Quality establishment&Outstanding customer service Called ahead and spoke to Eddie regarding my iPhone 6s no longer being able to charge. The past couple weeks I've had to mess around with lightening chord to make sure it was at a certain angle in order to charge. then, late yesterday it was no longer charging at all and figured it had to be the charging port. Eddie answered my questions over the phone and told to bring the phone in to make sure it wasn't just dirt and debris stuck in the port and if so that he'd be able to clean in it with his tools. Lo and behold, that was the cause of my iPhone not being able to charge. He cleaned it for me FREE of charge. That wasn't the best part of this interaction though -- his honesty, outstanding customer service, and attention to detail are what left me feeling the need to write this review. I will undoubtably be coming here and recommending everyone I know in the area to come here if they're having issues with their smartphones! This is going to be my cell phone shop when I need service. Incredibly honest and knowledgeable. I contacted them by email asking for a price for replacing the charging port on my iphone. It wasn't charging, and it felt like the jack was loose and worn out. When I walked in, they checked my phone and found a bunch of dust in the jack and cleaned it out. It now charges fine. They didn't charge me anything for their time. I was sure I needed the port replaced, and they could have done the job and taken my money, and I wouldn't have known the difference. I came by here because my Iphone7 plus was dropped and back camera stopped working. I called in earlier and got a quote over the phone. Came here to get my iPhone 5s screen fixed (yes 5s! my fav) and my total came out to $63 and the guy who had fixed my phone (unfortunately forgot his name) added an additional screen protector for free! They were very welcoming. They took about 20 minutes to fix my phone. They also have a little waiting section that is pretty nice with water and snacks. You can choose to wait there or come back.
