There's a nice lake with a marsh and lots of ducks and geese swimming and walking around throughout the park. The day we visited, there was a farmers market, which was a pleasant surprise. Love to shop local and sport small businesses. I was informed that the farmers market frequently sets up at the park, but I don't know the schedule so hopefully when you visit you'll get lucky and be able to support an entrepreneur and snacks and great items.

It's a very sweet little place obviously put together with the love of dinosaurs and little children by a retired teacher. Our nieces (ages 4 and 7) enjoyed it and spent about 45 minutes there. Bonus points for Friendship Park being right next door, because the vibes here are actually good and not just "posted-on-a-sign" good. We've been coming here for years and it never misses. Every visit delivers the same thing: peace. It's beautiful without trying too hard. Some days it honestly feels like you took a wrong turn and accidentally crossed into another state,calmer, greener, quieter... and nobody asking you for anything. Perfect place to walk the dogs, let the kids burn off every ounce of energy, or just sit and clear your head when it's been running at 100 mph all day. If you need a mental reset without packing a bag or burning gas, this is the place. Safe to say this park is officially locked into our weekly and monthly routine

The fields were pristine and the location was easier to get to and had a lot of businesses in the area to visit Just down the block. You have Starbucks, Albertson's and a lot of other businesses that you can shop while you play at the park however in this case, we had a baseball tournament take place there and it was the coolest little park to play in. If you are going to go there, it's recommended you bring canopies and something to shade yourself! Don't forget to hydrate definitely use this park to have fun. Bring your dogs and enjoy the area.

For our veterans they offer a small rock garden to keep veterans in our memories . The rock garden art is beautiful. So many individuals have come together to share their ideas of love and kindness. The respect from this community exhibited exists because we all care . Come and show your support and appreciation for your freedom and all that we have, but take for granted . If you want to remember someone that you once loved or cared for you can always sponsor them on a bench or tree for all to see and share. Once I sat on a bench and was to remember a cyclist that will now forever be remembered. Love in the end will never
