Very attentive to everything and they paid special attention to the areas we pointed out prior to laying down on the tables. All the aromatherapy was absolutely fantastic as well, we had some good conversation in between with a couple of laughs. Honestly, my sister and I can't wait to come back. We plan to at least try and do this seasonally as we both work high stress jobs and it was exactly what we needed to relax and reset.

I had…read morejust ended a 2-day conference where I was on my feet all day in heels and sorely needed a foot massage. I called this place and they were ready to take me in 15 minutes. when I arrived, they asked for payment upfront. this is highly unusual and nowhere else that offers any kind of service (spa, salon, etc.) takes payment upfront. this should've been my first clue that clients often dispute the charges, so this is why they take it before the service. when i entered the massage area, I realized that you dont get your own room, and your massage bed is not partitioned, so its. shared room with about 10 beds. what ended up happening is that the guy next to me fell asleep and snored very loudly the ENTIRE time of my massage. obviously this prevents any sort of relaxation. so, effectively my massage was ruined. I could not ignore it and it was so so annoying to have to listen to. as far as my masseuse, there were a couple issues there too. first, the entire time he focused on the center section of my foot, he did not touch the toes or the heel. this place advertises itself as reflexology, and the toes are a major part of that. so that was extremely disappointing and I could've really used that part of the foot massage. if youre going to have a one-hour massage focused only on the feet, you have to do the ENTIRE foot, I felt like this is just obvious. however, I couldn't communicate with him at all as he doesnt speak english. second, he used SO much lotion, my feet felt like they were swimming in a swamp during the entire massage. it was horrible, and he couldnt get any real traction because of the insane amount of lotion. finally, at the end I tipped him about 13%, because I felt like he tried his best, however the overall environment there, plus his skills, was lacking. as we walked out, he walked through the door into the lobby and let it close in front of my face rather than holding it open for me. when I entered the lobby, the receptionist asked me how the service was. I told him about the snoring. he did not apologize, but instead said he could discount my service but could I please tip the masseuse more, since that wasn't his fault. then I explained the issue with the masseuse. he sad he would talk to him about it, and didn't end up discounting my service. this is the first time EVER in my entire life i have had someone ask me to tip more. not at any restaurant, bar, salon, spa, etc. has anyone ever said that, because it's common social etiquette that you NEVER ask for more tip, ESPECIALLY when you're told that there's a problem with the experience and/or service. this blew my mind that the masseuse ran to the receptionist right away to complain about his tip. and still no one apologized to me! needless to say, I will never come back!!

Okay, I'm officially obsessed with this place. First off, it's so clean--like, sparkling clean. You can tell they really care about keeping everything fresh and sanitary, which instantly put me at ease. The staff? Absolute sweethearts. They're friendly without being pushy, and they make you feel totally comfortable the whole time. I never once felt like "just another customer." And the nail techs--wow. They're crazy efficient but still super detailed. My nails came out looking like I spent hours there, but the whole process was quick and smooth. Perfect if you're busy but still want flawless nails. Never disappointed when I come here. ANGIE is amazing -- sweet, friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and creative. I've seen ANGIE every time, and she's an absolute treasure. She's incredibly talented and truly wonderful at what she does. She always makes my experience positive. Whether I come in with a specific idea or just a vague concept, she nails it (literally) every time. She has such a great understanding of nail design and technique. My Gel-X nails lasted over 4 weeks with no lifting and still looked great when I came in for a fill. I loved how they turned out. I am very happy that I chose the right shop to do my pedicure and manicure. They always welcome all the customers, take you in right away and never let you wait more than 5-7 minutes. They always do their best to make customers feel comfortable, they recommend you do the deluxe package manicure and pedicure with all the treatment that you need for( remove calluses under your feet, sea salt scub, paraffin, shiny buff for your nails AND 10 minutes massage for your hands and your feet) all that costs $50. Isn't it great! They always share their jokes with you, comfort you if you're sad or not having a good day. I love all the staffs in Finest Nails. FRIENDLY,FUN,NICE and PROFESSIONAL. read more

I've always had good experiences here, which is why today was so disappointing. I came in for a gel removal, removal of 2 tips, and a regular manicure. From the beginning, the experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. My nail tech was not friendly or welcoming, repeatedly had to ask coworkers questions throughout my service, and seemed unsure of what was on my nails. She kept saying I had hard gel despite me explaining multiple times that it was regular gel and that I had gotten it done at this exact salon only 2 weeks ago. I've also only ever seen this particular employee doing pedicures, so the amount of uncertainty throughout the appointment made me question whether she was comfortable doing manicures. She then attempted to put gel back on my nails even after I had asked for regular polish. After I corrected that, she applied a regular base coat and stopped to have me pay before she would finish painting my nails. I paid for the manicure and removal, and then while she was finishing my polish, I was told I owed another $5 because apparently the removal I had already paid for only covered the 2 tips and not the gel. The extra $5 is not the issue at all. I'm happy to pay for the services I received. It was the poor communication and the way the entire situation was handled. Worst of all, the finished manicure reflects the experience. My nails are jagged, uneven and rough to the touch, and the polish doesn't even reach my cuticles. I left with my nails looking worse than I expected from a professional manicure. They seem to have several new employees recently, and unfortunately my last few visits have left me with the impression that some of the staff may still be learning. I completely understand that everyone has to learn, but clients should not be paying full salon prices while feeling like they are someone's practice appointment, especially without being told beforehand. After coming here consistently for 2 years, I'm genuinely disappointed to feel like I now need to find a new salon.

However, the lady who did my hands cut one of my fingers to the point of bleeding and left a shallow cut on another while filing my side walls. The other side walls are all quite sore as she filed them all pretty far. The hard gel on at least one of my nails did not go to the end of my nail bed and I pointed this out (it looked like the filing had actually grooved down past where the hard gel had been and into my natural nail on top). She kept saying "it's fine. I'll just add more of the other gel later." I asked if it would grow out wonky or lift and she said "no, it'll be fine." She ended up added builder gel to that specific nail and then gobbed on the color gel pretty thick at the base of that nail. From far away they look cute but if I look closely the quality just isn't great. When I paid, the lady charging me asked "you don't want to leave a tip for your techs?" So I explained again what had happened to her and said I'd happily leave one for the lady who did my pedicure but not for my nails and as I really was not happy with how they turned out. She gave me the Venmo of the pedicure lady and said she was sorry and would talk to the other girl. Over all I felt everyone was quite dismissive as I expressed to both the lady while she was doing my hands and the one ringing me up that I wasn't with them but no one interested in doing much to fix it.
