I told him that was BS because that is false advertisement and left, I drove by later that evening when I was taking my son to his baseball practice and noticed they updated the marquee to the $3.45. I contacted Circle K corporate. I received a phone call spoke to a woman that was extremely argumentative and rude. It isn't my fault that you guys are false advertising and overcharging people for gasoline when you clearly have a different price posted. False advertisement is illegal and you should be a little bit more courteous for your company's wrongdoing . This gas station is located in Sun City, and I couldn't even imagine how many elderly people utilized this gas station on that same day without noticing they were being overcharged.
