(She isn't white but clearly treats poc's differently) Also she was very condescending to the cashier who was also not white but was doing his job well but because he mis-spoke she felt the need to correct him even though it was literally just about the name of a candy she felt the need to bring up the obvious while customers were waiting in her line to get rung up. As someone who has had many bad days working in customer service, I still wouldn't treat anyone like that since it's not like a random person or coworker had anything to do with it but clearly she does and it's not a very good idea to put people like that in leadership positions. I've had managers like her before and they make the workplace unnecessarily frustrating for both the employees and customers. The only reason I'm giving the 2nd star is because of the other cashier.

They seem to have their own grill here inside the gas station, where you can order tacos. They have touchscreens that they've rolled out that you order from. I dunno why you'd get tacos here, when there's a Las Palapas across the street. They sell ice in 8 lb bags inside the store, but they also have an exterior ice machine that sells more ice cheaper. I wish they'd had a sign up inside letting you know that they have a cool ice machine outside. The clerk was efficient, and able to work two registers simultaneously to get people checked out quickly. He was doing that while giving directions and helping another guy order food. Parking and driving through here can be a bit confusing with all the drive-thru's around here. Along with the teenage drivers racing over here after the high school across the street lets out, this can be a hazardous parking lot to hang out in. The convenience store was clean inside and out! I managed to get in and out of there on the quick time.

It's in the middle of a bunch of ethnic restaurants and foreign grocers by the Medical Center. I've found that the gas is still cheaper just a little bit up the hill at the Valero. But this place is clean, clean, clean. It's spotless! It always seems to be picked up, and the bathrooms are rather clean. I like how they have a full (help yourself) bar for coffee drinks- with nitro cold coffee that puts the local coffee shops on the run. My fav thing about these gas stations is the name brand condiment station, where you can get the fancy stuff - Grey Poupon in little yellow packets, or Cholula hot sauce- Grab handfuls, because this is the good stuff! You can dine in or they have a Drive-Thru. The automatic car wash is the best part. The unlimited wash package is the way to go. For $19.99 a month I can wash my car once a day. Since there's 2 bays and it's open 24/7 there's seldom a wait. The car wash is thorough and my car is sparkling clean every time. They also have a pretty decent selection of wine including many local Texas varieties. If you sign up for the fuel rewards (it's free) you can save a minimum of five cents off a gallon. The first time I used the reward points they gave me $.25 off a gallon for the first fill up. Not a bad deal. Fischer's Shell is my neighborhood one stop shop.

I went back in and asked for a refund of around $16. They refused to give me a refund, I was told I had to speak to the manager the next day. The employee gave me the store number and I gave her my personal cell number, she said "this is business... it doesn't working like that, you have to call him he won't call you". It's been a week and still no call...I'm going go back soon to get my $16 I just didn't have the time. I normally get excellent service at QT's . To top it off the person that made my pizza didn't slice it and had no pride in his work... you be the judge

It's pretty much the same as any other Costco except they don't sell hard alcohol in the warehouse. You have to walk into an adjacent store operated by a different company. It has the same orange shelving but staff actually ask customers if need assistance. Costco in general has good deals but San Antonio is more affordable than Seattle.

I suppose the self scan as you walk in is good. Self checkout usually runs quick and smoothly. I don't know why they don't have a self scan to check your groceries against your receipt on the way out. That's where the lines back up. The food court would be my main complaint. It makes no sense. You have to order at the kiosk; there's no convenient place to wait; if you order in advance by phone you have to ask someone about your order and it always feels like your interrupting. One time I ordered pizza for a party by phone and even I got to the kiosk to pay, the pizza was out of stock. It was confusing and added an additional challenge, but I got my order. Obviously, that's not a deterrent and I'll probably come back for other party needs.

Night shift is always blaring rap music like it's a damn night club. Both cashiers take forever…read morejust to ring someone up. Or they move with no intention to get things down. I get it you end up making small talk sometimes I was a cashier one time but you gotta know when to stop and move on. Especially when's a 6 plus line of people waiting to cash out and go home/work. The level of professionalism is zero to none at this location and I try my best to avoid it if I can. I know y'all got cameras check at 8:42pm 9/2/24. Matter of fact I had to go back in because the cashier didn't activate the pump and misheard the amount I requested. I'm pretty sure if the night club music volume wasn't all the way up he would have herd me the first time but hey what do I know
