Poor customer service. Dirty with multiple things broken. Trash everywhere. Employees are rude.

Well this Circle K is busy most of the time. They are good with customers service. It has a far selection of items. A good amount of gas pumps. Easy to get in and out of location. read more

If you need a place to dump your trash, no need to go all the way to the dump just dump it in front or on the side. Doesn't really matter. Won't notice either way. If you are a little rough around the edges then apply for a job here. I would be startled needless to say if I saw a employee crack a smile I would be mortified. Sad you can't give a 0 review. As like many others in this review section, this has to be the worst gas station in all of Phoenix. Circle K has obviously not responded to these customers or made any changes to better the staff. I have lived close by to this location for nearly two years now. I have always purchased my gas, nicotine pouches and other small items. I would go into the store probably every other day for TWO YEARS! I went in roughly two months ago to buy nicotine pouches. The lady at the counter who has clearly seen me so many times asked me for my ID. I pulled out my wallet and to my surprise, my ID was not in my wallet. I had not been ID'd at this location in a long time since I was a REGULAR. The store manager was standing right next to me and did not say a word and she knew exactly who I was. I apologized to the clerk and stated that I must have left it at home but I have a picture of my ID on my phone, would that work? She looked at me and didn't say a word back. I even pulled out my phone and found the picture and the clerk took the pouches away and said your total is "$ whatever the amount" for the water I had put on the counter. I was shocked that she treated me with such disrespect. I don't know maybe "Sorry by law we need a physical ID or due to our policies we would need a physical ID." No she just gave me the total as if I was worth nothing to them. I left visibly upset and my wallet was still in my hand and I have one of those metal wallets and I pushed the door open upset and my wallet hit the glass and made a loud noise. I drove home and picked up up my ID and drove back to the gas station. I came in with my ID and said " Here it is, this is my birthday, I am 28 years old." The clerk said "Sir you are not allowed in here anymore due to the way you rudely left the store". So I left and called the store to speak with a manager because I was extremely upset that they would kick out a REGULAR who has never caused any issues because they provided extremely poor service and I got a little upset at the fact. The funniest part is that I hadn't said a word in this interaction but because I left in a rude manner I was no longer allowed at the place that I have shopped at every other day for 2 years. Keep in mind, they allow homeless people and drug dealers to loiter in the store at all times of the day. They allow people to have physical & verbal altercations in the store all day but god forbid you walk out upset. The manager over the phone explained that she was in line next to me during the encounter and that she knew that I was a regular but decided not to step in to help resolve the minor issue because it "wasn't her place". She stated that she did not hear me say that I had a picture of my ID on my phone and assumed that I was just being rude. I told her that I overreacted when I left but leaving in a storm but that I had never experienced such poor customer service. She refused to apologize for any of the behavior of her staff which left a bad taste in my mouth. I have brought this to the customer service line with Circle K which they emailed me back about 5 days after stating they would have someone look into this matter and reach back out. A month later I never had anyone contact me so I wrote them again. They said again that they were doing an internal investigation and that someone would get back to me. I reached out again for a third time 2 months after the fact and they said the exact same thing to me about investigating the issue. All I was looking for was an apology. I suggest if you read this to never give business to Circle K ever as they do not care about their loyal customers. read more

I'm somewhere between 3 and for stars on this location, as it depends on really who's working and what time of day it is. Overall, I really like this Circle K, and like coming here for a variety of stuff, but sometimes, and I do mean sometimes, I walk out slightly irritated. Other times I leave, and I love it here. It's not bad, just sometimes more frustrating then others. On the good side, this place is large, clean, well kept with a variety of items to choose from. Loads of drinks, a clean, well stocked store, clean gas pumps, friendly staff, donuts, coffee, and a handful of other gas station items as well. This is what keeps me coming back for more, and it's usually easy in easy out at this place. Sometimes, I get irritated because the line can be a bit long, and I seem to catch a rush here from time to time. I don't have a problem with the rush, but sometimes, depending on who's working, the lines move faster then others. Some of the attendants are faster then others, and if you catch it on a slow day, it can be frustrating when you have other things to do. Also, you can use your Fry's card here for $$ off gas if you hit a 100 points or more from shopping there. That's awesome since sometimes I do, and who doesn't like to save money on gas prices these days? Love that they work together on that, yet another reason you'll find me here getting a variety of different items, not just gas. After work I went to Circle K. After purchasing of gas I attempted to purchase a 6 pack of beer. The attendant Barb asked for my birth year. I told her 1992. I stutter from a injury while overseas, after I reply, she's insults my speech. She went on to refuse me service, despite me showing her my ID. Iv spent years traveling the US, and being a loyal customer to many company's I can whole heartily say, I will never shop here again. read more

A bitch charged me for ICE. I was so annoyed I didn't even care. When you have to wait more than 10 minutes in line to buy a fucking soda someone's not doing their job correctly. Bad customer service here, I came to the store at 4:15pm 2/22/22, there is a cashier with grey shirt has a bad attitude, she told some person they are not allowed in store, after she said that she laughed at some person also she was talking about people and used bad language. This store is awful. The lines are consistently super long (seriously, at a circle k?) and the employees are lazy and rude. At times lines are so long they wrap around the inside of the store. Usually only one cashier will be working, and the other employees hiding. Not to mention the fact that the place is not kept clean, and it's a newer store. The employees absolutely do not care. Sure it's not your fathers Circle K were you got cigarettes, liquor and food you needed at 3 times the price of a real grocery. They used to have a creeper and "strange thing are afoot at the Circle K" element. Now they have spruced themselves up to compete with QT. They have fresh foods, coffee and a wall of tasty beverages. This is the worst circle k ever! The long lines get to be a bit much with usually only 1 person on the register. It's always messy, but the absolute WORST thing I've seen, is the customer service. There is a "lead cashier" who isn't only insanely rude to customers, but also treats the other employees (his apparent subordinates) terribly. The management needs to intervene and make some SERIOUS changes if they don't want to continue losing business. I went in recently to cash in a winning scratcher. There were three people that I saw working in the store but only one working the register. You would think with a line of 10 people in the store they would reprioritize!?! So I passed the time by chatting with another customer standing in line as to how disorganized this store is. So I finally get to the front of the line and the cashier practically threw the ticket back at me telling me I need to scratch off the rest of the card so she could process it. I have never once been asked for that. So I commented what are you too good to do your job? She actually refused me service at that point! WTF??? So I stood there and refused to move till I spoke with a manager. Manager comes.... Refuses me service. I again refused to budged until I received the number to corporate. Long story short, they gave me a wrong number. I was able to find it myself and left a message on a vm that has yet to be returned. This is not the only circle k that behaves like this. They are rude, unprofessional and overpriced. I personally call for a boycott of ALL circle k's!!!! Nobody deserves to be treated like crap just to hand over their hard earned money..... Update.... So corporate got ahold.... Agreed that their behavior at circle k was wrong.... Told me she would text me some coupons for the inconvenience.... Then called me missy.... Fuck circle k.... Every time I've ever been here, they are understaffed, the floors are filthy, the place is a mess and there is always a line. Check out is just slow for whatever reason. You know what, ask me if I want a bag while I am looking for money. It would save some time. The employees just don't care. Frankly, I probably won't either. I'm sure it's a management thing. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra mile and go to QT on the other side of the 17 or at Dunlap and 19th Ave. Either is far better. read more
