If you try and coordinate a valet pickup I can guarantee you it will be late and it will be impossible to call and get an update. This is 3 times now for me that this has happened. I am still here furious waiting for my car back from their valet service, it was due over an hour ago and I have no update, no call back, nothing. Also if you try and get a loaner, this also happened to me 2x, and even schedule it ahead of time they will not even try to give you an equivalent vehicle of what you have. Worst experience ever with a "luxury" brand service. This is the dealership which I purchased the car from, so I had hoped for better.... Also as it was the 2nd time my vehicle (GV70) was sent for the same issue I had talked to the service manager (Alex). Who assured me my repair would be well taken care of. And if I needed anything to state his name on the automated systems (as they never pick up the phone) so he could make sure the issues were being addressed. I did this multiple times and never got a call back or anything from him. I've had the issue with both the driver side and passenger side headlights flooding with water and have had a real issue trying to get the passenger side replaced. They told me they replaced it but when I got the car back they obviously didn't and the headlamp is stained from previous condensation. They stated that there is a bulletin that they can no longer swap the headlamp and that I have to live with the headlamp stained. What kind of company provides a warranty, has the part be defective, and then not replace. Great.... I now have a luxury car with a stained passenger headlamp. Had even purchased the extended warranty. Called Genesis consumer affairs and just waiting for updates to see if the regional manager will approve. Sigh, never again. Be warned.

Seems appropriate because the place is a dump. It smelled like mold and mildew. The manager is also using the car as his personal car. Ummm, no. Leave the car on the lot. The salesman knew less than I did. He didn't pull the car out so we could get a good look at it. He didn't stay outside and "talk up" the car and its options. I'm pretty sure it's because it was 90 degrees and he knew nothing about the car. I've purchased many, many cars in my lifetime. I've never had such an experience. I've also never paid sticker or online advertised price and I said as much. This guy actually said, "then I guess you're not buying a car tonight". VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! He embarrassed himself. Then this car that's been in PA and NJ from 2022, is serviced in FL a short time after it arrived at Auto Hub. Then it's back. Oh, "that must be a mistake". "Once the car gets here it stays here". Sure, see ya. I suggest finding a reputable, knowledgeable dealer and skipping this place. Now I know why it was a ghost town when we got there at 6 pm on a Thursday night. Super disappointing and a complete waste of time. It wasn't worth the hour drive to get there. We made it worthwhile by going out to eat, nearby!

I have yet to have all my needs met; being comfortable, respected, educated and more importantly impressed-- until now. My experience at Acme Nissan was simply amazing and they did more than meet expectations-- they exceeded it. From the beginning I was met with a warm receptionist and asked to wait briefly in a very nice and pleasant setting. The salesman "Andy Patel" in short is an amazing salesman and even a better person. He came across as genuine and not the typical car salesman-- his attention to detail, overall knowledge and interpersonal skills really sealed the deal. The entire staff at Acme Nissan should be commended for their professional presentation and the ability to truly relate to the average buyer. I would recommend Andy and the Acme staff to any car buyer

This review is for the service department. Although I normally post only positive reviews, I am…read moreextremely unhappy and frustrated after dealing with this place. It's been almost a year since I had the very unfortunate experience of taking my car here for the first time to resolve an issue, which left me with nothing except a headache and more problems ever since then. I would give negative 0 stars if it was an option. They charged me over $800 to replace an alternator (on top of $600 to remove my remote start system which they "claim" was causing issues). The first alternator they gave me was faulty (which they refused to acknowledge until I brought screenshots with proof from other places such as Autozone). They replaced the alternator with ANOTHER faulty one, which I just had replaced by my mechanic this week for $600 (much less than what Acme charged). I was there a total of 4 times last summer trying to resolve this issue, each time leaving with more problems than I went in with. My battery lights kept going on every time I left, and my car eventually wouldn't start several months later, due to alternator issues and issues with wiring that occurred only after Acme technicians messed with my car. When I tried speaking to a "manager", I was given the runaround about how none were available and would call me back. Six months later I finally received a call back, only after I started a case with corporate. The only solution that was offered was to waste my time bringing my car back AGAIN to a place that caused me nothing but problems since I went to them. Why would I want to do that and end up with more problems and headaches down the road?! Horrible customer service. I made it clear several times that I wanted some sort of compensation for the large amount of money and tremendous time wasted, taking a day off work to bring my car to my mechanic, being without a car for weeks last summer, and just overall awful experience. Needless to say, I got nowhere with it and am now out $1500 in addition to the new alternator for another $600, and $300 to fix the wiring issues, so well over $2,000. I have never experienced anything like this before in my life. I've been going to my mechanic for about 20 years and never once had an issue. I went to Acme once and have had nothing but issues. Definitely would not recommend. I am usually very fair and give people the benefit of the doubt, but in this case, I needed to express my frustration because this was definitely not resolved in a way that was beneficial, fair, or satisfactory to the customer. I also read several other reviews on here about people who brought their cars for service and ended up with more problems than they had to begin with. Normally I take those types of reviews with a grain of salt, but in this case I can't help but believe them after my own experience.

0 STARS - Scammers when it comes to Pre-Owned vehicles…read more I visited Route 1 Hyundai today to look at a 2020 Acura RDX listed at $19,890. While the initial test drive went fine, the "numbers" process was a masterclass in predatory dealership fees. They presented me with a breakdown that inflated the price of the car by over $6,000 in fees, including: * $2,995 "UCI" Fee: Claimed to be for pre-inspection but when I asked for the Internal Repair Order (RO), it showed only an oil change and two filters changed totaling $295. The manager could not explain where the other $2,700 came from. * $895 VIN Etching Fee: An optional security add-on they tried to present as mandatory. * $1,895 Warranty Fee: Another "mandatory" add-on they tried to bake into the price. When I questioned the Manager on the $3k UCI fee versus what was actually on the RO, he became incredibly disrespectful. He told me, "I can't make you understand why the UCI is $3k, it just is," and even suggested he "couldn't read" the report himself. Instead of being transparent, he eventually pulled the paperwork away and told me to leave. To make matters worse, as I drove away, someone from the dealership called me to say they would remove all the fees if I came back and financed with them--proving these "fees" are completely arbitrary and used as leverage. When I declined, the caller was dismissive, stating they had "other appointments" anyway.

I picked a $22 which is a full cleaning and added a $25 interior cleaning service. A total of $47 .. so after you go through the car wash, you're greeted with two gentlemen drying your vehicle with Micro fiber cloths, and then you have to do roundabout and come into this area where they do the interior. Once in ,your ask to sit in waiting area till your vehicle is done .my kids spilled a cereal box on floor, so I told the guys and gave em the heads up. While waiting, I was confronted by one of the guys cleaning the interior (who later identified himself as manager) I was told I would have to pay additional $20 to get my car cleaned to its full potential. I turned it down and said simply complete the $25 interior job I paid for .. proceeded to look for a manager at the office and no one was available to talk to, and no one at front desk, once I asked the same guy about what's the bar to ask for additional money.,I started feeling he was getting annoyed by my questioning his offer to charge me an additional $20 ... after job was done, I pulled over and noticed the few spots that wasn't cleaned and/whiped ... for $47 I got a basic wash and tire shine... not happy at all and felt like I was being hustled to pay more for the service of my original charge . Safe to say I won't back..
