Always a great place to catch a movie! Love that we live across the street now and can catch the Wacky Wednesday deal!! Like $6 for movies!!! Only downfall is that popcorn refill isn't free :( For $7.00 you'd think they would give atleast one free refill

Place was clean and servers were quick, the only 4 stars for the pizza. I got the hot honey pizza and it was lacking of sausage promised. I should've gone with my gut and got the the burger.

I went to Cinema Cafe to see the new Conjuring movie with a friend of mine, and I'm officially spoiled! Regular movie theaters just don't compare anymore. This place is dinner and a movie all in one, and they make it so easy with full service right at your seat!! You can purchase tickets and reserve your seat online. Once you check in, you go right to your seat and a waitress comes to you. The menu is surprisingly big for a movie theater. They've got all the classics like mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, wings, nachos, and pretzel bites (which I ordered and loveeed, served with mustard and cheese). If you're looking for something more hefty, there are burgers, wraps, flatbread pizzas, and even salads if you want to keep it lighter. They also have dessert options like sundaes and milkshakes, plus a full bar with beer, wine, and cocktails. Definitely not your average popcorn and soda movie theatre setup, though they have that too if you're a looking for simple. The recliner seats are a game changer. If I had a pillow and blanket, I would've taken a nap. They're roomy, super comfortable, and make it easy to relax without worrying about bumping elbows with strangers. The server checks in with you during the movie, which makes it feel like a true dine in experience, but they're quick and quiet enough that it doesn't distract from what's happening on screen. There's also a button to press if you need anything when they aren't around. Watching a horror movie while enjoying real food and drinks just felt like the ultimate night out. If you haven't been, it's worth it for the experience for sure. Come hungry, order the pretzel bites, and don't be afraid to treat yourself to a drink while you're at it!

Nice and clean movie theater. I like that you check in the old fashion way at the check in window. and then they give you an actual ticket. Totally LOVE THIS. The seats are reclining along with your own table for you food and you have a place for your drink on the arm rest. The menu is under your table and you can also scan to see the menu on your phone. Bathrooms where clean The Food was great. My husband and I both think movie food is always a little expensive but it was great. We got the babcon hamburger without cheese and the crinkle fries where PERFECT. If you know me I'm all about the fries. I was happy I got buffalo and ranch to dip my fries in both. Our server was great she brought us plenty of napkins because It can get a bit messy with that much dipping sauce. BUT it is so good. They put the right amount of ice in your soda too. This is a fantastic movie theater. I would have taken pictures of my delicious food but it was during the movie and I did not want to use my flash

Great location, decent food, reasonably priced way to spend a few hours of your day! We came on a rainy Sunday and it was definitely busy. We ordered our tickets online, in advance, which I recommend doing. We always try to get there a bit early so we can order our food and drinks without interrupting the beginning of the movie. We tried many things off the menu: the appetizer sampler, the queso con chili with chips and the popcorn. The appetizer sampler is definitely a great option for 2 people to share. Loved the mini corn dogs, pretzel bites and chicken tenders, however it would be nice if the plate wasn't 75% chips. Definitely taking the cheap route there. We will definitely be back again and again!

I had never heard of a cinema Café. I went to see Last Breath with my friend tonight. I loved the ambience of watching a movie and being served dinner. I ordered garlic chicken pizza. It was delicious. I loved how it was prepared and it was so very flavorful. I would definitely order this again or try their other pizza selections. My friend said that her Philly cheesesteak sandwich was very good as well. It truly was a wonderful evening.

They have remodeled the interior of this cinema cafe and now it has a very modern artistic feel. I have always loved cinema cafe for my children. They offer reasonably priced food and popcorn at price points way lower than their competition. The picture and sound quality is pretty decent and the chairs recline and are comfortable. My experience this visit was overall well I will have to say that my waitress must of been overwhelmed. We had our light set on and she came by we gave her our drink orders and told her we would be ready to order food when she returned. Which she never did even once we turned the light on both our chairs to indicate our need. We actually had to walk up and get another waiter to place our order. Our waitress brought it our rather quick which was great I will say the Philly steak is not very good my bread was chewy and it was not seasoned at all had no flavor really. However the wings were great Definitely coming back but hopefully we have a bette dining experience

My friends and I made a last-minute decision to watch the Barbie movie one evening. I usually go to the Kemps River location as it is closer to where everyone I know lives. However, they were pretty much sold out.. So I found the next closest location and ordered tickets there. Parking was a little difficult and tight. I had to wedge between 2 trucks who parked poorly. You know the type..... We took a restroom break (clean facilities) and headed into the movie. It's easy to find your seat, as there are glowing letters on the end of each row. The sound system is great in the theater and I have no complaints about the picture quality. I ordered the Flash mocktails and cheesy breadsticks. My brother and his boo shared a deluxe nachos, and our friend got a Caramel Brownie Sundae. It took around 30-45 minutes for those to come out, no biggie. My breadsticks were okay tasting. The serving was pretty large, making the price more reasonable. Same with the nachos, it was a giant platter. But the caramel "brownie" sundae our friend got had no brownie. It was a scoop of ice cream and whipped cream for like $9. They eventually gave him 50% off. Later, I wanted to get another drink, so I pressed the service button. Nobody ever came or checked on us for the rest of the visit (1hr+). Unfortunate. Soooo... This is a good place to watch a movie. Honestly, it's probably a good idea to just stick to popcorn and sodas as everything else is kind of outrageously priced. Like $16.99 for some coconut shrimp that probably aren't fresh is kind of crazy. And with the inconsistent service, they probably wont come back to check on you unless you're getting alcohol ($$$$$$).

The food was "ok" can't go wrong with loaded nachos unless they were given to the guy seated next to us who touched the nachos! Then the server tried to give them to us as it was his mistake! We were refunded, and my son loved the smoothie! It cost abit but it was worth it! Fries are awesome as well!

I went to an early viewing of the new Barbie movie. I saw the 6:45 PM show. I'm a big fan of Cinema Cafes. My favorite location is Edinburgh but tickets were sold out. Therefore, I went to this Pembroke location. This was my first time at this location. I purchased my tickets in advance on July 15th for this film on July 20th as seats were getting purchased quickly. My recommendation is to ALWAYS purchase tickets a few days in advance when wanting to see something on opening night... especially for great seating. I ordered a pizza with a water. The pizza was hot & cheesy. It arrived 20 minutes after ordering. Good service. This location was super tiny & in a storefront, but the service was still good and you'll have a nice time. I'd still recommend going to Edinburgh though. My only con is the theater size and struggle to find parking. Regardless, Cinema Cafe exceeds AMC, Regal or any big name theater in my eyes. The service and upkeep is just better.

The price after 2 daiquiris, a small meat lover pizza, first wive club wrap, and a medium deluxe nachos.

The concession stand line went quickly and for one popcorn and one fountain drink it was $20. Geesh!! The previews started right on time. Rather than assisting us, he simply pointed a finger toward concessions and directed us there to redeem our movie passes. The concessions area was not much better. The first thing you notice is the overwhelming smell of burnt popcorn, and the counters were covered in liquid from spilled or splashed drinks. The only bright spot of the entire experience was the young lady working behind the concession counter, who was polite and kind. We ordered two large drinks and a large popcorn, only to be told they couldn't sell large drinks because they had no lids. Instead, we were offered (and charged for) large ICEE cups. When it came time to pay and redeem our movie ticket vouchers, the employee repeatedly tried to process them without success before finally calling a manager. The manager slowly walked over, then slowly walked back to the ticket counter to retrieve replacement tickets. She eventually returned while we continued waiting, now approximately eight minutes late for our movie. We then had to wait even longer for the employee to finish washing her hands before she could scan the tickets. Once we finally made it to the drink machines, one of them wasn't working. Then we discovered the butter dispenser wasn't working either. My husband, who is handicapped, had to walk to the opposite side of the counter just to get butter for our popcorn. By this point, we were roughly 15 minutes late for the movie we had paid to see. Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop there. When we entered the theater, the trash cans were overflowing and the floors were covered with popcorn and other garbage. We finally reached our seats only to discover that the theater did not have reclining seats. My husband struggled to get comfortable for the first half of the movie. To make matters worse, the auditorium was so warm that we were sweating. I actually had to leave the movie and track down the employee at the ticket counter--the only staff member I could find--to ask if someone could please turn on the air conditioning. This theater appears to be poorly managed, understaffed, and lacking even the most basic attention to cleanliness and customer service. From the dirty concessions area, malfunctioning equipment, and overflowing trash to the lack of urgency from management and uncomfortable theater conditions, nearly every aspect of our visit was frustrating. I will never return to this theater, and after this experience, it's easy to understand why so many movie theaters are struggling to keep customers coming back.

We normally order tickets online so when we get there, we can just scan the barcode or enter the confirmation number and grab them. The process is always very quick and easy. We've claimed the last row as "our seats" since we enjoy sitting in the back, and thankfully, the views of the movie are still great. As we looked over the menu waiting for the movie to start, we decided on the Mission Impossible Deluxe Nachos and The Fifth Element Supreme Pizza. Our food was served fairly quickly but unfortunately, the nachos lacked cheese and they only added a few, small dollops of chili. The pizza was pretty good though. This last visit changed my mind a little. The volume of the movie was down to low, and when asked to turn it up because we could hear the movie playing next door over our movie, we were told it was preset unfortunately. My friend and I decided to try something new off the menu. She got the supreme pizza which tasted like chef boyardon't, chef boyardee would have been better than this pizza. The crust was hard with a low quality taste. I got the deluxe nachos, which there was nothing deluxe about. The chips were stale, it was supposed to have chili which I saw like 4 beans and really couldn't find the meat. There was a bunch of lettuce and onions, and a splash of cheese. The chip to cheese ratio was off!! The waiter did give me an extra tiny cup of cheese, which didn't help much. But at least he tried. I'll stick to my usual cheeseburger in the future. That's normally good. The food was a flop this time!! They left the lights on during the whole movie which made it weird. The usually turn the lights off. Not to mention Scary Movie 6 sucks. That's not their fault, I'm just warning you, it's not worth your time!! They did play good music in the lobby and the theater was clean. Picking up our tickets we ordered online was easy, and I like that you can reserve seats of your choice ahead of time. I hope next time the experience is better.

We arrived around 10 minutes after it opened and it was already starting to get busy. You can pay to play at the desk next to the bumper cars which is closest to the ropes course, escape rooms, axe throwing and go kart racing. They do offer military discounts with an ID, just ask. They will give you a ball color of your choice for game use when you pay. Clubs are at the entrance to the right of the golf course along with the score cards and pencils on the wall. I love how they have a place at each hole number to place the score card and pencil which also provides a surface to write down your score. The course is under black lights which the edges of the course are outlined. 9/2024 This was pleasantly fun! However, it was multi -sensory overload for me the moment I walked in. We were there to celebrate my niece's birthday as a belated birthday treat for her & we had family come in out of town, who also recently had a birthday. If you do research on their website you will discover they have A LOT to do! But like everyone has mentioned activities are individually priced. I feel like the more you book, the more you should get some combo discount. They do offer 15% off for military with an ID, but not online. Caveat - It's only in person with proof of ID and you can't come in earlier in the week or in advance and pay for attractions for the future and get the 15% military discount off. It has to be purchased & used on the same day for it to be applied. There are no military discounts on Dark Ride. Some attractions you need to book in advance online like bowling, escape rooms, axe throwing, & the simulators. Check their website for any changes. Saturdays are popular, so I signed a contract for advanced scheduled attractions so that my niece and cousin could participate in the activities they wanted, to prioritize & not be disappointed or waiting a long time to participate. You do get a discount if you do so but a signed contract & payment is due prior. You don't even have to come in person to do it. Either call or email for your inquiries and they can work something out for you. We didn't book a party although you can do that but a food minimum is required and a reserved room is only for 45 minutes. Skyla, one of the events coordinator made things super easy & convenient to book. She was very helpful answering questions. I had never been so I wasn't familiar where attractions were located. Once I found out, I planned all the activities on the same floor back to back for convenience & chose available times that were roughly 30 minutes apart. We just showed up, checked in at the desks located close to that attraction. Silas, one of the managers came to greet me and informed me where to go. He was pleasant and willing to answer any questions. We did the 30 minute Zombie Research Lab escape room. You want to check in 20 minutes prior to your reserved time. It was fun and we broke out with 7 min & 22 seconds left with a group of six. They have quality props and hints pop up on the tv monitor. Four of us participated in the ropes course. You're allotted 15 minutes to do whatever elements you want. They make you empty out all your pockets for safety since you're 40 feet above the ground over the bowling alley. I'm not sure if it was because we booked it as a group under a contract that it was only the 4 of us at the one session, but that was nice. There were maybe one or two elements that were challenging. But it was still fun! Our 3rd activity was axe throwing which is a flat fee regardless of the number of people, max of 6 per lane for an hour. Darrel was our instructor and he was fun! We really enjoyed ourselves and with some of us he really tried his best to help land some throws but some just couldn't. There were alot in our group that didn't participate but they were able to enjoy us throwing axes. My niece was killing it with her throwing skills. Our last activity was an hour of bowling. These are time sensitive so you better arrive 15 min earlier to get your rental shoes and pick your ball. We did the VIP lane which is an additional price but great because there are only 4 VIP lanes and they are away from the rest of the lanes. You can still see lanes 5 and on but there's a glass wall in between & it's a lot quieter. The seating is comfortable and enough to fit six people. Bowling is also a flat fee for an hour or more up to six people. Plus an additional $5 pp for shoe rentals. But if you have a military ID you can get up to six shoe rentals for free. You can also order food at your lanes but I don't think anyone came by to take our order. Unless someone in our group went up & ordered. Overall we spent from 2pm -7pm there. We even squeezed in a hologate game of Zombie Resurrection which is an adventure in itself!
