It's not the greatest movie theater but where else can you go see a new movie at a super reasonable price? Unfortunately they ran out of Coca-Cola but I get that they were busy. I would definitely come back. It is an older establishment, but again I gave them major props for making it affordable for a family of four to enjoy a movie once in a while. I hope they stay in business because I really appreciate them offering certain discounts on certain days

Love that this movie theater still has discount Tuesdays. As a movie club member tickets are 3.50 on Tuesdays. Can't beat that !

Its hard to give a discount theater a low score as...your at a discount theater, DEAL WITH IT! Skeleton crew working almost all the time, oh well. The actual theater where you see the movie is quite small as you can see in the picture. The theater BLASTS the AC which is hardly a problem but make sure to bring a jacket. All in all you cant beat the price and at least all staff is friendly. They also do special promotions for big movies such as shirts and special cups, pretty cool if your into that stuff

So unclean and rude associates. Also for a bag to go of popcorn is $13 when I can go to Harkins theater to get triple the bag size for $10.

The screens are massive, the picture quality is always crisp, and the signature recliners make it incredibly comfortable to sit through a long film. It's easily one of the best setups in the area when you want that premium theater experience without having to travel too far. The service is another huge plus. Even when the mall is packed on a weekend, the staff manages to keep things moving. The folks working the concession stands are friendly and efficient, and I don't think I've ever had a bad interaction with anyone working there. They do a really solid job handling the crowds and making sure you have what you need before the trailers start. I'd give it a perfect rating, but I have to knock it down to four stars because the cleanliness just isn't always there. It feels like they rush the turnaround times between showings, so it's pretty common to walk into a theater and find sticky floors or leftover popcorn and trash from the previous crowd. If they could just stay on top of the cleaning a little better, this place would easily be a five-star spot.

Recently came here to watch 'Project Hail Mary' in IMAX 70mm. This would be my second time watching this movie in the theater, but I wanted to watch it on this big screen. And I believe this location has a legit IMAX (1.43:1 aspect ratio) screen. There's only a few of these screens in all of Southern California. So glad I woke up early went to the early showing where there were still quite a bit of available seats. Project Hail Mary is a movie that was meant to be seen on as big a screen as possible. The ordering process and the check-in process was easy. The people here are very very friendly.

They offered refunds for tickets and ticket passes for the next Regal visit. There was zero organization nor informative updates from any of the employees onsite. Many people were left confused and angry when they came to realize that the movie they were waiting for will not be played. There should have been enough foresight to send out an update via text/email/pigeon so people who were coming from near or far would know to not show up. This was truly the most disappointing movie theater experience I've ever had. I would never recommend this theater to anyone.

I had seen the first half of Wicked at home through streaming, so it was a treat to watch the second half in the theater. It was packed! I am not a Trekkie, I knew nothing about this film and the only time I'd see Star Trek was on channel 13 when I was switching channels. The film was actually really cool and the Q&A with the director was even better! The movie going experience itself was very nice. The screen seemed huge compared to other indie theaters I've been to and the seats were comfortable. I would see more films here if I'm in town. I know they are always showing a lot of very cool indie films and limited releases. Parked at the parking structure down the street and walked over. Claremont is a very cool place to visit and Laemmle's is a great excuse to visit this town.

The movie was at 12:50 and we walked up to the concession stand and guess what I see!? Plastic cups for the large refillable size. I LOVE that!
