I really love this movie theater, it's truly a hidden gem. There's usually not a big crowd, the pricing is reasonable, and the theater is always clean with comfy seats. I recently watched Avatar: Ash and Fire here during their matinee timing and had a great time; the movie and the overall experience were both excellent. I've also hosted my daughter's birthday party here, and it was a huge success. We rented out the entire theater for the premiere of Moana last year, and it was such a fun and memorable experience for everyone. Another bonus is the convenient location right next to Costco, making it easy to turn errands and entertainment into a one-stop shop. Definitely keep this theater in mind when deciding where to watch a movie, you won't be disappointed! read more

Movie wise it's great. Food wise it's horrible. Got sick more than once. They have no issue deep cleaning in front of customers. The paper towels are black. The fountain soda dispenser. Is dirty as well if you get a soda get it from the bottle. read more

Went to see Wuthering Heights on 2/28 and I was surprised by the new seating with attached trays. Now, only the back of the seat reclines and not your legs. The tray is completely useless and somewhat interferes with the view of the movie. When did eating a full meal during a movie become the norm? I almost prefer the old school theater seats that used to be in every movie theater. Absolute horrible experience, didn't even get through to the movie. The worker asked for proof of age in which both me and my boyfriend who drove us to the movies (both 18) showed. My boyfriend showed him his license in his wallet and the worker said he could not see the year, although in order to have a license you have to be 17-18 years old. I showed him my school identificaton to where he said we could not go in and asked me to show proof of my passport. I don't know a single person who brings their passport as proof of identification to the movies. Horrible experience, workers need to do better and use their knowledge of the age to have a driver license in New Jersey and the year of graduation of school (this year we are graduating and the date is on it). read more

Always loved going to this theater. Recently went into the largest theater and the new seats were terrible. They are super narrow and have a tray table thats very high so if you order a large popcorn it obstructs your view. The seats do recline but it more so just tilts the entire chair keeping you in the same uncomfortable posture of 90 back. It also puts you lower to the ground obstructing your view even more. I definitely would think twice going into the large theater again and hope they don't put those seats in the other theaters. read more

Change the seats back to a fully recline position. These new seats are horrible and don't fully recline. My knees were hurting the entire time since they were slightly bent due to the fact that the chairs don't recline all the way out. The whole chair is uncomfortable. Who actually thought these were good chairs to put in an entire movie theater? I see more people complaining about these new chairs so I'm not the only one. It's good to be back... In summary Social Distancing at the theater. Yes, to play it safe I ordered tickets through my Fandango app. Picking out our seats these days is pretty easy. A simple matinee show just to play it safe during the week. Never been to this theater before so I arrived a little early. You can still go to the concession stand for snacks, but currently credit cards only. No cash in these current times. In the theater itself reclining seats as always. It's a little dated, but only allowing 16 seats total. Every other row is blocked off, plus only two are able to sit together. Look, I've always enjoyed going to the movies. This one is pretty close to our home. Just couldn't resist. Prices are reasonable for movies and snacks. Oh, and noticed they are building a Chick-fil-A right next door. I've come to this theater multiple times and each time is worse than the last. First time, fire alarm. Second time, red head lady wouldn't let me take my 18 year old sister into a scary movie because she didn't have ID, even though i'm 24 (we told other employees and they were confused as well which makes me believe this isn't a normal thing they do), third time, which was last night, another fire alarm not even 15 minutes into the movie and they just gave us vouchers to come back. It's actually ridiculous not to offer a full refund, especially when some of the employees are rude and they seem to have a fire alarm go off every other week. Brought my 8 year old sister to see Puss in boots at on december 28th. When ordering popcorn for her the cashier got butter all down the sides of the bags. I politely asked if I could have a new bag to transfer the popcorn so she wouldn't get butter all over herself. The cashier was extremely rude and said it was because we asked for butter halfway through and it seeped through, that is not the case. I showed him that there was butter all over the sides at the top of the bag. He refused to give me a new bag or provide any solution to the situation other than a bad attitude and told me to use a napkin to clean it. That obviously was no match for the butter and she has since ruined her new jacket she got for Christmas. Seems like nobody wants to work these days or show an ounce of professionalism. Beautiful, clean multi screen theater with reclining seats in all theaters. They have a large concession stand with just about everything, including ice cream. Plenty of parking in the large lot too. Make sure to leave time to print your tickets in the theater if you purchase online. There are kiosks when you walk in or a ticket counter to the left. They do not have mobile ticketing. read more

The theaters are good. The cashiers move slow as SHIT. They fuck up your order. The pop corn, candy, and soda I'd ridiculously priced high. They close the counter too early. When the theaters aren't too hot- the teenagers act like assholes the whole movie and don't shut up. This place needs new management. read more

Happy Wednesday Adventurers! This was my first time coming here and to the movies in well over 3 ish years so the expectations weren't much. This isn't Menlo but honestly I was never a fan of ordering food while watching a movie. I guess that's the 90's kid in me but I just prefer the large tub of popcorn, butter, and soda for the night. This place wasn't bad around 5 but it started to pick up after we were leaving. The place was okay, clean, orderly, and had the amenities you'd want for a movie theater. They don't offer refills at the moment due to covid (which no one seem to practice 6 feet anymore). But I think they dropped the prices a smidge for not offering the refills. I ordered a cherry slushy and large popcorn--there is nothing like movie popcorn! We were seeing the new Scream (my favorite slasher franchise, after all I named my Jeep Scream Queen). The chairs are well worn but comfortable and still recline, which we figured out half way through the movie. It's been THAT long since I was used to Menlo full recline at home style chairs vs. the stiff backed theater chairs from years ago. Had a great time and the staff were awesome. Pretty solid movie theater, it's the closest to us that has reserved seating and the loungers. Not as many options as the AMC Monmouth Mall, but it's pretty clean, the loungers are nice and I believe every theater has them. Cinemark charges a bit too much to reserve your seat online, but it's a nice option for those sold out shows. Concession and ticket prices are on par with everywhere else, overpriced. But, when have they not been? Service is always pretty good, popcorn is good and you get one free refill with a large soda or large popcorn. Plenty of parking, and if you drive a Tesla they have charging spots. read more

I went here with my 2 friends and we were having a good time. people behind us were also having a good time and we were whispering/ Talking here and there. The theatre was EMPTY and we got kicked out FROM ONE PERSON who reported us. We are minors who didn't get a ride home until 10 minutes later. It was said to call corp for a refund when we don't even know how to do that. We got cards for our "refund" for free seats. The manager I spoke to had a horrible attitude off the bat as I was stressed of concerns. She was very uncomforting as they all came together and laughed at me when I went to refund tickets. Discusses to me that as Covid was a big issue kids under 17/18 were able to go to rated R movies but now they kick those out DURING the movie. There should be no difference even during Covid. A customer should be able to go watch a movie with someone who is over the age of 18. It is ridiculous this is a movie theater and there is no harm as a parent on the phone is able to let them know that their kid has access to go watch the movie with the adult they are with in the moment. I never once had this issue until recently and I hope this gets fixed. Turning away customers who bought their tickets and spent around 15 dollars on the food and drinks they had there to offer. A Refund and an apologize should very much be presented to those who are wronged this way. They should hire those who actually hear the customer out rather than immediately coming up and giving the worst attitude possible. I hope no one else has this issue and their child doesn't either. This was ridiculous. Spending 15 dollars on items that can't even be used during a movie because they aren't allowed in. And also getting security called due to expressing feelings on how I waited just to get told I'm unable to go watch a movie. This needs to be fixed. read more
