This month I had a issue with the battery and the the charging cable, but I was unable to do the battery repair through Apple because of the work done at a separate shop. I also asked him about unlocking the phone for international travel and he gave me some different ideas and strategies, rather than trying to just get me to use their service. I had cracked my phone not longer than a month ago and went to an iPhone repair place in Rowland Heights and they weren't nearly as thorough and as efficient as this place. Not only is the shop clean and cute, the customer service is phenomenal. The man who helped me was extremely nice and clearly knew what he was doing. After repairing my phone in 20 minutes, he did a thorough check to make sure everything was functioning properly. I also got a free clear phone case for checking in on Yelp. I was recommended to try this place out through a friend who had been to the OC location. I had a shattered iPhone 6 plus screen. He fixed it relatively fast and made sure to explain everything he was going to the phone. It was a very comfortable setting as you could either sit with him or sit on the couch and watch a movie. He also offered water and snacks. I actually had first tried to visit him on Super Bowl Sunday but he was closed :( He informed me that he keeps his hours on yelp updated so check here when in doubt. For this inconvenience, he did give me a little something. He also told me if I ever have any questions to come in or call.
