Definitely one of the nicer movie experiences you can have in the area. We wanted to see one of the highest rated new movies out there, but we were tired of paying $20 a ticket - I really don't need to have the deafening volume and my seat shaking kind of experience. We paid half the price and still enjoyed reclining seats. A big bucket of popcorn will set you back about $9 now (HOLY SCHMOKES), but it's enough to share for sure. This theatre came in clutch today! The AMC in Voorhees had issues with a theater and couldn't show the movie Pressure any more today but this Cinemark had one more showing for the day. My dad was coming from 1.5 hrs away to spend time together for Father's Day so I'm glad it all worked out. It was a fantastic time together. This was our first time at this movie theater. And this theater is in a large and great location. We can watch a movie, go shopping, and get something to eat and much much more. Plenty of parking. The staff was nice. I just sign up for the reward program. I'm so mad because I just started a detox and I can't have a good old hot dog, soda, warm pretzel & cheese and any chocolate candy. We just came here to get our Lowe's bucket filled up for only $5.00. On 01/19/26 then my husband decided to go and watch a movie. We are seeing 28 years later. The popcorn is so good and I got no salt. And we are both drinking water. This is so crazy because we suppose to be go shopping. So after the movie we will be going to the market I need things for my detox. Keep up the awesome work. My husband is in seven heaven because he love . First of all they deliver food to u but the drink lid didn't fit the cup and kept falling off. Then during the climax of the movie the screen turned off then they said they'll rewind it and restart. Then it did again during the movie and turned off so we had to end the movie. But they gave us a full refund a pass two another showing. read more

Pretty great place! My party about 12 people ended up renting out a movie theater for ourselves and what a deal! We all ended up paying like 13 bucks each to have a private screening of the movie Godzilla Vs. Kong. It was such a fun time with my family, and loved the fact that it was just us in the movie theater. We had a mix of kids and adults which was cool. We ended up buying a bunch of snacks, they have popcorn, hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, and they have icee and soda to choose from. We ended up renting out another private screening for Mortal Kombat and it was worth the price. I like the option of having a private screening with the people you know, especially during the times of COVID19. read more

Movie club is worth it for only $10 a month. Also gets you 20% off on concession. Bathroom stalls had broken and about as clean as any other public restroom. You can get very cool souvenir cups and popcorn tins, though some popcorn tins are overpriced. I like the setup of each row, the people getting up in the row in front doesn't effect your viewing experience. Only pet peeve with their chairs is i wish they reclined more. read more

I feel this is a great place to watch movies. The seats are all huge comfort loungers and the theater smells clean and looks well-kept. I don't know if anyone remembers "the good old days" when there were movie theaters on 19th and Chestnut, but while the old-timers (me included) reminisce about how "great" these historic theaters were, the truth is they weren't well-kept and smelled like a combination of vomit and popcorn. I recommend choosing any seat behind the first aisle (rows D, E, F, and beyond). The A, B, C rows are too close to the screen. If you go here, consider joining their movie club for $9.99 per month. Luxury and spacious seating with plenty of walking space and comfortable. The theater was clean. I felt safe and yes masks were optional, but everyone's personal space was respected. So last night I joined the cinemark rewards program. I actually got a free movie today I had my popcorn and beverages pre ordered and delivered to me in the theater before the movie began. I was super excited to see this movie. Even after not being in a movie theater for almost two years. Prior to coming to the theater, I called and asked if I was allowed to bring my electric scooter into the theater and a young man on the phone assured me that it was ok. If it were going to be an issue I would have caught an UBER. upon arrival I was told at the front door that I could not come in with my scooter I told the young Lady that I had called prior to coming and I was told that I could bring it in. I told her that if it was going to be an issue that I would like to get a refund for my ticket and the popcorn and soda I pre ordered. She got on her walkie talkie and tried calling the MOD.. (Manager on Duty) after calling several times almost 10 minutes, she even called out to other employees in the concession stand to make sure that that request was being heard, she finally said go in.. As I was leaving the theater after enjoying the movie a Manager by the name of Ms. Brown stopped me as I was walking out and she says to me loud enough for two other employees to hear and also 3 patrons that were checking in.. "In the future you not allowed to bring a scooter in here"! I told her that an employee had said I could when I called earlier and when I got here the young lady told me to just come in since no Manager is answering.. who is training these people and thank God there was no "Emergency" earlier when the young lady was asking for one via walkie talkie for almost 10 minutes. How are you as a Manger going to come at me like that not only in frount of your staff but other patrons as they were checking in. I did nothing wrong and you should have maybe pulled me aside.. ask how was the movie and tell me that not only was I miss informed about bringing a scooter in but apologizing for not even being available when one of your employees was trying to reach out to you... The Cinemark Movie 16 is minutes from the Voorhees Towncenter. The Movie theater is nestled in a stripmall, adjacent to an Apple Bees. The movie theather was recently revamped, and now has reclining seats. The seats are comfortable but not as nice at the Marlton 8's recliners (the backs at CM16 don't recline much). Keep in mind, with reclining seats comes seat assignments- so if you want a good seat buy your tickets ahead of time. Tickets here are reasonably priced (compared to the market). Matinee and senior discounts are available. The concession stand has everything you would expect at the typical movie theater prices. I ordered a large soda and large popcorn combo for $12. The popcorn was NOT worth it. The popcorn lacked in flavor, was all broken up and was not served warm. read more

Management is very attentive to the needs of the customer. The seats are very comfortable and at times, they are very generous with the selection of films, some out of the ordinary fare. I'm not a huge movie fan. But having to entertain my kids will lead me to the movies a several times a year. This theatre is by far the best theatre that I've been to in a very long time and has become the only theatre that we go to these days (until the new one under construction in Deptford opens). The staff is very professional and helpful, the lobby is huge, and the theatre itself is clean and spacious. Seeing new releases a couple weeks after the first showing is the best because you'll almost have a half empty house there, which means less disturbances from the folks that literally break out into applause during the movie (something that I'll never understand). Prices were better than I have seen compared to other local theaters. But oh my, it was FILTHY in there. My seat felt sticky, and there were popcorn crumbs all over it. The hallways were covered with garbage, cans were overflowing. The women's bathroom was absolutely horrific. The concessions line was also extremely long, so I couldn't even get a snack unless I wanted to miss the beginning of my movie. I will not be returning anytime soon. read more

Cinemark has just started updating to reserved seating and recliner chairs. The only deficit is that the seats are smaller and don't decline very much. And yes I realize I am totally spoiled by the leather recliner seats at the Marlton 8. This is your typical big box theater. However, its maintained well. It's clean, the bathrooms are clean. The lobby has some fun arcade games(I was shocked to see that it had them, since arcade games have disappeared from almost everywhere else). The ticket takers are efficient and friendly(Not always the case in the Philly area). The theaters are your typical stadium seating, with nice chairs that have drink holders. The theater space has been clean both times I've been here. The picture is good and the sound is good. There is also plenty of parking outside. In summary, its a good place to go if you want to see a major motion picture/blockbuster. read more

We travel all the way from sicklerville go to this theater! I have a family of 4 so it's the price of a small vacation when we go to the movies, but if we go here it's a 30% savings. The tickets are $2 cheaper then other theaters in NJ and if you see the first show of the day, on any day, it's only $5! They have freshly popped corn and a lot of good quality theaters as well. They are in the process of overhaul, so I don't think these great prices are going to last, but in the meantime, I will keep enjoying the experience. OH! And they have midnight shows of classics on the big screen, like Spaceballs and Goonies!!! If your less than 20miles away come thru for this one. read more

Came this morning to watch Unbroken at 10:15 and was pleasantly surprised by this theatre, first there was no line, there was a very cute girl and the counter she was friendly. This theatre is new, the seats are tall so you can rest your head, they recline and are made of vinyl which makes way too much sense. The movie started promptly and sounded amazing. Only down was these lame ass mother and daughter talking during the movie and chewing their popcorn like cows. To top it off, the ticket was $5.75, also they have discounted movie night on Tuesdays for under $6. read more

I have been going to Cinemark for years and years. There are newer, huge, stadium seating theaters on the left side of the building and very old "regular" theaters on the right side of the building. The newer theaters have much larger screens, and (maybe it is just in my head) better sound. I believe most of the new and popular movies tend to be in the larger, better theaters. While I like the experience on the stadium theaters, it is really annoying that you pay the same price for the older theaters and don't know which experience you are going to get until you actually walk in, unless you have memorized the theater numbers (which I haven't). I hate how expensive the theater is now, though all movie theaters are that much anymore. Expect to pay about $30 for two people just for tickets in the evening, food is as overpriced as you would expect. Recently, the theaters upgraded their seats with fake leather chairs and armrests that fold up for make shift love-seats. read more

I went on a Saturday evening with my girlfriends. We don't get out very often and decided to see "The Boy" that came out weeks in advance. I've been before with my husband, but only during the law afternoon (between 2-6) never in the evenings, and there is a serious reason. Upon arriving around 8:30 for a 8:40 movie, there was a group of boys, right outside the theater fighting, kicking and ganging up on someone else, the police were called and hovered around the area for the rest of the night. While entering my girlfriends gift card to that location wouldn't be accepted, holding up the process of her getting a ticket and joining us on time for the movie, making us miss the first few minutes. We were glad it wasn't crowded, and everyone was silent watching the movie, we were glad, but at least 30 minutes in, the chaos started. There was a large group, probably around 6 younger girls that kept running back and forth down the steps, down the front of the theater, whispering, screaming with not so scary parts, laughing loudly, talking, it was awful. I barely enjoyed the movie and it only got silent when someone from the staff came to sit in the movie. For some reason while I was checking my email (I work from home, and had a dimmer on my phone that was already hidden in my purse) I was told to put my phone away during the feature, despite the loud commotion behind me. Upon leaving I went directly to the girl taking the tickets and asked to speak with the manager. Giving excuse after excuse on why this happens, I told him I was unhappy and didn't care. He gave us free movie tickets, but we most likely won't be returning, it's a shame because there's not that many movie theaters within New Jersey worth it. read more

Obviously this is my fault i know shoulda checked before i left but its 3 am. i'm almost home and i call, they don't answer i assume there closed so i wait till 11 am and call and i asked have you seen a wallet in theater 3 in this row this seat etc. and she comes back to the phone and says were busy and asked for my info and never heard from them again. At this point i took the lose got my stuff from the dmv and bank blah blah. But other than that the movie theater itself pretty nice the parking lot suuuucks if your not close and its cold lol.
