My experience today with the pharmacy technician, Gaby, was completely unacceptable and upsetting…read more I was under the impression I could pick up both of my prescriptions, but instead of handling the situation professionally, Gaby exhibited a deeply disrespectful demeanor. She forced me to repeat myself multiple times and essentially made me yell out the specific medication I needed in a public space, which felt like a massive violation of my privacy. Even after I went and sat down to speak directly with the original pharmacist to sort out the issue, Gaby continued trying to shout things or talk over to me across the room. The pharmacist's excellent customer service AFTER HER was completely overshadowed by Gaby's unprofessionalism and total lack of discretion. I hope management addresses her behavior. Thank you again to the lady after, and I apologize for my part in the matter.

I went in, mostly just for contact solution, but as I always end up doing when I'm in the CVS, I definitely roamed the aisles and ended up with way more than I bargained for! For one thing, and this is mostly across all CVS locations, I love the store. Some of their things can be expensive, but I live walking to a different location, and I find that when you're a consistent shopper, there are always an abundance of coupons and opportunities to save some dollars. And the convenience is worth it to me. For example, tonight my total was about $64 or so. By the time I had added all of my coupons and signed up for their monthly program, I paid less than $40. Sami helped me out and he was so lovely and kind! He helped me reactivate my ExtraCare membership. I ran in quickly initially without my card since they take Apple Pay, but I needed the physical card to activate my membership. It was truly no issue to run out for my card but he profusely apologized for the inconvenience. Sami was just so friendly and kept up the good natured conversation during our whole interaction whilst still maintaining good efficiency. Overall I left in the least amount of time but feeling completely taken care of. I feel like this is kind of across all locations, but specifically this store did not feel super well stocked. I don't really think that's their fault though. That kind of seems to be the model across most locations. But I will say this specific CVS had a lot more buttons around the store to call the staff since a lot of items are locked up now. My usual CVS definitely doesn't have as many as it needs and it can feel frustrating trying to get help. I needed something today and found an accessible button, and a staff member came very quickly to assist me. Overall, a 10 out of 10, and next time I'm in the area I would definitely stop back here again!

Shopping for groceries in this environment feels unsanitary and unsafe, especially when selecting food items that I'll be taking home to eat. Homeless people demanding I buy them things and getting mad when I decline makes shopping extremely uncomfortable. It's disappointing that management doesn't address this issue more effectively to maintain a clean and hygienic space for paying customers. I won't be returning.
