Stopped in a few times to get cash and snacks before hitting the road or stopping by my friend's house. They have an Amazon locker out front, a self check-out stand and they offer cash back at the register. The last time I stopped in I noticed they had charcuterie! It's not as ghetto as I thought it would be in there. I've never encountered any homeless people pandering out front and the employees have always been nice to me. Definitely convenient as it's in a residential neighborhood. read more

I actually like this store! I'm surprised at how many negative feedback they've received. I live maybe 8 minutes away and I'm closer to multiple 7/11's but I prefer to go Circle K. It's also cleaner than most stores!! The staff is always attentive and the cashiers remember the customers. Linda is very sweet she always starts a conversation as soon as you walk in! read more

Wow! First off let me start by saying... if you see a GRAY SQUARE SCION !! In their parking lot facing campus street (like the picture I posted down in this review) go home. HONESTLY !, JUST GO HOME, This guy has no manners at all ! I don't even know how or why the owner of this franchise/circle-K picked him to be a manager. He is honestly scaring each and every one of the customers away. He is making this location look bad and making you lose money. He is the most bitter, humiliating, arrogant, disrespectful, disappointing, RUDE, impolite, ignorant, grumpy, nasty, dirty and smart ass person/MANAGER there ! Every other employee is nicer and more understanding than him. The owner really needs to fire him or switch him out to a nicer person and as a customer I can and will vouch for the guy who's usually always there during graveyard shift. I believe he drives a van. He is the nices employee out of all of them there. He can relate to anyone. He is even nicer than the MANAGER; Just because he paints his long hair, has unprofessional face piercings, and always plays satanic rock music. He has the audacity to act like a bully to every customer who comes into that store. I come and buy beer here before 2 am and he always closes the beer door around 1:30 or 1:50am. The LAW is 2 am not 1:30am or 1:50am They should take away they're beer & liquor license for false advertisement and blame him for it . when you ask if he can open it up he always gives his smart ass mouth or lazy ass groans claiming that there's nothing he can do. When I'm general he's really just lazy and by the looks of it you can really tell he hates his job with all the groaning and moaning he does to all the customers for example The guy in front of me was giving him change/coins & he groaned very loud and whined like a little boy saying "(ugh change really I don't want to count it)" like damn man you don't want to take money just because it isn't a bill and especially with this coin shortage? Would be zero if I could. Needed a swap of propane... Was told by the clerk it would take at least twenty minutes. Not to fill ...but swap. Takes a minute. Why have a propane swap available if you can't do it. I only live a few houses down, buy a lot of beer and wine.....along with other things in the last five years....will not be back. Maybe if I hear the owner trains, staffs, and fixes simple customer service and let's all of us bad reviewers know it's fixed because this is rediculous. read more

So I had just picked up my daughter from work the other night and we went in to get a Polar Pop. A man by the name of Richard was working with an older lady and as we went up to pay Richard had the scanner in his hand and gestured for my daughter to hold up her bag to scan it,well apparently it was not good enough for Richard so he literally sighed out loud and rolled his eyes! I have been in the store before and Richard is the most terrible employee I have seen anywhere! He is so rude and does not care who he shows his attitude to! I came in one night because I was craving some chips and soda. I was greeted by a short white lady with blonde hair. I believe her name was Kristen. She was very sweet and welcoming. I walked into this store and bought a bag of chips. I didn't have enough money but the manager , I believe his name was Sami was very nice about it. I almost can't come to this location because of a guy who works there by the name of Richard. He has the worst attitude of anybody I have ever met. He literally acts like you are bothering him by spending money in the store. When he is working I will not come here anymore I'll drive out of the way because ANYTHING is better than dealing with that jerk. The ice cream machine had a bucket in front of it last night so I assumed it was broken- which is not a stretch considering their stuff breaks down all the time. I go to this circle k everyday sometimes more than once. I usually go in the morning and Richard is usually still there and he's always very polite to me. I went in there once and it was nine at night and I asked the lady working there if she could help get me some beer out of the cooler room as I couldn't get it. well she did not help me instead she went in the back and got Richard to help me and he wasn't even on the clock yet he came out and helped me without bitching or being pissed he helped me and he wasn't even suppose to be working yet. Richard works very long hours and horrible hours and has to put up with the worst customers there are so if he comes off rude you should be able to understand why. he's always been very helpful and nice to me. I think people mistake his quiet personality as rude he's not rude once you get to know him. There was a few weeks the circle k had no soda machine and I was left to go elsewhere and I hated those two weeks very much because I missed all of the people at the circle k Sammy, dini, and Richard there all very nice and helpful to me. The other places I had to go were terrible and rude. I would be very upset not to see these people every morning. Sammy has given my little girls many donuts and i'm very grateful and he does this out of the kindness of his heart. This crew is a hard working bunch who are very helpful and kind.
