Check in was quick if you complete a waiver beforehand. The front desk employee was very kind & welcoming. There are two timed rooms with various inflatable obstacle courses. I like how the whole room is private & the kids move from one room to the next altogether. The play area accommodates a good range of age groups including toddlers. After the two rooms, they led us into the party room and the birthday kid gets to sit in a huge inflatable chair. The staff immediately started serving the food. The pizza was pretty decent and I applaud the employee for keeping the drink pitchers well stocked especially how thirsty all the kids were from jumping. I think they had forgotten the chicken for the adults but it came out fairly quickly afterwards. There were venue themed party favor bags passed out at the end, which was full of fun goodies that all kids were super excited about. The bathroom had dim lighting & looked little older but seemed clean overall. The party was booked for 2 hrs, which was plenty of fun & eating time for the kids. Pump it Up! I…read moreattended my little cousin's 5 yr birthday here yesterday. The location was very easy to find, the parking was a breeze and the facility was very clean and well maintained. There are, I believe 2 rooms with 2 bouncy houses in them where kids can run bounce and play and they have hand sanitizer everywhere. The bday party is super easy for parents, the employees do all the heavy lifting. They hype up the kids, guide them from room to room, lead singing happy birthday to the bday kid and serve the food to all the children. They leave the food out buffet style in the back of the room for the adults to serve themselves. They also take pics of all the kiddos while they're playing and then a montage of all the pics is shown on the screen in the pizza party room while they're eating. The kids loved seeing themselves in all the photos. It was so cute to watch them look at all the pics. More importantly, they absolutely loved the bouncy houses which seemed perfect for pre school to elementary aged children. Great job Pump It Up staff! Little Adam and his friends seemed to really enjoy themselves and I know the parents were happy to have the perfect outlet for burning off their kiddos' turbo energy the day before Thanksgiving!

Now like every new event the are some little tweeks to be make for next year. The event was introduced to be a cashless event. The internet connection was not good once you got to the park. It was very hard to get a signal. It was a little hard to purchase items because you had to find a good signal. I think because of the internet connection it had effect on other areas. The had chair rentals for seating. The stage had 2 big TV's on the side so you were able to see and hear at all angles. The had 2 parking locations where you were able to park the cars and they offered shuttles to the parks. The event had a great turnout and I look forward to next year.

The casting was great, SpongeBob actor was so close to the original that it was almost scary in a good way. For a local show it was a high end production. My boyfriend doesn't like musical so the show was new to him and he really enjoy it commented how good it was. Only note I have was nobody was there to check our ticket so literally anyone can walk in and sit down. They didn't had a billplay which I wish they did I have one for every shown I been to. Also first show I go that they don't have a Curtain Call which was odd we didn't really knew what to do at the end of the show.

This is a very small community theater with a lot of old flare! I mean that in a good way. A group…read moreof six of us went to go see one of our friends in the Steel Magnolias play. You enter into an old antique store to walk upstairs to the actual theater. Parking is available outside and on the cross streets with no charge. The staff, which can't really be called staff because they don't get paid, were exceptionally helpful. Concessions are available for a contribution price that you determine. An old-fashioned elevator lift service that's done by rope in hand is available for wheelchair or just for novelty purposes. From what I experienced, it took about four minutes to get from the ground level up to the second level. The seating is staggered with three different rows in the front, and on both left and right sides. There's not a bad seat in the house since they are leveled. One thing to note, because this is a very small venue, your feet are literally on the stage area (see photo). I would never consider myself a theater goer, but this has changed my opinion. I had a great time and so did all of my 6 friends. I will definitely attend another. The theater is upstairs with multiple iconic photos and memorabilia of the 31 years they have been operating. They also have a mystery theater across the hall from the play theater we attended.

There were many vendors to get samples from everywhere you turned and it was organized well! I'm glad I was able to get introduced to some new restaurants and many tables offered company merch and coupons which was a plus! It wasn't overcrowded and I didn't have to wait in any long lines for samples. My only complaint is that I wish they included some type of tray to hold your samples. It was very hard carrying around those little trays of food. Other than that I had a good time and will be better prepared next year!

When we signed our daughter up for her first production at Showtime, I thought there would be a few…read moreprops and we'd throw together a costume at home. At the show, I was blown away by the set production, costumes, and most of all, the quality of the actors. Since then, our other daughter has also joined Showtime and we are 17 shows in! If you are looking for a place for your child to have experience with on stage productions, you can't go wrong with Ms Jackie. I think she truly supports her casts, and also has very high expectations for her shows- there is dedication and work involved to be a part of Showtime. Ms Jackie will support them every step of the way! As our girls have gotten older, they have also been able to have the experience of working backstage and in the booth, which gives them other skills and a real appreciation for what it takes to make a production happen.
