I have been going here for probably 20 years. So I have seen all the changes it has been through over the years. The new owner remodeled the inside and it looks a lot nice and cleaner with its presentation. The ladies that work there are all pretty nice and friendly. But I do have my favorite. There is no one like Sarah. Once I found her I always requested her for my pedicures. She is so sweet and knows exactly what I want. I dont even have to say anything. There was a brief time when she left and I was devastated. I am so glad that she decided to come back. It was not the same without her. They have a huge color wall of nail polish. If you can't find a color with the amount they have to choose from...... they have every shade you can imagine!

i'm going to a rave music festival at the Electric Forest in Michigan and Cindy did my nails it's called "Galaxy Nails"

I've tried almost every nail salon near and far. From Russian gel nails to, natural/organic. I love it here! My nails last a month with bio gel and Cindy and Rose always gives me the best input and recommendations based off my nails. From subdued to fancy art work, I leave here with exactly what I wanted while not breaking the bank. They're friendly, clean and always willing to accommodate my last minute requests. Thank you Cindy! Pics are of my nails at 3.5 weeks old and still going strong.

The nails I got done were beautiful, however, they definitely were not what I thought that they would be. I wanted them more intricate like the design. I don't know if my mistake was saying I don't normally get my nails done or asking about the cost, but I specifically drove out of the way because of the stunning pictures I saw. Here's a picture of what I was wanting versus what I got. They're not close to the detail I wanted, especially for how much I had to pay. ($90) I think it's more upsetting bc I'm someone who doesn't have much money so this was a special treat my brother was paid for to help feel pretty. The past few months have been unbelievably difficult and I had (have) been going through a bad depression with all the life changing events in my life. I wanted to go back because they're definitely too long. I said this at the time, but got told they wouldn't look good. I'm someone that has a special-needs daughter who requires a lot of care so I have to be conscientious. Since I'm out of town and my family made plans, I'm afraid at this point it's been too long at this point.

I called 1 hour ago and got in at 3 pm so that's great when you consider how busy they are usually . I've been coming to her spot since she opened and keep coming since they consistently do a great job . With the exception of one time but consider 1 out of 20-30 visits is great She always trying to stay on top of trending nail applications and products . If she doesn't have what you're looking for when you ask she will the next time ! There are 6 nail stations and 6 pedicure stations . They always play a food network from Asia that makes me hungry every time. Parking is sometimes hard to get a spot but never takes long because it's next to country deli and a cigar shop. One thing I wish could change is the temperature of the water for soaking it's not hot enough and is cool.

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. My dad was seated for a pedicure. Despite sitting him down in the chair, they made him wait 40 minutes without starting the service. There were four technicians working (three on the floor and one doing a pedicure), yet no one ever came over to begin his service. Each time we asked, we were told "in a little bit," but nothing actually happened. After waiting while already seated and ready, my dad finally decided to walk out. It was frustrating and honestly just unacceptable customer service. If they were running behind, they should have been transparent instead of repeatedly telling us it would be "a little bit." Unfortunately, because of this experience, we will not be coming back. read more

I went to this nail shop and each time there was an issue the owner Cindy decided to argue with me about my total when I've paid the same total each time for me and my two daughters. She's very rude! Never on time. Has cancelled appointments on me and has rushed my nails. Very rude. Basically said I didn't know how much I paid each time. She said there was a special for $15 kids mani pedi. My nail guy is out of town (I've been going to him since a kid) so I decided to go to this nail shop since it's right next to my house...and it completely exceeded my expectations. The way I heard about this salon was from my husband he takes his client for manicures/pedicures here, and so they told me about this nail shop and how the staff is always so nice and understanding! This nail shop was clean/ very professional and they do exceptional work! This was the first time in my life I have deviated from acrylic to GelX tips and I will never be doing acrylic again!!! I saw such amazing reviews on Yelp that I thought I would try Cindy Nails Spa for a mani-pedi. It was fine, but absolutely nothing special and I wasn't overly impressed. No different in terms of service and quality than any similar nail salon I've used. I have been to some that offer mini bottles of water (this salon doesn't), which is a nice extra. I won't go back because there are other salons near me that are just fine too. read more

But they are pricier than the other products. I don't care at all. I LOVE the scent. As a matter of fact, I'm going in this weekend for some more of the hand soap. I have it in my bathroom (foaming pump) and my kitchen (regular hand soap pump). I also diluted it to use as a shower gel. YES, doggone it!!! I'm kinda addicted! This is one of those places that you should actually do a personal field trip to. It will change your life. Believe it. Highly, highly recommended! UPDATE: I went back in for more hand soap concentrate and some retinol serum. By the way, soap and lotion brand name is "Further". Alyssa assisted me and she is an absolute DOLL. And I met her husband and best friend, who happened to be in the store. Simply delightful. I think this is going to be another one of my "happy" places.

Because of their repeated mistakes, every month I have to argue and fight just to get my medication. This causes major stress and delays my treatment. The staff is often rude and unprofessional. They frequently do not answer the phone, and sometimes even hang up on me. I even called Walgreens corporate headquarters and filed a formal complaint. They gave me case number 26384540, but after two weeks, nobody ever called me back. I strongly warn others: think twice before using this pharmacy. My experience has been so stressful, it feels like this place could give someone a heart attack.

When I called the pharmacy this afternoon just to confirm that it's ready for pick up, I was told that they have no order on file. I just wasted a day of waiting for my meds, to only find out that nothing was actually done and nobody knows why confirmation email was sent to me for pick up. Walgreens obviously cannot be trusted, so if you want to receive your meds in a timely fashion, id suggest to go to a different pharmacy.

I can't speak on nails as I've never done my nails there but I did get my eyelashes filled right before Christmas as my regular eyelash place was closed for the holidays. I've been doing my lashes for nearly 5 years and never have I experienced such horror. It was closing time as I was leaving but as I got into my car my eyes started to burn. My face was on fire, I was literally breathing hot air. I could barely keep my eyes open. After 15 minutes I was able to drive home to find that there are globs of glue everywhere, eyelash's stuck together and in some places glued directly to my skin!!! I had to call my friend to bring me eye wash. That night my vision was dark. It's been days and I'm still struggling. This is my second and third time going to Cindy Nails Spa, and I have been wondering every time. The staff is highly talented, friendly, and helpful! They know their stuff and are great at helping you pick a color for your nails!! They are knowledgeable and up to date with all the nail trends. I especially love that all of them can make designs that look exactly like the pictures they are shown. Omg such an amazing experience here at Cindy's! I drive all the way from Santa Clarita to come to her because I know she's the best. I got my nails done by Rose this time and she did perfect. I showed her a reference photo and left with the exact copy on my nails, I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. The atmosphere of the salon is very welcoming. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this nail spa! Cindy and her amazing team are excellent nail technicians, they take their time and make sure you have quality service. I enjoy picking my color, getting a full back massage (their spa chairs are top notch) and I leave feeling like a Queen... my mani/gel nails, my spa treatment all while enjoying my Starbucks which is in the same complex. I absolutely love this place, nancy is the absolute best! her leg massages are phenomenal. I want to give this place and staff 5 stars. Lynn did my daughters nails yesterday and was sooo sweet and patient with her. We will for sure be coming back. My daughter talked her ear off lol but she did such a great job on her nails. My pedicure was great too! I didnt catch my nail techs name but he was great. Definitely recommend! They are so kind and so fun! They always take their time on my nail to make them perfect and are still somehow so quick! I came here for my wedding nails, they were perfect but I didn't get a great picture. They did an ombre French tip with tiny sparkles on the tips.
