Carol made you feel welcome and comfortable. She has such a pleasant demeanor great personality, she assisted me with the right fitting of the glasses that suited my face perfectly , she works within my budget and at the same time we had great conversation. I cannot help but say Carol is sweet and very professional. Sun Hill should be very happy to have her representing their company. I lived in Riverview and did not regret driving to Valrico. The staff in the reception area are so kind, and very knowledgeable in letting you know what is covered under your plan. I never have to wait too long to be seen. In fact, all of my appointments have been on time. The technicians are great with getting you through each eye test station, and scanning the back of the eye with all the latest technology. It's an additional cost (not covered) for the OCT, but it's well worth it. It's highly recommended if you have a family history of glaucoma (like me). I've been seeing Dr. Hollis and Dr. Wright for 3 years now. They are both wonderful. They've been great in addressing all of my concerns, and offering great solutions. I've also been super happy with the opticians. I wasn't really able to wear progressive lenses until coming to this practice. I'm not sure why. All I can say is that every pair I've received here have been perfect. Picking out frames by myself has never been an easy task. The opticians here have always been able to find the right frames for the shape of my face. They make the whole frame shopping experience seamless and pleasant. I never feel rushed to make a decision. I never feel like they are trying to sell me expensive frames, unless I'm leaning that way. They truly have a knack for finding the right fit, and at a good price range. I don't think I've ever had an issue with the finished product. It's always a great experience!

On 2 separate occasions I tried to pick up my daughter's glasses. On both occasions employees just sat there watching customers and having us wait. Apparently it takes two employees to help a customer as well when it comes to fitting glasses and placing orders. The first time I left after 20 minutes of waiting there because I had somewhere else to be. Today after 10 minutes I asked how long the wait would be and the chick stood up and grabbed the glasses and set them in front of us. After a few minutes I grabbed them to have my daughter try them on and this chick across the room raised her voice (essentially shouted) and said don't touch them until you're helped. Then proceeded to come to us and ask my daughter to try them on and see the wall on the other side of the room. I told her they were replacement glasses and the vision had nothing to do with it and I grabbed them to see if any adjustments needed to be made so they don't fall off her face. Please explain why it took me grabbing the glasses to finally be helped when she had been sitting there from the second I stepped foot in there and why was it okay to snatch them from where I had put them when she told me to stop? Are you okay and who hurt you that you felt the need to do this in a public setting, more specifically your place of work? Additionally, before I left I told her next time before she decides to raise her voice at a customer to ask herself if that's how she wants to be treated. There was no need to raise her voice or make a huge scene out of nothing as I paid for these glasses... Treat others the way you want to be treated, common sense I would think but apparently not so common at this location. Lastly had she read the note she would've known they were just replacements before making a huge scene and making it seem as if I was stealing glasses I had already paid for. Teach your employees how to be respectful towards your customers as this scene was truly uncalled for and beyond disrespectful. Also, if I'm picking up there is no need for me to wait 20+ mins when I'm grabbing and going, especially when my daughter wasn't present the first time. I've never ever experienced this type of disrespect with the Brandon location and from reading the reviews apparently this is pretty normal for this location which is truly a shame. *** also if it's a replacement make sure you get that in writing because they like to make calls telling you that you still need to return the old pair even though it's in their possession. After waiting 30 mins in chair for Dr to come the exam was speedily done and I left. I took prescrion to Lenscrafters to have lenses put in because I bought my own frames. Lenscraters informed me my vision wasn't corrected to 20/20. I was never informed of this. I contacted my previous Dr and they confirmed corrected to 20/20 in 2014. I contacted Dr Little's office to ask why I wasn't informed and they said they would call me back. I never received callback and now have to pay 125 out of pocket for another exam. I'm reporting the Dr to EyeMed because I was never informed my vision not corrected to 20/20. I would advise anyone to avoid this place!

After they dilated my eyes, I got to go pick a new pair of glasses. After I found one and asked tons of questions to the friendly woman that was helping me out, I went and finished my exam. First the office it really nice and up to date. Great location right off of Bloomingdale and next to my primary doctors office which is a plus. They do full eye exams and they have a good variety of glasses to choose from. They ran my previous prescription and was honest with me about what i person needed to maintain proper vision and eye health. Great place and people. Check them out if you are in need of a new place!
