I have been going here for probably 20 years. So I have seen all the changes it has been through over the years. The new owner remodeled the inside and it looks a lot nice and cleaner with its presentation. The ladies that work there are all pretty nice and friendly. But I do have my favorite. There is no one like Sarah. Once I found her I always requested her for my pedicures. She is so sweet and knows exactly what I want. I dont even have to say anything. There was a brief time when she left and I was devastated. I am so glad that she decided to come back. It was not the same without her. They have a huge color wall of nail polish. If you can't find a color with the amount they have to choose from...... they have every shade you can imagine!

I've tried almost every nail salon near and far. From Russian gel nails to, natural/organic. I love it here! My nails last a month with bio gel and Cindy and Rose always gives me the best input and recommendations based off my nails. From subdued to fancy art work, I leave here with exactly what I wanted while not breaking the bank. They're friendly, clean and always willing to accommodate my last minute requests. Thank you Cindy! Pics are of my nails at 3.5 weeks old and still going strong.

The nails I got done were beautiful, however, they definitely were not what I thought that they would be. I wanted them more intricate like the design. I don't know if my mistake was saying I don't normally get my nails done or asking about the cost, but I specifically drove out of the way because of the stunning pictures I saw. Here's a picture of what I was wanting versus what I got. They're not close to the detail I wanted, especially for how much I had to pay. ($90) I think it's more upsetting bc I'm someone who doesn't have much money so this was a special treat my brother was paid for to help feel pretty. The past few months have been unbelievably difficult and I had (have) been going through a bad depression with all the life changing events in my life. I wanted to go back because they're definitely too long. I said this at the time, but got told they wouldn't look good. I'm someone that has a special-needs daughter who requires a lot of care so I have to be conscientious. Since I'm out of town and my family made plans, I'm afraid at this point it's been too long at this point.

I called 1 hour ago and got in at 3 pm so that's great when you consider how busy they are usually . I've been coming to her spot since she opened and keep coming since they consistently do a great job . With the exception of one time but consider 1 out of 20-30 visits is great She always trying to stay on top of trending nail applications and products . If she doesn't have what you're looking for when you ask she will the next time ! There are 6 nail stations and 6 pedicure stations . They always play a food network from Asia that makes me hungry every time. Parking is sometimes hard to get a spot but never takes long because it's next to country deli and a cigar shop. One thing I wish could change is the temperature of the water for soaking it's not hot enough and is cool.

I've tried several nail salons in the area and always walked away a little disappointed--peeling gel, chipping Gel-X, you name it. That all changed when I found this salon and started seeing Cindy. I've now been back about four times, and every single visit has been great. The first time Cindy did a new set, my nails lasted a full two weeks--even with constant hand use and wear--without peeling or lifting, which honestly never happened before for me. Cindy is incredibly skilled and consistent, and you can tell she really cares about the quality of her work. On top of that, the salon is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. This is officially my go-to nail salon, and I can't recommend Cindy enough! read more

New to the valley. Highly recommend!! Great competitive prices. Staff is very friendly. I had Lilly as a technician, she's super sweet. She took her time and did my designs by hand. Cindy also said they're able to do almost any design. My sister in law got a very fun set. The vibe is chill and comfortable. We came on a weekday at 5 and done by 6:30. Will definitely come again! I've came to here at least 3 times, second time getting a gel manicure and I loved it! They have a good amount of nails colors which was great. I would recommend making an appt, sometimes they can be busy which is understandable. I waited like 10 mins but the people were doing their best and made sure I was okay. Sarah did my nails, she's very kind and gentle. My nails were pretty grown and I had toughened skin around them. But Sarah did amazing in the cleaning process! Had to stop here for a nail fix. OMG they have totally revamped and remodeled this place. I remember when it was a dark mid by but now it is so elaborate but not over the top. I really like it. They did my nail fix $5. I had a nail crack and gentle with me and took care of me. I definitely need to start coming back here as I live very locally. read more

I don't post reviews this long, or this negative but...I've been looking for a new nail place. I love my old spot but it's just too far. This was the third place I've tried in 3 months. I have all natural nails that are very healthy and very thick. People think they're fake, it's awesome. I did have a manicure in November where they were filed somewhat thinner than usual and that's why I came in. If they had said maybe shorter is better so they don't break, I would have done that. I had a pedicure with callous remover, great. First time nails done with Tom, great. Second time, my nails were filed so thin, by a woman, that I was worried. Not just the nail tip but my entire nail to the point where it was burning with the dremel and I told her. Two days later, before Christmas Eve, a nail broke on one finger. I was angry but ok, it happens. About a week later another nail breaks, super short...I'm furious. I go back and Tom "fixes" two broken nails, one with acrylic and one gel X. What was even more awesome, was when he asked why I didn't say anything if my nails were being filed too thin. I expect the nail techs to know what they're doing. I should be able to relax. I don't like telling them how to do their job. I paid $15 extra for Chrome originally, I did not get mine fixed and have chrome reapplied. He says I'm just going to do light pink, ok? Ok, whatever I just want to go home. He says come back in two weeks. Today another one broke off from reaching into my hoodie pocket!! Now I have a crappy fake gel X nail, one acrylic nail. And another broken and a thumb nail cracking up high. I've been doing bio gel for years. Prior to this, my nails have been in the best condition of my life, never bending or anything. Now, I am starting all over. It is not worth it to worry which one is going to break next. I just clipped all my nails down on one hand and have to do the other. Then file them down again. I should've been refunded or at least had my chrome color put back on. I'm not even sure what could have been done to avoid this and I shouldn't have to think about it. No real apologies or ownership of, "oh no we're so sorry, how frustrating." Definitely cannot go back now. And will drive about 40-45 mins to go back to my tech on Ventura. Same price and better quality. They do extra gel if I need it, do incredible art and details. Basically anything you ask for and will redo all the color if you don't like it. They do a perfect job, so they never have to fix or re do. It's such a shame. They were nice but this was not worth my time or frustration, or the money sadly. read more

This place is awesome. 1. Open on Sundays. Was able to get same day appointment no problem. I'm pretty sure they take walk-ins 2. Clean 3. Takes their time, does not rush your service. I liked that they would periodically check with you if this is what you actually wanted. Keen eye for detail. 4. I can't believe I have to say this one. But they don't charge extra over your manicure to push back and trim cuticles 5. Super friendly. They just ask what you want, and they give it to you. I really like sparkly nails. But sparkle nail polish tends to be translucent. She was able to match the under color to the sparkle color I really wanted. 6. The price is unbelievably fair and reasonable. I got Gel X full set manicure $60 with gel pedicure $42. I absolutely LOVE my nails and experience with Rose I will come back again read more

I found Cindy's nail spa through yelp. As far as I can tell, they don't have a website but they do have Instagram. I came in for a GelX full set with medium coffin nails. The picture that I had shown of the design that I was looking for was not nearly as good as what I left the salon with. Rose was my manicurist. I had requested one pink rose with gems. They had an amazing assortment of charms and gems. They even went out of their way to size charms and color match it with the polish. I changed my mind about shiny topcoat, and they were nice enough to accommodate me by giving me matte topcoat. The salon was fairly busy and I had made an appointment and showed up 15 minutes late. They appreciated that I called to let them know I would be late. The entire manicure was one hour and 45 minutes. They gave me a full manicure cleanup before. they also did a hand massage and gave me a 10% discount for being a grand opening, the total for my nails was $100 -10%. The only negative I have about the nail salon, which is out of their control, is the amount of parking in the strip mall. if you intend to get your nails done here I would recommend coming early in order to find a parking spot. They do offer other services like waxing. I took a picture of their price sheets/menu of their services. If you want additional designs to look at, their yelp and Instagram have more designs and they will work with you to accomplish what you want. You should try this salon. They are very nice and the salon is very clean. I drove 35 minutes from home to come here and I don't regret it for a second. This is the best manicure I've ever had. The color I ended up with was DND DIVA, A Boo Pink (111), which was nicer than the original color I thought I wanted. I even requested the heart gem on my middle nail and Rose was nice enough to put little gems on the outside making it look better. She is a true artist. The photos of all of the gems and charms are only some of what they have to offer. read more

I have been going to Cindy for a few years now. The builder gel is wonderful! Not only are my nails long and strong very rarely do they break unless I decide to go longer.Then what i'm showing in this picture. My friends and family go here and are very happy with the services. Last time I broke my nail, they were very attentive, caring, and listen to how it broke when I asked to go shorter ( since it's our job to let them know how short we want our nails) they went ahead and made them a perfect length. The product they use is high quality. One of the reasons I continue returning, I've tried other places before I met Cindy.Unfortunately, the gel peels off i love how long my real nails are.Most people don't know their mine! I wanted to acknowledge what a wonderful job her team and her do! I appreciate the great customer service and artwork. You continue to do for me and my friends and family!! Absolutely wonderful choice if you're in need of these services! Cindy is the sweetest and kindest soul she's patient, and all of the employees are amazing. I've been here a few times, especially after they helped me fix a color change I regretted from another place. They offer a wide variety of options, including airbrush and cat-eye designs. This is one of those places that you should actually do a personal field trip to. It will change your life. Believe it. Highly, highly recommended! UPDATE: I went back in for more hand soap concentrate and some retinol serum. By the way, soap and lotion brand name is "Further". Alyssa assisted me and she is an absolute DOLL. I can't speak on nails as I've never done my nails there but I did get my eyelashes filled right before Christmas as my regular eyelash place was closed for the holidays. I've been doing my lashes for nearly 5 years and never have I experienced such horror. It was closing time as I was leaving but as I got into my car my eyes started to burn. My face was on fire, I was literally breathing hot air. I could barely keep my eyes open. After 15 minutes I was able to drive home to find that there are globs of glue everywhere, eyelash's stuck together and in some places glued directly to my skin!!!
