Cinnaholic was so cute! They even had on-theme Christmas decorations up! I heard that it's been at this location for about a year, but I hardly ever go to Freret, so I hadn't even known! I bet it's popular with the college kids, it's where they all live! It's a franchise, but they have "local" flavors that you can only get in our city too. Another cool thing to note is that all of their items are 100% vegan! You'd never know they weren't using eggs/butter in their sweets! I got a couple of treats here. I tried a complimentary customized cinnamon roll with cheesecake frosting and berries to top it. It was fluffy and delish, very much like a Chantilly cinnamon roll. I also tried their chocolate chip cookie! It was BIG and tasted really great. It's incredible, I had no idea you could make vegan baked goods taste so good! We have plenty of dessert shops in our city, but this is a must-try for people who are vegan! I'm not sure our other dessert spots offer too many vegan options!

Let's just say I'm addicted to this place. I stopped by on a Saturday and got the holiday matcha roll. It was warm, fresh, and so good. I definitely should've ordered two, but I'm trying to un-big my back. Service was prompt, and this time I actually sat inside and enjoyed it. The strawberries on top were a perfect balance to the sweetness. Another great experience all around. I'll be back soon to try more of the holiday flavors.

I've been meaning to try this place for a while and I had a Yelp perk so I made my way over there. The place is super cute inside. I bought the fam with me so that I could get multiple cinnamon rolls and each of us could try all of them. You can make custom cinnamon rolls but I decided to trust the experts and try a few of their signature cinnamon rolls. I got the Cookie Monster, campfire smores, and very berry. My favorite was the very berry. It was not like any cinnamon roll I've ever had. It was sweet but not too sweet. It was delicious. My entire family really loved that one. And the chocolate lover of the family really liked the cookies monster and smores rolls. I'll be back to more things. I definitely want to try the hot chocolate next time and maybe customize a cinnamon roll.

I have been looking forward to trying Cinnaholic for a few weeks now and thought I'd finally give it a try. I ordered online thinking that would save me some time and I'd be back on my couch with a cold glass of milk to enjoy them! I also built my own which I thought was a cool concept to customize your roll to what you like. I got to the store at the designated time in my confirmation text and there were at least 25 people either waiting in line or for pickup. There were 4-5 people working behind the counter (and a few more in the back) and it was clear they were struggling to keep up with demand. It didn't seem clear to me that the employees really had a good system once the cinnamon rolls were baked to get them topped and out to the customers in a timely manner. I waited 30+ minutes for my online order and it was a bit warm in the store given the amount of people waiting. I think there was some seating outside, but given that I didn't want to miss my order I felt inclined to stay in eyesight. The decor is purple and white and the store seemed pretty clean given the amount of foot traffic. After standing for 30 minutes, literally not one of the people working acknowledged me, said hello, or asked for my name which was honestly the most frustrating part of the entire experience. The cinnamon rolls were still warm when I tried them which is what i was hoping for. The first one was supposed to be Cream Cheese Frosting, Caramel Sauce, & Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites but I think it had chocolate chips and not cookie bites so not exactly what I ordered. The cinnamon roll was soft and the cream cheese icing was good. The other one was Almond Frosting, Chocolate Sauce, & Pie Crumble but the 2nd roll appeared to be cooked a bit more so it was harder and just didn't hit the same so there was a lot of inconsistency between the two. Overall, the cinnamon rolls were ok, but didn't blow my mind. Honestly, a bit disappointing. Felt like a lot of work for a mediocre cinnamon roll TBH.

Ahhhhh-mazing! Yes, yes, and YES we needed a cinnamon bun place in NOLA. I am very happy with everything about this place. I love the little uptown house it is located in, I loved the staff, the menu, the cinnabuns on display, the flavors, EVERYTHING! I came here recently to try one these glorious concoctions and I saw my flavor - pumpkin was on the menu! I went up the stairs, was greeted by the staff, noticed there were only a few chairs and a table inside to dine in, and I placed my order for the pumpkin cinnamon bun. I watched as they made it and asked if I wanted any additional toppings as well. I went home and tasted it and oh my gosh! Hello, my name is Jamie and I am a Cinnaholic! I need - not want - need to try all the other flavors. I am so happy this place exists! Keep doing what you're doing!

I stopped by Cinnaholic craving something warm and indulgent, and their custom cinnamon rolls totally delivered. Right when you walk in you smell that cinnamon goodness, and the staff is super friendly, helpful, and patient while you decide what toppings you want -- which is great because they have tons of options!

I never knew vegan could be so delicious. Along with the friendly service the quiet little shop treated each customer that came through the door like a their only priority. Space is limited but it doesn't matter once you taste the combo of all natural ingredients that is too good to be good for you. Just another reason to love NOLA.

Great Grand Opening for Cinnaholic in New Orleans. They opened up with a bang. They had a covered canopy for the line to protect us from the rain. They also had face painting going on & a DJ all in anticipation to get inside and get one of the 20 different combinations of cinnamon rolls and other sweet treats they have all 100% vegan. The staff is very nice and welcoming and explained any questions you have about the different varieties of cinnamon rolls. The price between the rolls, cakes and cookies is between $5 to $10 I end up getting the classic cinnamon roll it was rich, warm, soft and Gooey. You couldn't tell it was vegan. It wasn't as sweet as I usually like, but I admittedly have a sweet tooth problem so I don't have the normal pallet when it comes to Sweetness. I definitely will stop by again to try the other variations of Rolls. They also have cookies too.

I Visit this place on a good breezy Friday afternoon. We found a good parking spot next to Cava and a new Chipotle they're building side by side. This little hidden gem stands out in a good neighborhood. When I made it inside they have about 100 different things you can do with a cinnamon roll lol. I ended up getting the very berry which was delicious . The server was very helpful and the vibes was good as well. I will definitely return to try a new item when I'm craving sweets.

Was craving something sweet, so I ended up here with my wife. We came in during the evening hours, so it wasn't busy thankfully. They have a lot of different cinnamon roll concoctions to choose from, or you can just simply make your own. The rolls came out warm and ready to eat, but definitely needed a nice cold glass of milk to wash down the sweetness. This small little restaurant is nicely decorated for the holiday season which gave it a welcoming touch. There isn't much seating due to the small space. However, they do have a clean restroom to use. Other than cinnamon rolls, they also offer cookies, brownies, cookie cakes and cinnamon bun cakes. Will definitely come back in to try other creations they have when i'm in the area!

I'm usually not a big fan of cinnamon rolls, but WOW was this one really good! I got their Strawberries & Cream flavored cinnamon roll with caramel swirls ($7.75 plus tax) after asking the front worker which one she recommended. The roll was made hot and fresh right out of the oven, so the flavor and soft texture of the roll itself was way up to par. The strawberries & peanuts were a really good combo together too. Service was nice and quick. The inside was a bit small, but it was still clean and had a couple tables & chairs for you to dine in at. There's only street parking available, but I'm not surprised since it's in the city. Overall, I'd recommend trying Cinnaholic if you're in the area & craving something sweet other than ice cream. I might actually become a "Cinnaholic" after today!

These cinnamon rolls are so good. Service is nice and easy, with your roll ready and warm shortly. The inside is small but still has seating, drink choices, and a nice playlist going. They have great flavor options for the rolls. I tried the baby buns and my boyfriend got the very berry. The baby buns were perfect since I was full but still wanted to try something, and you still get to choose a flavored icing!

I'm always up for trying new businesses and I'm happy to say that this bakery was a great choice. This is a vegan bakery that specializes in cinnamon rolls. The service was really good. Our helper was very sweet. I was kind of disappointed that they had soy milk, but no oat or almond. We decided to order a peach cobbler, pecan praline, and plain cinnamon roll. My only complaint and maybe it's not a complaint. Maybe it's my fault! I expected pecans to be on the cinnamon roll because it's called pecan praline, but there were walnuts. I didn't find out about the walnuts until I got home, which was about an hour and a half away, but that's my fault for not checking. Luckily, we had the plain one for our daughter who is allergic to certain nuts.

We were a party of 3 adults and 2 children (one being only 2 years old), and because of that they changed our table type from a 4-top to a 5-top and made us wait an additional 30 minutes. Meanwhile, multiple tables became available that easily could have accommodated us, but the hostess was determined to keep telling us we had to wait. To make matters worse, there was open bench seating in the back where customers ordering to-go could sit. I offered to order food to-go so we could at least sit down and get started while waiting, and she told me if I did that they would remove our name from the waitlist because "you have to pick one or the other." No willingness to problem solve whatsoever. She repeatedly said she was "sorry," but her actions showed the opposite. I was simply trying to work together to find some reasonable solution instead of continuing to watch everyone else get seated while our family, including small children, kept waiting. Absolutely horrible customer service experience.
