    Classic Roll
    Rachel M.

It's been so long since I've had Cinnabon that the Classic Roll (3.5 stars) was $6.99 instead of $3. When I was a kid, I looked forward to going to Cinnabon in any mall food court and loved watching them prepare the rolls. The consistency of the icing appeared thinner than I remembered, but it was still very sweet with a generous amount of cinnamon sugar filling. Through the years, I've had and made better cinnamon rolls. Since I was craving for a cinnamon roll, this satisfied my nostalgic sweet tooth, and I didn't want to make a mess in the kitchen. Service (3 stars) was okay. They seemed a bit stressed managing multiple orders including preorders. Once it was my turn, they prepped my order with ease.

Cinnabon is super nostalgic for me as I grew up eating these at the mall. Now whenever I pass one by, it's nice to eat one as an adult but this time I share with a friend because they are SUPER sweet and full of icing. You can't go wrong though. The prices have definitely gone up in general since the pandemic but so has everything else. The service was just okay at this location. It's a nice treat to have after eating dinner at the local restaurants close by.

Wasn't the pecanbon I'm used to eating.

I really don't want to write a bad review because I love Cinnabon and it's so rare to find these days that I can't have this location go out of business. I will give it 4 stars, even though my first experience really deserves 3. I got a Pecanbon, which is what I usually get, but this one tasted NOTHING like what I've been eating at other locations. It was extremely dry, as you can see from the pics (no frosting???) I'm not sure if they forgot the frosting or this location makes it without it, but I would not recommend the pecanbon from this store. The pecans were also extremely stale and could have been rancid, so I actually had to eat it without the nuts even though I paid extra for them. (eating rancid nuts can be harmful) The roll was also cold, which was a bit disappointing. What I received was definitely not worth the price ($7), I could have gotten a burger from shake shack. My first experience here, which I had high hopes for, wasn't that great so I really don't think I'll go back. But the service was great and there was no line, unlike a lot of other stores in the mall.

You know, I can't really give a bad review to Cinnabon, like, ever. I grew up eating these with my mom at our local mall. When my friends and I were passing by this specific location, I just had to try one. We just got the classic cinnamon roll, which was HUGE. We shared this one bun between 5 people and were pretty satisfied. I read another review that they don't put a lot of frosting/cream on their buns. While yes, my photo shows that there isn't a mountain of cream, I honestly thought it was enough. The cinnamon roll was already super sweet, and of course, the inside of our roll was super warm and moist. The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars was because the person at the cashier was pretty passive aggressive towards us when we asked for 5 spoons to share one bun. But just on the actual food aspect, yummy!

I always get the classic roll and a centercut with extra frosting. Been going here since they opened and the rolls are fresh, moist, gooey, and flavorful. The staff is courteous and friendly. Store is clean, organized, and has a comforting modern country decor. A favorite dessert place of mine in the Century city mall.

"The World's Greatest Cinnamon Bun" Caramel Pecan Bun Roll.Pure amazing bliss. Makara cinnamon, Fresh Dough, Cream Cheese Frosting, Caramel Drizzle, Candied Pecans. Fast moving line. Didn't wait more than 5 minutes. Clean environment with smiling employees.

The most fresh, sweet, thick, cinnamon rolls you'll ever have. Unmatched! Extra icing is a must, too.

Cinnabon is just straight nostalgia for me. You can't tell me when you walk past it in the mall that it doesn't smell good. I can't resist. Got a large size and saw they sell the "insides" if you ain't about the whole thang. It always hits the spot.

Picked up Cinnabon's for essential healthcare workers!

The croissant was even flakier and the inside layers were still slightly soft and just perfect, even the day after! Deeelicious! HAM & GRUYÈRE CROISSANT (Butter croissant rolled with slices of ham and Gruyère cheese) It was good, wish there was there was more ham & gruyère inside. Nonetheless, the croissant was the star! It was flaky, buttery, crispy perfection! Having said that, get the butter croissant instead! TRIPLE PAIN AU CHOCOLAT Deliciously dark chocolatey! Flaky, buttery, crispy croissant, what more could you want? Loved it with a cup of coffee! Better when you toast in the oven! ORANGE BLOSSOM ALMOND CROISSANT (Crispy twice baked croissant filled with light and silky almond cream studded with bright candied orange pieces, and a smooth, floral orange blossom pastry cream) Flaky, crispy croissant with beautifully floral, full orange blossom flavor! This croissant was beautifully done! I haven't had a pastry that honored orange blossom like this! The almond cream comes through alongside the orange blossom, which complemented each other wonderfully! I love elevated croissants like this! It makes me happy to come to Fondry, knowing they can deliver on all their baked goods! PASSIONFRUIT CROIFFIN (Croissant x Muffin; filled with bright, tangy passionfruit curd, and tart, bouncy passionfruit jelly, topped with a very vanilla chantilly cream) They did not hold back! This was a passionfruit flavor bomb! Sooo good! They did not hold back! The croffin was crispy outside and flaky soft inside. The passionfruit curd was flowing out of the croiffin as you cut it open! Passionfruit heaven! The vanilla chantilly cream was also excellent in flavor! It was so good, I went back to get another! TOFU CLOUD CROISSANT TOAST (Crisp and sweet miso honey butter toasted croissant topped with a cloud-like sweet tofu cream) Crispy, crunchy, deliciously toasted croissant. Can taste the miso and the croissant tasted like burnt caramel. The tofu cream was fluffy and sweet, like whipped cream, but fluffier! The bottom layer tasted like almond frangipane. Such a delight to eat! I regretted not getting a second one! Beautifully done! BLACK SESAME PARISIAN FLAN Not good. Tart was crispy on the outer layers, but underside was soft. The black sesame flavor was there, but it was a muddled flavor, not a clean toasted black sesame flavor. The flan texture was a bit gummy and a bit dense too. FYI: There were some brunch items you can order in person before 11:00am. ONLINE ORDER Encouraged to order online and order in advance if you want specific pastries. I went in person to order on Wednesday morning. There was no line. CUSTOMER SERVICE Smiling and friendly, helpful and welcoming! Staff was amazing and it felt as though you were walking into your neighborhood bakery! My second visit at Fondry has been even better than the first time! PARKING As always parking is sparse on their lot. Come on a weekday if possible and before 11:00am if you want to grab a parking spot on their lot. Came on a Wednesday at 10:30am.

I got a sausage bbang, a chocopie, and a dalgona latte. The sausage bbang was soggy on the bottom and honestly tasted like it was from the day before. The chocopie barely had any filling, just a thin layer of marshmallow and jam. It honestly felt like they used most of the marshmallow for their Dubai choco cookie because it's probably more profitable, instead of properly filling the chocopie. If that's the case, it's better not to sell it at all than serve something like that. The dalgona latte was also disappointing. With ice, the drink only filled to the bottom third line of the cup marking. Clearly, they skimped on the milk. There was also a weird moment when I paid. My total was $15.25 and I paid cash, but I was given $4.75 in change. When I said it should be $5, she seemed confused and asked what I meant. I told her I literally gave you a quarter right now, and she questioned it before eventually giving me the correct change. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume it was a mistake. I understand times are hard, but charging more for products that clearly had corners cut doesn't sit right with me. It just comes across like there's no integrity. Clearly the quality and portions are going downhill. I wasn't even planning on writing this review. I was going to stay quiet, but the chocopie really ticked me off. I suspect that the "buttercream" was made with milk and margarine and powdered sugar.....so much powdered sugar. It was sickeningly sweet, and it was dry too. And a true bettercream doesn't even use powdered sugar. So not only were the cupcakes terrible, they were not even what they purported to be. Ever since reopening after the pandemic, both the service and food quality seem to have steadily deteriorated. I keep returning out of nostalgia for what it once was, but each visit leaves me more disappointed than the last. On my most recent visit, the service was noticeably dismissive and a bit sassy. The food was equally underwhelming. The Calabrese pizza was excessively greasy, and while I managed to finish the ribeye because I was absolutely famished, it was overcooked and dry, but at only $65 for the bone-in ribeye with fries, I guess I can't really complain. What truly ruined the experience, however, was the pear martini. It arrived garnished with a pear that still had the produce sticker attached. At best, this demonstrates a shocking lack of attention to detail and at worst, it raises concerns about whether the fruit was even properly washed. Seeing that completely killed our appetites. The restaurant removed the drink from the bill after i asked them to, but unfortunately the response felt indifferent, as though no one particularly cared that such an obvious mistake had made. After years of returning Bottega Louie, this visit was likely my last. It's disappointing to watch a once great restaurant decline so noticeably, but unless something changes, I can't imagine returning.
