I have had cherry pie filling out of the can much better. There were very few whole cherries within the filling, about as many as I could count on my fingers. The crust was flat and had no flaky texture at all. I have had frozen pies that were better. The icing on the story is we threw away over 1/2 of the pie as no one wanted it after their first taste. Sorry to write such a bad review, but any establishment that has "Pie Kitchen" in their name, should sell pie's that are not mostly thrown away by their customers. First time at Crumbl cookies…read more.. Lots of parking in the strip mall parking lot and we walked right in. There were three workers behind the counter but no one said anything when we entered. There were two self serve kiosks, but one was broken so we ordered on the one available. It was our first time there but we figured out the ordering processed. The weekly flavors were Dubai chocolate brownie (which you paid an extra $2.99 for), Brooke and cream, cake batter blonde, and carrot cake cookie. We ordered the 4 pack for $15 and selected brookie and cream, cake batter blonde, carrot cake and cookies and cream. Only one person was working on active orders so it took about 10 minutes to get our order. The cookies were hot but when we got to the car noticed the carrot cake cookie wasn't iced. Since we paid $4+ for each cookie we went back. Then it took several minutes for them to add icing. Overall the cookies were okay, extremely sweet and some underbaked. The carrot cake cookies tasted like a sugar cookie, some of the other cookies were crispy - but not in a good way. We're glad we finally tried it but won't be back.

Wile looking at the menu I immediately decided on the Coffee Lovers Only, but there are So Many Options. I think I counted more than 20 flavors of ice cream, then over a dozen add-ins...then different kinds of cones and bowls. I'm sure someone with better math skills than me could figure out how many possible combinations there are, but I wasn't interested in that, just in getting my ice cream. The gentleman behind the counter took our orders (he was the only person working) and went about Cold Stoning it. Maybe it's just my memory, but it seems that this phase used to be more involved and they used to take more time to make sure all your ingredients well blended. What I was rather taken back by was the price. My wife and I both got Like It sizes (ok, Small or in regular ice cream shop parlance, a single scoop). They were $7.29 EACH. When did ice cream become a premium food? I also noticed that the Like It size was significantly smaller than it used to be. #ThingsCustomersNotice About ten minutes after we sat down another employee showed up and started helping behind the counter. In total we spent about 30 minutes inside and at no point did anyone come out to check the trash or the public facing area. Our ice cream was tasty and accurate. The store was clean and tidy when we walked in. We sat and ate our bowls and chatted with the other party that was in line before us. It was a fun visit and well hopefully be back again soonly.
