This place is incredible!!! I will say I used to think of this place as primarily a snowball shop and I don't eat snowballs often but once I heard they have a winter menu I had to run come and try it. First of all the owner is so so sweet and accommodating. She took what could have been a regular coffee run to such a pleasant and positive experience. Secondly, I got the cookie butter latte and OMG it's amazing. It was roughly 7$. Will return to try every drink on the menu.

A hidden gem in Metairie! The ladies were so kind and patient with us because we were so indecisive. The ice is SOOOO SOFT and the soft serve as well! I highly recommend stopping by and supporting

Highly recommend for those wanting a good snowball! They have very unique flavors and I appreciate that you can make any of them sugar free (sweetened with allulose which is a natural sugar that doesnt have all those bad side affects that normal sugar free sweeteners have and doesn't spike your blood sugar) The ice was very soft and almost felt like a ice cream! The staff was very nice and the place had a cute vibe. Will definitely be back to try their gluten free desserts and lattes! Please show this place more love!

This place is amazing. Was craving a snowball for the holidays and ended up driving 30 minutes to give them a try. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating. Everything is really good. The soft serve, the snowballs, everything. This is definitely my new snowball spot when I'm in Nola. 10/10

Recommend? Absolutely fudging yesssss. This is not a vegan only establishment. I have been 4 times in the span of like 2 and a half months even though I live a solid 30 minutes away WITHOUT TRAFFIC. So if anything, I really really like it here. They have vegan soft serve. It's a new flavor each week. Flavors I've had are dulce de leche, cookies n cream, chocolate chip, and strawberry coconut. The soft serves are always very rich, smooth, and creamy. Overall a decadent dessert that is also cooling and vegan (aka no need for lactose pills). I've also had their moon milk which is a really unique spiced drink. This one is definitely if you aren't familiar with cardamom or spice in your drinks (pumpkin spice lattes doesn't count) then tread carefully and be very open. I've also had a snowball or 2. The ice is like really really soft. They have a vegan pistachio drizzle that I really really love. It's really good too.

The absolute sweetest and kindest people and amazing ice cream!! I tried the Cookie Monster which was a swirl of blue raspberry and chocolate with cookie crumbles. Everything was delicious and also gluten and dairy free (which is impossible to find in New Orleans). The owner was extremely sweet and answered all of our questions about allergies. I can't wait to come back every week to try their new soft serve flavors!!!

Hidden Dessert Gem in Kenner! Perfect for after school/work treats & coffee for all ages. I tried the Moon Milk (date & orange blossom syrup) and my father the affogato (espresso over vegan soft serve). Going back for the shaved ice one day. Small local family owned business with excellent attention to detail.

Absolutely amazing snowballs and soft serve ice cream w extremely friendly service at reasonable prices with large portions. It's located directly next to Legends Barbershop in a strip mall off Veterans Boulevard and is easy to miss.

A "bougie" Dubai chocolate and vanilla soft serve in a cup. It is topped with pistachio shavings and syrup.

I am always on the hunt for dairy free ice cream and I happened to find this place while searching Google maps. It is AMAZING. This place is adorable, the inside is nice and clean with seating and a cute menu. The staff was very kind and gave me a warm welcome when I walked in. They have a ton of sno ball flavors as well as toppings and stuffings. I tried their ice cream flavor of the week, Dubai chocolate and vanilla and it was SO GOOD. You have the option to get it regular or vegan, and I got the vegan one. You cannot tell that it has no dairy in it, it is SO DELICIOUS. I'm eager to continue coming back to check out their weekly flavor.

It was just one scoop of disappointment after another. First of all, the "black and gold" flavor that one of us was so excited to have again had freezer burn on it and the chicory flavor was way less pronounced; their king cake flavor was essentially just birthday cake with Mardi Gras-themed sprinkles in it. The other one of us ordered "sweater weather" and it basically tasted like you were mainlining nutmeg. Too intense! And the creole cream cheese just tasted like plain cream cheese--and not in a good way! Our daughter was happy with her cotton candy (blegh) cone. We would not exactly describe portions as generous. Also, it should be mentioned that it was around 50 degrees outside and they had the A/C on full blast in there. Yes, we understand you don't want to pump the heat up and melt the ice cream, but we were shivering. Very unpleasant! What a bummer because we had the fondest memories of Creole Creamery and now it's quite soured. Maybe we need to go back to the Garden District location on another trip, but three stars for now.

This unassuming spot in a strip mall was gorgeous inside. And it serves coffee, pastries, ice cream plus y'know candy. AND they roast their own nuts, spices and I guess coffee beans. There were definitely folks hanging out and enjoying a Turkish style coffee... I guess either the caffeine doesn't hit them the way it does me or they had no plans to sleep. The candy isn't labeled 100% correctly but you kind of know that gummy worms are not gummy strawberries. I tried an assortment bag of gummies and some of chocolates and the price was by the pound. Re got some freshly roasted unsalted cashews and they were delicious! Parking is easy in the strip mall lot. And as you step in you definitely leave Louisiana and step into another country.

They also carry some gummy and chocolate varieties, some spices, some boxed coffee, some Middle Eastern pastries. Only some things were labeled with either what it was or the price of it, so that was a little disorienting. I was surprised to find a cafe and gelato bar inside. The gelato flavors were incredible. I settled on popcorn caramel and baklava in a waffle bowl. An employee said that everything was made in-house. The price was standard considering that all was made there. The service was weird. I kept getting served after people who'd gotten there after me. My ice cream scoops were significantly smaller than my boyfriend's. Returning isn't high on my list of priorities, but I'm glad I tried them.
