I suppose good food takes time but it also takes the fast out of fast food to wait 15 + minutes for a small order. I'll be better prepared next time. I also deducted because the bathrooms were nasty and there was no toilet paper in the stall. It says to flush twice and it's apparent people didnt because the toilet was stopped up and I couldn't get myself to use it. Then finding no toilet paper was enough to make me skip it all together. I would definitely make it a littler easier with the pick up. First off we couldn't hear what number they called and some of us older folk can't remember numbers. I had to get my receipt to confirm the number because I couldn't remember if it was 5 or 6 or what. Then the order came and looked nothing like I expected and I had to check again to make sure I had the right number. If they can keep the bathrooms clean and call the numbers a little louder, I think it would help a bit.

Employees deserve better than being treated unfairly while management hides in the back and refuses to lead or help when it actually matters. At this point, the management seriously needs to be replaced because the way this place is being run is completely unprofessional. Management allows people who do not even work there to be there, while actual employees are expected to carry the workload and deal with stressful rushes alone. When things get too busy for her to handle, she suddenly has people come in to help her, but when it comes to the night staff working with fewer people and less support, she could not care less because she is not the one there dealing with it.
