I went to a screening at AMC NorthPark 15 to watch The Furious, and overall it was a great movie-going experience. The film itself was really enjoyable, and the audience seemed fully engaged--there was a lot of reaction throughout, which made it even more fun to watch in a theater setting. That said, the experience getting into the theater felt a bit disorganized. It seemed like there were some unexpected issues the staff weren't fully prepared for, which delayed entry. While I understand things can happen, clearer communication while we were waiting in line would have helped set expectations and made the wait less confusing. Because of the delay, we were seated right before the movie started, so I didn't have a chance to grab popcorn or any food without risking missing the beginning of the film. This theater seems to be falling apart. Cleaning crews are lacking or non-existent, with trash cans overflowing and trash from prior guests lining each theater. Additionally, the seats throughout the theater need urgent renovation, they do not compare to modern theater seating and are reminiscent of early 2000 amenities. This is the most convenient theater for a lot of people and is situated within a well-kept and upscale mall. It's a shame this isn't a flagship of what AMC has to offer given the prime location. read more

Refused to offer any solution or provide any sort of customer service. Edit: The theater was really hot for an 8:30pm movie and the screen cut out for a few seconds. And this was a 3 hr long IMAX movie. Will not be going here for a movie again. Do better AMC. read more

Went to see Life of a Showgirl and had a good time! It was in the morning during a weekend day, so not busy at all. The theater was pretty empty, so we got to get our preferred seating easily. No lines for concessions or tickets either since it was so early. The seats were pretty clean, as were the floor. The bathroom were also clean. I love how the theater is located in the mall on the second floor, so there is a lot to do before or after the movie to kill time. The employees were also nice and friendly! read more

We have been loyal AMC viewers for some time, but our usual theater is AMC On The Parkway. My husband really wanted to see Young Washington (he's a history teacher). There were only a few theaters still showing it and we ended up at AMC Northpark. The tickets for the two of us were $40. For that price point, we didn't expect to be transported to 1996. Is it not a standard experience for seats to be reclining and leatherish? Why have all of the showrooms not been updated, but the prices are as if they have? And at Northpark! I was flabbergasted, usually this area is the first to get the updates. Nevertheless, it should be in big bold print that these rooms are not updated, do not have reclining seats, and have FABRIC upholstery when booking. Lines for concessions were also ridiculously long, granted it was Odyssey opening weekend so it was busy. The staff was very nice, but they did seem short staffed for a Friday afternoon. For such a great location, there is no reason not to make the effort to heighten the experience for all customers not just the IMAX rooms. read more

Hi, This review is for AMC NorthPark 15. This theater complex is old and dated. Although they charge the same prices as some of the nicer theater complexes, you definitely do not get a premium experience. The seats are old and dated. They do not recline. Heck they do not even rock back. The only positive I have, is they do have the laser projectors. Unless you can't find tickets anywhere else, I suggest you give this theater complex a pass. It's a wonderful family friendly place to relax and watch a new movie on the big screen. The seating could use some serious upgrades since most of the rooms feature old school "normal" seating with only one that I've seen sporting the more modern recliners that I have become accustomed to. Concessions are extremely overpriced as with any entertainment venue what you would pay $1.99 to get at a grocery store you're going to pay $6.99+ for here and the selection you have to choose from is rather limited compared to previous theaters I have visited personally. If you like going to the movies the AMC Stubs/A-List subscription is a must have. For about $25/mo you can go see 4 free movies (1 ticket each trip is free) and it is packed with other cost cutting discounts. read more

I always end up here during Thanksgiving Break to see the latest and greatest movies. This years attraction was Moana 2, which I also give 3 stars to. AMC is our main movie theater back in the Chicago North Shore and I think this one pales in comparison. I love that you can pick your seats ahead of time and theres good snacks as far as movie theater experiences go. The chairs here aren't nearly as comfortable back home and they could do a better job cleaning between showings. There were wrappers left in the cups of the seats of Moana. They do get a star for fun photo opportunities. On this last visit they had a fun balloon set up for Wicked (a 5 star movie). I usually end up here at night when the stores are closed, but if you can time it right it's a great mall so good spot to do some shopping before or after a movie! read more

Very hit or miss experience. Had a 10:45pm showing, arrived around 11pm. Doors were locked for the parking garage entrance, so had to drive around building to main entrance lot. Ended up not walking in till 11:15pm, missing first few minutes. Bathrooms are FILTHY. Please please please install motion sensor flushers in the men's bathroom. Nobody ever clicks the tiny button to flush so you walk in and it's disgusting. I walked up to the counter to order and the girl had such an attitude. She seemed to be confused why I was ordering?? Don't mind spending our money at the NorthPark theatre. Typically a very clean environment, courtesy staff, a fully stocked bar. There are several movie options playing and seats that are not worn or broken down, not always the case at Dallas' other cinemas. read more

Went to go see Lilo & Stitch today while getting our car serviced and what a nice location!! So big, so clean and well kept. Love the location as it's in the mall so plenty to do before and after. Absolutely disappointed and disturbed by my experience at this AMC location. I recently became an A-List member and visited on April 29, 2025, with my family. First, the seats were filthy--stained and covered in what looked like cheese. Totally unacceptable for a premium theater. But what really crossed the line was the condition of the women's restroom. My mother was traumatized after realizing she could see another woman's private area through an exposed hole in the toilet paper dispenser--because it wasn't properly covered. She felt violated and terrified. When I reported it to the manager, their response was completely dismissive: "Someone forgot to put the top over it." No apology. No real concern. This isn't just bad service--it's a serious privacy and safety issue. I no longer feel safe bringing my family to AMC. Do better. read more

Last night I had the good fortune to attend a promotional premiere of AVATAR: The Way of Water. One word describes this 3D cinema experience; Incredible! But first the theater. This AMC was built about 15-20 years ago as part of a new expansion at this shopping center. At that time and in keeping with this facility,it was first class. The tickets were also more expensive and prices climbed over the years. Even though I loved the cushy seats and enormous screens,I started going to movies closer to home. As a result,I hadn't been to a movie her in years and had no idea what the current theater was like. Enter last night. The Real D 3D and Prime experience are second to none. The 3D experience of Avatar The Way of Water was mesmerizing and breathtaking. The new 4 way adjustable recliners are top of the line and fit like a car seat. The snack bar is a more modern take on munchies including my choice of gourmet ( think delicious Carmel corn) pop corn. Since this Premiere was free I have no idea what ticket prices are. I know they will be steep to see this movie in 3 D with this level of experience. Phones/Cameras we're not allowed into the premier so,no photos. Totally worth it though and if you want an immersive 3+ hour movie experience.... Go! read more

I was fortunate to attend the pre screening of Avatar 2 via Yelp Elite at this location as I've never been to the movie theater since moving to TX & this was a treat for my first theater outing. The staff was not prepared for the pre screening crowd which is shocking as I'm sure it wasn't their first rodeo. The fact that the seats were comfy, clean and relaxing and the movie was 5 stars and the fact that I was able to have some Meiomi Red Wine (LIFE IS GOOD). This is the theater I typically visit for all my movie premieres in Dallas. Parking is crazy because it's always busy but the theater is always clean and comfortable. Being an AMC Stubs member, I get to skip the line at concessions which is a bonus! Chicken tenders are meh, more skin than I prefer but the curly fries were delicious. We were there to see the newest Hunger Games movie which was 2.5 hours. It was a bit of a wait for the movie to start due to the live stream of the actual movie premiere event in LA but the staff was nice and helpful during the wait. The only reason I have 4 versus 5 was because unlike EVO at Southlake, there are no heated recliner seats. Once you've had that, can't go back to basic lol read more

The staff seem to pick and choose who they enforce rules on. We were stopped by the manager and told we could not bring other food into the theater. Our food was leftovers from a restaurant in the mall we did not want to hike back to the car to store. We tried explaining this to the manager but were told no exceptions. Honestly one of (if not) the best AMC theaters in Dallas. Just saw a movie on IMAX, and picture quality was crazy good. This location's IMAX was upgraded to use laser projector. That being said, I recommend seeing a movie in the Dolby Cinema. Picture quality is as good as IMAX, but sound system is way better (and more consistent). I docked one star for cleanliness. In general, the theater is clean, but they don't really clean those cup holders. Makes me wonder what else are they not cleaning. read more

My wife and I have been coming to this Theatre for years and supporting this establishment/business, Unfortunately this past Sunday 2/1/26 will be our last and final viewing here. We shop and support all the stores in this mall frequently but No More for this AMC Theater. We came with excited enthusiasm to watch the new Documentary of Melania, when we arrived there was absolutely No signage, posters or any marketing representing this documentary. We were only told to identify the location as Theater 14! No kiosk posters anywhere, no cut outs of Melania and no mention of this anywhere in the mall. In fact we have mentioned it to a few shops we frequent and they had No idea this movie was playing at their mall but inquired for us to come back to let them know how it was! While waiting in the snack line everyone there apparently was also there to see Melania as we only heard people saying its in Theatre 14 but no signage anywhere? AMC, seriously? You are struggling to stay afloat, many times we have come to be the only people in any given theater meaning you don't have the luxury of censoring what movies you want to promote or not, you are not making money, staff is lean and the theaters are empty! Ironically enough, Melania was packed full all weekend yet we didn't; see many others going into the other movies. You all/AMC have absolutely No problem taking our money, selling us snacks but then censor the viewing marketing of movies such as this one? Truth be told this wasn't even a political movie, its was a behind the scene look at the White House Operations, the work that the First Lady was involved with forming Coalitions with the French Presidents wife Brigitte Macron and the King of Jordans wife Queen Rania on how they help orphaned kids, provide scholarship for schooling and colleges. It was about the respect this family has for restoring the beauty of the White House that has been neglected for decades and paying homage to our American History and also paying respect to our men and women who served this country to provide the freedoms we all have, I was one of them as a Marine, you know the freedoms you all chose to speak out, those types of freedoms But I didn't; fight for our country to enable Censorship! This BS needs to stop and the only way we can make our voice heard is to stop spending our money in establishments like this, perhaps your business will continue to fail and more job loss, its not like block buster movies are being produced and theaters are full, they are not they are empty and we would rather watch the streaming services. AMC Manager was rude and condescending when we asked for a refund for missing the first portion of the movie bc the attendant told us the wrong theatre to go in. We missed the first twenty minutes of the movie we came to see and I felt it was only fair to refund a portion of what we paid. They don't market what movie is playing in the room you're walking into anymore and that's a problem. Anyway, she was so rude I felt it was appropriate to come on this platform. This couple had their items in my seat and were upset that I told them it was my seat. The lady tells me there are plenty of open seats and cusses me out. I get the manager, Quentin, and he says they said I stomped on their feet and they try to get me kicked out. The husband cusses me out too in front of Managment. He also pushed me as he went up the stairs to sit next to his wife. The manager says he spoke to someone higher up and they said if we can't all get along we all get kicked out. Just an awful experience if the roles were reversed I would have been kicked out but white privilege. read more

This is always my go to movie theater. From movie screenings - I get so excited when I get screening passes - to actually paying for a ticket and enjoying a good movie. They never disappoint! I've never ran into an issue with cleanliness (I can't stand a dirty theater bc why isn't it cleaned ). The seats are spacious and comfy. The ticket people do their job correctly lol (can't really speak on their personalities because they just scan and we go). The bar has a good wine selection - yessss - because who doesn't love a movie with wine. The food is typical theater food - I usually just get the fries and I love them. I only came here because its closest to my house. Honestly I haven't been to a worse AMC until this one. The seats are extremely dirty. Upon arrival into the theatre I noticed popcorn, grease and paper towels all over the floor, my assigned seat and surrounding seats in my row. I asked the attendant who was about to leave if this was cleaned and he said yes. I told him my seat assignment, he saw the mess and he informed me he'll be back to clean up. He comes back and picks up a few kernels and walks away. I return to my seat and there's still grease and popcorn on the seats, floor. I even went to the other empty rows and they were gross. It's not worth paying extra for the dolby cinema seats of I don't even feel comfortable and sitting in a nasty environment. AMC do better! read more

Do you enjoy sitting on uncomfortable chairs for 2 plus hours with the silhouette of the person in front of you blocking your view? NOT IN THIS HOUSE! WOW they have fantastic wide, soft, and roomy seats with with no silhouettes! This theater is clean, well staffed, nice snack bar, self serve drinks with Coke Freestyle machines and over all well maintained facilities. I came to see the movie Midway and being a former Army officer and military history professional who extensively studied this battle and time in history, didn't want to be distracted. This theater exceeded my expectations! It allowed me to thoroughly experience, immerse and enjoy this fine cinematic adventure with the wonderful special effects woven in this well made movie about a historically significant event. I didn't take advantage of the snacks as I had just gorged myself at a fine restaurant downstairs. But all looked great! This is a wonderful theater to enjoy mid week and early in the day like I did as there next to no one there. The sound system is fantastic even if there isn't a lot of faces in the seats! We went to the movies tonight for the first time, post COVID. We came to see a 7pm movie, and Jamie wanted a hot dog and a drink before the movie. No line, no biggie, right? Wrong. We stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting for a flippin' hot dog, with no other customers in line or waiting for anything. Lesson: if you want something to eat here, get popcorn. The movie and theater experience itself was fine, nicely cooled and high quality, as usual- we're looking forward to seeing more this summer, now that COVID madness is fundamentally over, for those wise enough to score a vaccine. read more
