Had to try the 'D Box' experience and The Matrix Resurrections was the way to go. The recliners are comfortable with seat warmers. The D Box experience has 3 levels that are controlled with a button. The vibrations and chair movements are synchronized with the action themes of the movie. The technology is pretty cool but the experience kind of gets annoying. Kids may enjoy it but 2 hours of a reverberating chair can get annoying ;) The theater is well maintained with a lot of parking. Friendly employees and online bookings make the overall experience great. COVID protocols are followed for the most part.

I have never reviewed a movie theater before. What I witnessed tonight demands a review. 1. The Cinemark loyalty program is first class and very much a program that delivers tremendous value. 2. The staff working the concession stand were impressive. They worked together as a team, everyone I encountered was very friendly and welcoming without sounding like a canned response forced upon them. I ordered a small layered butter popcorn and a large fountain drink. I declined the offered popcorn upgrade to Medium as there's no way I could eat the ample size. The small was great. Usually, I have to go add flavoring, no tonight, though. The server layered it perfectly without over doing it. They also provided some popcorn salt on my request. I also noticed the training being provided to a couple of new members. Awesome process. The trainer explained the process and let the trainees perform the work. Far too often, I see trainers in other places just having the trainees stand around and watch. The active engagement was nice to see. 3. I saw something after the show (Napoleon), that I haven't witnessed in decades. On a high school Spring Break program, someone was not feeling well and left an unpleasant mess to be cleaned up. One of the more senior cadets (military school) could have assigned a freshman to the task and no one would have given it a second thought. "RHIP, Rank Has Its Privileges", right? This cadet cleaned up the mess himself. He taught me that before delegating a task, make sure you are willing to do the work yourself. He later retired from the Army as a 3-Star General. Tonight, as I was leaving, I stopped in a restroom to return the diet coke before driving home. It's not uncommon to see an employee cleaning up. It is unusual for me to see one of the managers actually cleaning the toilets and counters. He echoed a lesson I learned at that Spring Break trip from about 50 years earlier, with almost the same words that senior cadet used. Traylor, as I said to you tonight, you displayed some real leadership skills. May you see as much success as my retired friend, the 3-star. I understand why this theater does so well. It's the leadership being taught and replicated within. Cinemark, if I wasn't already loyal customer, I am a customer for life now. Great work in inspiring the team members through example.

The movie theater was clean my only issue is how much the tickets cost and how much more expensive the food has become

Overall I would have to say the experience was good at this theatre. There is a lot of space for parking and the popcorn was pretty good! Even in the summer, I feel like I always get cold inside of movie theatres so it was so nice to see that the recliners had the option to be heated which I loved! It was also pretty clean for the most part but was definitely kind of busy for a weekday. The staff were also very friendly whether that was at the food counter or checking in our tickets.

I was interested in trying out the "D Box" experience, and so far, what I observed is that the recliners are cozy and have seat warmers. Additionally, it features three levels that are controlled by a button, which synchronizes the chair movements and vibrations with the actions of the film. I think this is really cool, however if you're watching a long movie and you start to develop a little headache, this will only make it worse. I, however, felt it was fantastic. One drawback, which you shouldn't consider, is that you can't integrate seats together and cuddle in them. Additionally, the theater itself was fairly clean and had some of the most pristine restrooms I've ever seen. It also includes an arcade, so if you're searching for some entertainment or want to divert the kids, it does offer a moderately sized arcade with the majority of games that should be entertaining. Another thing I appreciated was that they have a sizable area where you can relax and eat. I don't frequently see this, so if you wanted to go a little early before your movie started to have some food or play some games, you most definitely can. The only thing to keep in mind is that it can be a little pricey, but that shouldn't need to be mentioned considering it is a theater. Overall, I would certainly recommend this place, and personally I will be returning as it offered a better overall experience compared to other theaters.

This was a pretty average experience. The place is huge, has a decent size arcade with up to date games, snack counter and cafe area and smaller snack counter closer to the Theaters that are far from the main counter. Tickets run from $12-$21 depending on how you want to watch the movie. But those "luxury seats" were not comfortable at all. Almost felt restricted on how comfortable I could get, and sitting through a 3hour movie, I was not happy! Even started sweating because it got hot inside the theater, usually movie theaters are cold but that wasn't the case here. Overall very basic experience!

Designed with an all white palate, the space is large enough to accommodate a modest - sized event(under 200) while still feeling intimate. I believe the space is owned and operated by Creative Arts Catering so you are required to use thier services. Their food is excellent though so that would be a non issue for me. My only complaint was with the parking. There were only about 20 parking spaces directly in front of the building and the caterer had their delivery trucks occupying about 5 of those precious few (not a good look at a formal event). Definitely check them out if you're event space shopping on the North side.

She was always available, even the weird hours I had weird questions (lol). I cannot say enough about Erin and her team and how wonderful they are. I must personally acknowledge Charisma, Jakory, Jenny, Michael, and the ENTIRE Valet Team for taking exceptional care of my guests and me. These new friends have become new family now! One of the reasons I chose Sky Blu is because they do not sell food. This allowed me to hire my own caterer to personalize my birthday menu. The MAIN reason I chose Sky Blu was because of the amazing views of the Dallas Skyline. It simple does not get any better than the rooftop views! The room was excellent. It was the perfect size for the tons of stuff I had to bring with me for the celebration. The greatest benefit was staying at the same place the party was happening at. Did I mention we got a great rate too!!! Other reviews mentioned issues with paying the valet fees. The valet fees are cheaper than NOLA, so it wasn't an issue. As I mentioned, the valet team took really good care of our vehicles and helped with luggage. Tru and Sky Blu Rooftop Bar are now the #1 spot on my go-to list when I'm in DFW. Prior to this, I normally Thanksgiving Brunch at the Gaylord Texan each year. Their brunch is $100+ per person and I wanted to give the Constellation Club a try. PRIOR TO GOING: I made reservations over the phone. No credit card needed. Dress code expectation is business casual/ Sunday's Best. I was also told they validate parking. THE LOCATION: Easily found in the Irving/ Las Colinas area in the tallest building there. You'll know you found it because of the Mustangs statues in the front. Quick hint... valet is in the rear of the building. I parked in the garage area and took my ticket with me... to get validated. The club is on the 26th floor. Security is there to make sure you go to the right elevators. THE PLACE: Coming off the elevators (26th floor), you're greeted by folks at a table. The place has very modern decor and nice views of the city. On a clear day, you can see downtown Dallas, Arlington, and downtown Fort Worth. If you really know your city, you can see the 635/75 area and City Line in the distance. Great spot for taking selfies or taking in nice views. Anyways... Someone pulls your reservation. I was asked to pay ahead of time. Four people at $60 a piece, I paid a little over $300. Apparently there was a service charge that I wasn't told about over the phone. I ask about parking validation and was told that it was for members only. After some back and forth and back and forth and even more back and forth, they made an exception and validated my parking. Keep in mind, I was told they were validating parking for Thanksgiving (over the phone). I'm big on accountability. The gratuity was technically included but you get the option to tip additional. I would have tipped additional had there not been a service charge. The way I see it, if I can be surprised about a service charge, they can be surprised that I wasn't spending additional money. To me, the service charge was their tip. THE FOOD: After finding a seat (you sit anywhere), you go to the brunch buffet. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Scrambled eggs that look like they were made with powder. Bacon, apple sausage, mashed potatoes, vegetables, salad, ham, turkey, and bland chicken wings. There was a separate room for deserts.... pecan pie, pumpkin pie, cookies, etc. Overall, the bacon, mashed potatoes, and turkey were winners. Everything else was either bland or average. STAFF: The wait staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs. OVERALL: It was a decent experience I did ONE TIME. It was also cool to find out what was in that tall building that I'd always drive by. WAS IT WORTH $60 ($300 for four people)? NO. Absolutely not. You have to keep in mind that besides the food (which was nothing to write home about), and the views of the city, there's nothing else to do. You're there to eat and leave. It's Thanksgiving and the area is a ghost town. It's not like you can take a walk and get into another activity. Coming full circle, this is why I mentioned the Gaylord Texan as a measuring bar. The Gaylord Texan validates parking if you eat the Thanksgiving brunch. You don't have to be a member. You can walk the resort and appreciate the decor... or participate in other activities. It's festive. Yes, the Gaylord is $100 per person but the food options are endless and taste amazing. I wouldn't do the Constellation Club again. I certainly didn't see the value in joining as a member. Definitely a one-time experience for me. I recommend going there for a drink (if they'll allow it) and checking out the views of DFW. If they want to keep it exclusive, let them have fun with that. It's not worth it.
