It's just another game place. The only thing making it special is it has a movie theater. We went to the movie theater and ordered sodas and food. We got are food but no sodas. Had to push or button and ask a different waiter for or drinks. We were not the only ones that had this issue. Everyone else in our row had to do the same. The food was just ok. And you have to have a credit card to start a tab to order food. They bring your ran card receipt and don't ask if that's how you want to pay. I was planning on using cash. During a summertime 'daycation' The Kid wanted to explore Cinergy, so we happily obliged, since it meant we weren't in for a long drive. We arrived around lunchtime, having eaten a late breakfast elsewhere, so we didn't partake of any refreshments. The place is pretty big, that's for sure. For all that, it's got lots to do and see, and they manage to pull off a lot of stuff without seeming overly cramped. Granted, the time of day probably had a lot to do with that, as I suspect on any given Friday or Saturday night, there's a lot of elbow rubbing going on. We started off with an hour of bowling, which we completely enjoyed. Nice lanes, very nice menu interface for managing your game, and a VERY courteous and helpful staff to make sure everything was just right. Post bowling, we hit the machines and let The Kid pretty much do anything she wanted. As far as the games go, they're pretty much the standard 'skill' games, although a lot of them are much more random chance than skill. Still, you do stuff and you get some tickets. Speaking of tickets... and hold your hat... the tickets are added to your game card electronically. No.More.Lugging.Handfuls.Of.Tickets. And cashing them in is as simple as swiping your game card. GENIUS. Overall, we spend a couple hours and about $60 and had a great time. That's getting to be a lot harder in T-Town nowadays, so kudos to Cinergy. Keep up the good work. read more

It has some potential. I brought my 12 year old son to the Avengers movie here and wandered around to check it all out. The seats were very comfy and ordering food + drinks from your theater seat (or any table in the establishment) is a nice perk that Tulsa doesn't have much of! The salad, though simple, was generously sized and my son just loved his funnel cake fries. The popcorn was not so good - pretty salty and sort of stale, but fortunately water to wash it down is complimentary. We thought about playing some video games, but it seems you must pay by the game ($1-2) at Cinergy rather than by the hour like some other similar arcades in town, so we didn't. We considered $20/hr bowling, but it's priced per person rather than per lane/hour so we skipped that, too. I'd love to see them adjust their pricing and offer entertainment packages for families otherwise they'll lose business to the other more competitively priced options in town. We think ita great place for a movie though! Update: they've made some price adjustments in response to the Tulsa market which makes it a much more viable entertainment option for families. The theatre was phenomenal, the seats are very comfortable and the theatre setup is second to none. My big complaint was the concession counter. There was a very long line, it was a busy time. However the guy working at the register blew off customers in order to talk to his other co workers. Took way longer than it should have and I ended up missing the beginning of my movie because of it. read more

Most fun I've had in Tulsa since I moved here. I can't speak to every aspect of the facility since we only did the games and bowling and it was a Thursday evening but really it was the superb customer service I received from every member I encountered. I had been looking for some place where I could do a come when you want birthday party for myself and friends (mostly adults but somewhere kids were welcome if anyone couldn't find childcare) and Cinergy was wonderfully accommodating ESPECIALLY considering I did all of this as a walk-in customer. Isiah (manager) met all my requests (open bar tab for my friends...20 game cards to hand out...lanes and some food trays at differing times) with no hesitation whatsoever, Brittney made some amazing drinks, and Alex who wasn't even working the areas where we were playing was probably one of the most energetic people I've ever met and that set such a phenomenal tone for my birthday. The aspect of the establishment I enjoyed the most was seeing every worker be personable, upbeat, and smiling (it is my understanding that they recently did change out a lot of the previous staff). I can't guarantee that on a busy weekend you'll have this same experience but my friends and I enjoyed the place so much we're going to be making it a monthly group (10+ people) hangout. read more

Fun! What a neat bar, arcade, bowling, escape room, theater this place is. This is more of a 3.5 star rating. They have a abundant amount of redemption games. You will have a great time here but for a shiny price which is normal for arcades. It was nice and clean. However, some machines did not work properly and what a bummer because this place is fairly new. I hope Cinergy goes up rather than down as time goes on. Anywho, we enjoyed our time here! Horrible customer service and no one knows what's going on in that whole place. The food was awful and took forever.

My first impression is that this venue is very nice, spacious and clean. They have a great collection of arcades from carnival type of games (most of them are a $1@) to VR & 3D ($6) game plays. And if that's not enough, you can try bowling (midnight style) or the Escape Room (Extreme edition). Oh, they have a theatre also. The first thing you do is to get yourself a Game Card (they called it Fun Card) through one of their self-served Kiosks. Then off you go. We discovered that some kiosks aren't functioning properly and their staffs knowledges that as well. Their games are newer and cleaner, better than in D&B. They have a few classic arcades (newly packaged such as with giant display and a couple of pinball machines (one of them is not functioning though) It's not too crowded on an early Saturday afternoon. I see a lot of adults are playing as well, us included. We will be back again if we want to get a bit of action and kill sometime. read more

Our first visit to this convenient establishment. It won't be our last. We are an ancient couple so the massive collection of games was of little interest to us and the sound volume was a bit much. We were apparently the only customers and had the theater to ourselves. There were two employees (CJ selling tickets and Larry at the bar) who treated us like we were royalty from some distant country. They were very patient as they taught us how to deal with getting our food ordered and our seats located as well as how the seats worked. We were there to see Top Gun and it was as good as expected. We took our grandkids to a movie and game day and it was a perfect day! The movie theater was roomy and had trays for our food. We had the Brisket nachos, pizza, quesadillas and chicken tenders. All of it was great - and no more expensive than we expected. The kids loved the games and said there was a good variety. This is for families that have children that may have sensory issues, or have other challenges. As 2 I took 2 kids that are on the spectrum. The seating area for the movies is comfortable, even if you have to get up and down frequently to help someone, there is a lot of space between rows for movement. There IS a family bathroom, but it's located at the entrance to the movie theater, so you may miss some significant time if you have to leave the theater to use it. Also, there are other places that are far less expensive, but it's new so I expected the cost. One thing to make note of in the movie theater (we were in Theater 7 so I can only speak for this one specifically) It's all "downhill" so, make sure that you bring a "flat bottom" bag if you plan on sitting it on the floor next to you, as there is nowhere else for it to go. Overall the staff was super nice, very attentive and it was super clean. It wasn't really busy when we went, but I could see the set up being very crowded and "tight" in the video game area if you went during a high traffic time. We'll probably go again, when/if the price goes down a little. read more

Not recommended... Need a small fortune to do anything here! 3 of us ate here, cheese steak, burger and chicken tenders with 3 drinks... 66.44 after tip was 80$. That was after waiting 45+ minutes for food. Oh yeah, and we were the only 3 in the bar area. Haley was a good waitress she did her part. Don't order when a movie is playing, they have priority over your order. I could see if they were packed but we were the only 3 waiting on food. We were going to do the escape room till we found out it's almost $40 a person. I'm not paying $120 for an hours worth of fun. Cinergy is a new entertainment complex in Tulsa with bowling, video games, virtual reality rides, movies, and more. We saw a movie and ate dessert while the movie was going on. Caution: if the movie you want to see is one where you don't want to be disturbed, then this is not the place. You press your button and waitstaff come to take your order at anytime during the movie. The are discrete and quiet, but it is still a distraction. For a movie theatre, the food prices are actual pretty good (sans popcorn). We had the lava cake sundae, which was good except for that forgot to heat up the cake because the middle was just a cold lump of fudge. The seats have trays that swing in front of you to eat your food and drink in comfort. read more

Okay, the screens are in good shape since the place is relatively new. However the screen are also on the smaller size but worse is that because they are trying to sell food and drink while you watch the movie you get a big table stuck in front of you that you can't put away. It just stays there hovering over your legs all through the movie. If I were eating a meal that would be fine but when I just want to watch a movie it is very annoying. Only other comment is the area outside the movie is extremely loud. If you have a kid with any type of autism that doesn't do with with noise then for the love of god don't go here he will melt down before you get 10 feet inside. As for games and such it is maybe a step up from Main Event, but the real question is whether you want to go to play games or watch a movie. I see no point in the games and would more than likely just stop at a Dave and Busters before the movie to get my food and games at a better price. This was our first time to the Cinema part! I love that the seats recline and have the option to be heated. I didn't expect the waitstaff part which was very handy having children and not having to wait in line. The funnel cake fries were a hit! They came with strawberry and chocolate dip. The downfall to that is trying to watch the movie and having the "waitstaff" walk in and out and in and out. Distracting. Absolutely awful service. I saw they were advertising UFC fights so we decided to check it out. We got there and sat at some tables in the bar area. We waited about 15 minutes and nobody greeted us or waited on us. We noticed some spots opened up at the bar so we moved there thinking we would have better luck. We were wrong. We were there for 30-45 minutes and not one bartender said anything to us. We finally got one bartenders attention and she said she would get with us. She walked to the back and never came back. So after being there almost an hour with out a single person taking a drink or food order we left. Skip this place on fight night for sure. I can't understate how much this experience made me mad. We had a BLAST! We bowled one night of our mini Tulsa Vacation and then went back two nights later and bought a game card (Like we were kids) and did axe throwing. Weird, bowling was $35 and we had no attendance or any help at all. Axe throwing was $15 and we had a dedicated attendant who did not leave our side and we tore up a lot of wood. This is the 2nd time I have been, and we had a great time at both. My little girl was afraid of Bunker 57 and started crying and wanted out. I walked her to little waiting area so she could wait for us to finish. One of the young male employees came up to me and said she could wait in the room with the other employees where the monitor us on video in the escapes. I was a little hesitant, so I walked down with her to see who was in there. (It was just about 4-5 young teenagers), But a girl named Vivian kinda took my daughter in and talked and let her hang with her. She was such a sweet girl, and made such an impression on my daughter that Heidi was still talking about her 2 days later. It was really, really nice for her to help us out like that. She went above and beyond and I really appreciate her. There was also a young guy running the XD dark ride and he was such a nice kid and so helpful!!! We went here tonight really hoping for a fun night, but sadly we were thoroughly disappointed. Upon reading their website, we expected the escape rooms to run until midnight, however when we arrived at 10:30, they informed us that the escape rooms were done for the night. Fine no biggie! The employee told us what else we could do, so we all decided to purchase a game card. After walking around the room we discovered that over 80% of the games were down. When approaching an employee to ask why, we were told there had been a power outage so the games were currently inoperable. We went back to the woman who helped us get our games cards and all she had to say was "oh really? They're STILL down?". We stayed there for two hours hoping the games would come back on and they never did. Honestly, this wouldn't have been a big deal if the employees were up front about it and told us BEFORE we spent our money on the game cards that almost ALL of the games were down. I get it, power outages are unpreventable, and things happen, but COME ON, you have to inform people as they come in the door. Sadly, we will not be returning. read more

I really was looking forward to this theatre opening , so yesterday my daughter and I went to see a movie . Let me preface this review with the positive, the staff is wonderful, friendly, eager to help , very impressed. The food on the other, not good and overpriced . I ordered the chicken fajita tacos that were nothing like they were described on the menu- truthfully, I've had better food at Taco Bell and for almost $12 this was not acceptable. I was hungry so I ate them. My daughter had a chicken quesadilla and like myself ordered a lemonade-, as well as a small side of queso - our bill was $36 for a very mediocre meal. Onto the movie, what is up with your screens? My daughter thought we were in a three D film without glasses the screen visibility was that off and neither of us wear glasses. Super LOUD in the games area and oddly enough not loud enough in the movie. The general set up is pretty fantastic. We purchased 2 drinks at the bar. The bar counter is vibrantly color changing. Cool. The drinks are standard. Lots of games, bowling, VR... but we came for the movie experience. We went to the kiosk to purchase our tickets. They didn't print. After trying to retrieve ourselves by our credit card we asked for help. The girl told us that never happens and had us pick new seats but then told us our order was probably stuck in a hold. We sat in the seats we originally purchased not the secondary ones she had us pick. We ordered food before the previews. The wings came out but no popcorn. I had to ask 3 different times for our popcorn. It finally came and the waiter told us the kitchen was closing. He gave us our check that he had already rung up because they ask for your card when you order. The popcorn was supposed to be a loyalty gift but of course we were charged. We told the waiter and he did return and ring it correctly but he acted like he was doing us a favor by taking it off our check. Not cool when we showed the email when we ordered. They keep the theater almost freezing. I was wearing pants, sweatshirt and tennis shoes. The 2 men with me were freezing too. Two of us ended up putting our arms in our shirts to try to warm up. That. Cold. The only thing that kept us from walking out were the seats warmers. Speaking of the seats they are leather and at first glance they look comfortable but I'm 5'10" and they hit my neck wrong. The men with me are taller and agreed with my assessment. I have been here on several occasions and each time I'm reminded not to eat here. The price and quality does not add up. I totally believe that all the food is from a microwave. Pizza crust should never be chewy from an oven - and how can a Smokey BBQ pizza with all these amazing toppings have absolutely no flavor. Our kids cheeseburger it was served dry. We finally was able to flag down someone with a Cinergy shirt on to ask for mustard and he said he would have to go down to the kitchen to get it...as if we was putting him out his way. Needless to say his return took forever - burgers was cold at this point. I was appalled that fountain drinks was $5.99. I don't know if refills was free but if it was good luck finding a server. On a positive note - We had no issues with any of the games we wanted to play - bowling was fun and setup was very accommodating for kid bowlers. Heard about this new place from some friends. Heard it was like the Warren meets Main Event. Nice to have games, bowling, escape room, adult areas and movies all in one. We took our daughter for her 12th birthday for a friend birthday. The birthday packages required too many people and were very high in cost. So our party just loaded gift cards and pre ordered movie tickets. The machine was having trouble loading the cards. Even with an attendant. Then manager helped still had trouble. Total took 15 minutes to load our 6 cards with $25 each. Asked the manager if she could do anything for the inconvenience. She was rude in her response! However the kids had a blast! The movie theater had heated seats. Very posh and the movie staff was so friendly and helpful! Impressed with the games and recommend the several seated 3D game it's $6 but it was worth it! Most games are 75 cents to $1.50. I will go again. Think for a party I would choose Main Event or Incredible Pizza next time. read more

We went here for the first time on 1/25 to see a move. When we arrived we spoke with Loren at the ticket podium who informed us we needed to purchase our tickets on a machine. The machine was down and not working so we informed her of this. She was rude and told us that we needed to use a different machine (there is only 1 ticket machine) and so we went and checked out the different machine. It was a game play card machine and upon trying multiple times there was no other option on this machine than to purchase game play cards. So again, we went back to Loren to get clarification and she was again rude and just said we needed to purchase our tickets at the machine and she would not further help us. We finally ordered our tickets online using our phones. Once we got them we went back up and we wanted to know how to food ordering and theater worked and all she did was rudely hand us a menu and gave us no answers. Once we got in the theater our expirience got better however they do not accept cash which is very frustrating as we planned on using cash. Over all the place and theater itself was nice and looked pretty fun, but based on the customer experience we got I don't think another experience would be enjoyable. read more
