Not too impressed with this overpriced and rude business. I rarely come here b/ c of bad customer service each time I come here. This visit waiting at the counter for like ten minutes one of lady without looking at me told me to comeback because they aren't open yet. Their attitude was they didn't want to be bothered, don't worry I won't be back for these ridiculous high priced rolls.

Cinnabon is A very popular and tasty chain of cinnamon rolls that you can found pre made in several gas stations or at small retail chains around malls and other tourist places. This particular Cinnabon is a store front located in the Saint Mathews mall in Louisville Kentucky. Cinnabon you can always count on two things. The cinnamon rolls are usually fresh and very tasty. They are also very overpriced too. However, from time to time we do like to indulge because as mentioned they are pretty tasty. Overall this location in the mall is solid. They s usually have what the menu lists and gives you solid to above average service for a mall location.

My favorite dessert on the planet. Tuesday's, get a 6 pack for $10!! Ooey, gooey, rich, and delicious.

I came here during my lunch break and got a treat and they were fresh and warm. The pricing isn't too bad and the cinna-maker was super nice when helping me decide if I wanted 4 mini bon bons or just a smaller bon bon. Overall a great experience and they are fresh. I heard one cashier tell another coffee that if her coffee doesn't taste fresh to let them know and they will make it fresh.

Stopped by the mall just browsing and came across one of my favorite spots. It was located here at one point and then closed for what I would have to assume was renovations, but it seems like it's been gone forever, but needless to say glad it's back for the fat boy inside of me (lol). Got cinnamon buns for the family, the staff was pretty friendly, it did help that they had Apple Pay (bias comment)! I shall enjoy these later and I have no doubt that they will be as delicious as the photos look. If that should change I will definitely update this review! No but I believe it will satisfy me later. Welcome back!

Um.. Yes! If you like cinnamon rolls, this is the best of the best. Sweet, gooey, smothered in cinnamon. I get extra icing because thats the best part! Pillsbury can not begin to imitate these.

If you visit Louisville and don't stop here for a bite to eat, I feel sorry for your taste buds and…read morebelly. All of the reviews about the Danwich are TRUE! True people! Because it was bigger than my head (ok, maybe this is a slight exaggeration but not by much) i had to disassemble it to eat it in stages. First off were the waffle fries and I found them to be tasty, crunch and fluffy in all the right spots. Once the taters were off I cut that biggie baby in 8 'Oh My Danwich' slices. Y'all, I rarely find myself at a loss for words, even my high dollar, 10 letter ones, but I can't fill this space with all the adjectives I would want in describing this sanwich that would make you want breakfast for every meal. The sausage had that savory salty pork taste that makes you happy you're not a vegetarian with an egg slice that was fluffier than my German Shepherd's downy fur. The cheese even had a nice pull with the topper being their chive aioli. And that sandwich was just the beginning because I also ordered a Strawberry Cruffin, Bourbon Peach hand pie and a raspberry Danish to have as late night snacks. The handpie didn't do it for me. The peaches lacked flavor that I found myself asking bestie if she wanted it because I was jiat going to toss in the trash after just 2 bites. The strawberry mascarpone cream in the cruffin was silky smooth and berrylicious with the croissant being flaky and fluffy. It was almost like a sweet and savory after school snack. The kind of bakery item that keeps you coming back for more. And more. And the piece de resistance was the raspberry Danish. I've lived my 61 years learning to never turn down raspberry anything and today, my raspberry research paid off. One hundred percent tenfold. Even though the glaze drizzle was super sweet, the flaky danish offset it with that light crunch but fluffy innards. Y'all, with each bite I just fell more in love. The Danish was so good that when I came to my last bite not only was I sad that it would soon be gone but I wanted to cry. Cry y'all. Over a Danish! Yes, do it. You only live once. Order the Danwich & the Danish. You won't be sorry. You can pay me in Butchertown gift cards. Or Bourbon. Hubby's brother lives across the Ohio so, next time he goes to visit them I'm going with him. Just so I can drive over here and try their lunch items and grab more danishes. The folks were super friendly, the place both clean and quiet. Which, kinda surprised me because the food is so good I couldn't understand why there weren't lines around the block. That changed the longer we dined in as folks just started roaming in. I said to my friend that the Louisville folk must get started late in the day.

Cute bakery shop! Lots of pastries and homemade bread to choose from…read more I ordered a cinnamon roll to go along with the white cheddar grits and side of toast. The sourdough toast was delicious! I also really enjoyed the salted mocha coffee, the flavor was rich! The staff were all friendly and patient, we sort of held the line up because we were first timers but they were nice enough to allow us to order when we were ready and the gentleman who ran to the back just to bring me grape jelly, thank you!!!!

The amount of variety on the menu was pretty nice, looks like there's something here for most people. I had the Cobb Salad and was happy with the amount of colorful vegetables and toppings on my plate. It comes with mixed greens (glad to see more salads with mixed greens instead of romaine), roasted chicken, nice crispy bacon, a hardboiled egg, blue cheese, black olives, tomato, avocado and a good amount of dressing. It tastes very fresh and is a decent portion size, but in terms of flavor there wasn't much going on. It tastes like "greens" and that's kinda it. I don't know what the cause is, like it's seasoned but I just didn't get much flavor. Perhaps my pallet prefers stronger flavors over lighter ones, so take this with a grain of salt (figuratively, or maybe literally). If you're in the area, check em out.
