LAST 3 WEEKS.

She's incredibly talented and truly wonderful at what she does. She always makes my experience positive. Whether I come in with a specific idea or just a vague concept, she nails it (literally) every time. She has such a great understanding of nail design and technique. My Gel-X nails lasted over 4 weeks with no lifting and still looked great when I came in for a fill. I loved how they turned out. I am very happy that I chose the right shop to do my pedicure and manicure. They always welcome all the customers, take you in right away and never let you wait more than 5-7 minutes. They always do their best to make customers feel comfortable, they recommend you do the deluxe package manicure and pedicure with all the treatment that you need for( remove calluses under your feet, sea salt scub, paraffin, shiny buff for your nails AND 10 minutes massage for your hands and your feet) all that costs $50. Isn't it great! They always share their jokes with you, comfort you if you're sad or not having a good day. I love all the staffs in Finest Nails. FRIENDLY,FUN,NICE and PROFESSIONAL. read more
