This store is great! It is a very busy location, and could use an upgrade. Often their drink machines are out of order, but don't think it is their fault. The staff here is really nice and they seem to have plenty of help. I like coming here for both gas and their drinks! read more

This one particular fuel station is one of the biggest circle K I've seen! Well, there is also still a big land available In Maricopa and I am grateful that they are building to better the community and also for the tourist. I was just passing by today on the way home, but outside looks clean and I hope they keep it that way. Plenty of space are great so everything can flow thru within the vicinity. Looking pretty busy. I have not been inside yet therefore, I cannot fully rate it with a higher stars. read more

Yet another horrible experience my soda taste it bad when I went up to the register the same route girl that's been rude to me a number of times asked me for my ID happens to be expired won't sell me beer won't sell me beer because she doesn't like me. She thought it was funny I spent thousands of dollars at this particular Circle K I spend thousands of dollars literally at Circle K I spent maybe $200 on gas some days in one day I am so upset with this Circle K and they're low standard in the way their staff is so unprofessional and rude I've been to the store and bought beer there every day for years. Worst customer service ever! Happened to me once before and I thought I'd give them another shot.... BIG MISTAKE!! I underrated they have policies and laws they need to follow however. I went into buy tobacco products. The first time I went in they scanned my ID and everything was fine. I forgot something so I went back in just a few minutes later. went to another cashier and they scanned my ID and just aid it would not work and just handed it to me. I went to the next register and the same thing. Trying to explain to them I just used it a few minutes earlier and they were rude and smart and basically said if the machine wont scan my ID they can't sell to me. If i had NOT just used it I would kind of understand but No instead they gave me attitude like it was my fault. After reading all of these 1 start rating and calling and speaking to the manager it is clear they do not care about their rude employees. I will driving the extra few blocks to go to a different store. Looks like QT will be getting all of my business form here on out. Thanks Circle K. read more

I got a refill of an icee and it came out to 96 cents I asked if it was 79 cents making it 86 cents (like it says on the machine) I heard her tone and asked her to please drop the attitude it's unnecessary she took my money while counting my change she said under her breathe "stupid fucking wetback" I told her "excuse me I'll be call your boss in the morning " she told me to get the fuck out of her store and not to ever fucking come back. Beware Black Youths Entering Circle K in Maricopa AZ, while black is a crime. Making a long story short. On July 5th 2 black teenagers finishing playing basketball, decided to go to Circle K to get something to drink. (Again making it short) my son and his friend were told to leave, because the clerk said he can't mind the store and watch them at the same time. My son told the clerk he had money and showed him. He said they still had to go the meantime the police were called and the clerk told the police they look like they were going to steal something. This isn't the first time this has happend at Store #3390. The same thing happened the night before while I was sitting in the parking lot. It was decided to take this matter to Corporate.....the guy was unprofessional, when asked to review the tapes. So, my goal is to get the message out. read more

They refused to sell me tobacco product due to the fact I had my son with me and he didn't have an I.D I went on to explain to them he was my son and he shouldn't need an I.D for coming in the store with his mom. They didn't care that he actually came in to purchase something of his own but they didn't have what he wanted therefore he was standing with me until I checked out. The cashier was very rude and had poor customer service skills. read more

Twice in the last two weeks I've been ripped off at this location. The first time they charged me for 3 packs of cigarettes when I only bought two. Today I wanted to use last month's Fry's fuel points when I got gas. I had over 700 points for this month and was waiting to use those. I went in to the clerk and very specifically told her I wanted to use last month's 200 points - NOT this month's 700. I told her 3 times. Of course, she was busy answering questions from everybody walking up to the counter while she was waiting on me instead of paying attention to me. She used this month's points. Basically the store just ripped me off for $20 I would have saved on gas when I filled my tank using my 700 points. I called the store and was basically told too bad. I was also told they couldn't differentiate between which month's points they used. That's something the inattentive clerk should have told me one of the 3 times I told her not to use this month's points. I called Fry's customer service and all they could do was transfer last month's points to this month's balance. That's still 500 points short of what I had before the incompetent clerk used the wrong points. Go to QuickTrip if you have to get something from a convenience store in Maricopa. read more

I have be selecting this Circle K for 3 years. It is very close to my house. At first the employees were friendly, and helpful. I started to notice that the employees became less friendly and helpful. No smiles, not even talking unless they had to. Today I stopped to pick up a common item that you can buy for $6 - $7. I was charged $9 today. I was shocked! Without thinking I made my purchase and went to my car. That's when it hit me. This was so wrong. Why pay more for the item? I went back in to return the item and was told that once I left the store they could not take it back. This was within seconds of the purchase. A manager was called. The manager listened. Which was good, but the bottom line was it was a policy. The manager "did not make the policy". No changes allowed. I realize that companies need policies and procedures. They need to make a profit. Where does it stop? Where is customer service these days? Gouging customers just because they can set policies so they get to do it? Sadly consumers have lost their voice. Probably because consumers are not using that voice. I am sickened and saddened. I will NEVER inter another Circle K again. read more
