Great venue. I've seen two bands at the echo lounge. Both were very different set ups so it depends on the show what type of standing or seating areas you'll have access to. The staff are nice and efficient. The bathrooms are clean. Both shows sounded phenomenal in the space.

It's the best small venue Dallas. Clean, modern, great sound. We didn't feel like standing so we asked about the upgrade. $30 to go upstairs with tables and standing areas that literally put you above the performer. Drinks are fairly priced. $15 for a 24 ounce beer isn't that bad. All the staff were great. I'd come back anytime. Show was great.

It's a small venue but good for certain events I saw dragula there. Here was the major issue for me. 1st I paid for the vip seating because I don't want to stand all night. But it was supposed to be an elevated experience with private wait staff. 1st they don't tell you this but the view is obstructed by polls holding up second level. So you can't see half of the snow! 2nd the waitress was HORRIBLE! We placed an order but didn't get our drinks until an hour later. She apologized saying she forgot. But she also forgot our food. Which came another half hour after than. She never bothered to come back and check on us and push button system doesn't work apparently! She just dissapeared from the vip section. We were trying to pay over and over but couldn't even pay until show was over and people were leaving! Terrible staff, vio section is more like a back corner with a bad view. Don't waste your money here

We came here last night to the Indigo De Souza concert. I really liked the venue. It was newer and the smoking patio was really nice. I liked that they had local beer deals for $6. That's a steal at any concert venue. The security was extremely thorough. My fossil Sydney bag was fine, I think they allow 12 X 6 X 12 bags in so as long as you're not carrying a larger size tote bag you should be fine. Security even looked in my altoid tin which I thought was funny. All I had was mints in there but I've never had any other security look inside so it gave me a laugh. Anyway will definitely come back to events held here. Parking was the lot next to the venue and only $12 which is pretty good considering the location. ::Editing:: because I was reading some other reviews so I just wanted to add that at the concert I attended last night there were at least two hydration stations that I saw, one next to the bathrooms and one at the bar.

Very nice venue in a great location but you can easily miss it. It's an intimate performance space. Downstairs is standing room only. Upstairs has a few rows of viewing seats and several tables and chairs along the sides. Excellent clear sound system. Every seat has a great view of the stage. The stage has a great view of every seat. The artists were able to see and interact with the audience on bout floors. Also a small patio area with tables and chairs just off the main area. Catch a concert or two...you won't regret it!

Nice venue. The drinks are criminally overpriced. $14 for a canned seltzer that's $4 at the gas station.

From blatant safety concerns to baffling…read moredesign choices and outright hostility toward patrons, it's hard to imagine how this place continues to operate the way it does. Let's start with safety, because it's genuinely alarming. The venue is riddled with dangerous corners created by locked and barred doors, turning sections of the crowd into literal dead ends. In a packed show, this isn't just inconvenient--it's reckless. Crowd flow is terrible, visibility is poor, and the setup feels like an accident waiting to happen. Any venue that locks people into boxed-in corners during high-capacity events has fundamentally failed at its most basic responsibility. Then there's the so-called VIP area, which might be the biggest scam of the entire experience. Instead of offering better sightlines or proximity to the stage, VIP is completely separated from the performance, drained of energy, and bizarrely isolated. You're not paying for exclusivity--you're paying to be removed from the show you came to see. It feels less like VIP access and more like being banished to a poorly thought-out annex. The restrooms are another low point. The attendants are aggressively overbearing, hovering, directing, and policing behavior to an absurd degree. It's uncomfortable, unnecessary, and adds to the feeling that the venue doesn't trust or respect its own patrons. And if you're unlucky enough to attend during bad weather, good luck. There's no cover outside for rain, meaning guests are left standing around getting soaked with zero accommodation or planning. For a venue that hosts large crowds and charges premium prices, this level of disregard is embarrassing. All of this combines into an experience that feels hostile, unsafe, and poorly managed from top to bottom. Silo Dallas isn't just a bad venue--it's one that seems fundamentally uninterested in the comfort, safety, or enjoyment of the people keeping it in business. Save your money and your time.

Although they offered seating down low, it was constantly rotating on availability depending on the performers. If I wanted to find a seat, I could have. I mostly stood near the bar which wasn't too crowded since it was an all ages event. After standing there for about 2 hours, they did ask us to move to the end of the bar for potential customers .. there never really were more than 3 people ordering at a time, but we still moved. We got tall boy White Claws and it was the perfect sipper drink. The lighting and sound was good for the experience here and they had plenty of vantage points (including a VIP upper floor). Security wasn't bad, I didn't bring a bag, so I breezed through. There's a large parking structure right behind the TBF, so walking over was very easy too. We did initially have handicap people in our group who opted not to attend after we shared that the surrounding sidewalks were not very level and that the amount of people might be a little tricky for navigating with a walker. All in all though, I had a great time here!

Think I heard it holds about 400 people. There's a bar in the back, and a bar to the side of the stage, so it was pretty easy to get a drink at all times (important!). I can't really comment about the sound because the Buzzcocks played LOUD, but I enjoyed it, even when I went deaf. The opening band wasn't really my cup of tea, so we all went out to the patio. A huge patio at that. It was fun looking at the Dallas skyline and watching the hoochie mama's below going to the Pittpull concert. Hello silicone, but I digress. I didn't really mind paying $4.50 for weak cocktails, or $4 for Shiner, even when it was poured in a plastic cup. The bathroom attendant was so unnecessary, though. Is she always there? There are only two bathroom sinks, and we were at a punk show ferfucksake. Any who.
