Disappointing experience due to incorrect hours listed We drove from Buford to the Peachtree location specifically to get my daughter a cinnamon roll for her birthday. We arrived at 6:01 PM, only to be told they had already shut down for the evening, even though the listed hours showed they were open until 7 PM and the regular hours indicated they were open until 9 PM. It was especially disappointing for my 11 year old, who was excited for this birthday treat. This could have easily been avoided with updated and accurate business hours online. The store is fresh, clean and a delightful lady behind the counter. Perhaps with a name like Cinnaholic, i would have expected a nice cinnamon roll with lots of cinnamon and a "to die for edible pastry ". Unfortunately, both rolls I ordered, old fashioned and apple, were not enjoyable. The rolls only had a minimum amount of cinnamon (it looked like 2 shakes with the shaker) and 2-3 swirls around of dough. I think they must be trying to make up for lack of cinnamon and great flavor by adding a Huge heap of sugary frosting on top. I was totally disappointed and won't return. I love Cinnaholic and like to treat myself to a cinnamon roll every few months. I was in the area recently so I stopped into this location. I usually go to the Dunwoody store, which is always a great experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case at the Peachtree Corners location. The person behind the counter was sort of lukewarm during our transaction -- not outright rude, but not super friendly either. If that was the only negative aspect of this visit, I wouldn't be writing this review. Later at home, as I began to eat my cinnamon roll, I noticed it was significantly smaller than usual. Upon further examination, I realized the entire center of the cinnamon roll was missing! The glob of icing on top initially camouflaged the missing center, but it became obvious as I ate. Not only that, it was severely undercooked and extremely gooey, barely edible. It was like eating almost raw dough. If I lived closer, I would have taken it right back for a refund. However, I was not going to waste my time or gas, so I ate what I could and tossed the rest. What a huge disappointment and waste of money! I will keep my business at the Dunwoody location and will not be returning to the Peachtree Corners store. read more

I haven't been to the Forum shopping center in quite some time. This was my first visit to Cinnaholic, and it was quite enjoyable. The name definitely caught my attention when I saw the signage. And all of the pictures of the different cinnamon rolls clearly draws you in. When I entered the shop, I was greeted immediately by a friendly and attentive staff. They answered all my questions and provided some suggestions. Being that this was my first visit, I decided to order the basic cinnamon roll called Old Skool. It looked and tasted like the quintessential cinnamon roll. It was served warm, with a generous amount of icing on top. I came here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. It was my first time and I had no idea what to order. There were some already predetermined cinnamon buns, or you could customize your own. They also had cookies, brownies, and other things. We went with the Campfire Smores Roll and we customized a bun with Marshmallow, sprinkles, and chocolate chips. Both were 10/10 and I'll def be back! The only negative was the customer service. The cashier just stood there and looked. Not a smile, not a hey... nothing. You have a choice to either build your own or choose from one of the signature flavors. I went with the caramel apple pie one which had caramel, apples and pecans. It was definitely very sweet and I ended up scraping the cream off of it in the end. Our family was literally counting down the days to the opening of Cinnaholic in Peachtree Corners. I had been watching my friends who live in other parts of Metro Atlanta post pics from their locations for months! We were so excited to get a location of our very own. And it did not disappoint! We were concerned about a rush on the grand opening day, so we decided to go the following day. There were still quite a few folks eager to get cinnamon rolls on day 2, but the line and service were excellent. Social distancing was respected, and everyone was wearing a mask when we visited. We checked out the menu for about five minutes before going inside, and it probably took about ten minutes to get our cinnamon rolls. The young lady at the register provided helpful suggestions. The choices were extensive, and they all looked fantastic! They had a great display case so you could see what you were ordering. My husband ordered the classic cinnamon roll. My son ordered the Tropical Bliss - which had raspberry icing with blueberries, bananas, and coconut. I ordered the coconut chai latte. I tried all of them, and they were all incredible. Not a bad order in the house! Next on my list to try is the banana cream pie. My husband really wants to try the cookie monster, which has big chunks of cookie dough on top. Apparently this is a business that was on Shark Tank a bit ago, which being a fan of the show, somehow I missed this segment. A crew of friendly faces greet you going in and they have a mouthwatering display of examples for sale. They just opened in December, which I think is brave and scary in a pandemic, due to extra safeguards, or will the business be able to stay open if people are afraid to come out and shop? I wasn't a big fan of the chocolate peanut butter one (but that's just personal taste). I did really like the strawberry one though! Horrible experience at this location. I will preface this by stating it is not about the cinnamon roll as we did not have one. We went in looking for a few cookies and a coffee while we waited for our daughter. We waited for 10 minutes for them to pour a cup of black coffee. Then we saw them (the 2 girls working there) pour it out and start pointing and discussing it. Then they poured another cup and put the lid on and said it was ready. My husband asked if everything was ok because they had poured it out. She said "just probably need to stir it around", and handed him a stir stick. Ok... it's black coffee. What is there to stir?? We get to the car and take the lid off. There is something that looks like a mix of fuzzy looking mold and coffee grounds floating around and a shiny film across the top. After almost vomiting from the looks of this we poured out the coffee and left. Didn't even bother going back in because the coffee was $2 and more trouble than it's worth. I mean they obviously knew there was disgusting stuff in the coffee and when asked about it told us it just needed to "be stirred". Absolutely Disgusting. They also used so much frosting that there was, no exaggeration, a quarter inch of melted frosting in the bottom of the take out container.
