So disappointing! This was one of our favorite places. Unfortunately, we will never go back. If you sit outside, per our female server, you can only order via text. She was very disrespectful and rude. Had to scan the barcode to place order. However, there was no menu thru the bar code and she made it apparent she didn't want to answer questions. They have made it so difficult to order outside dining we will no longer recommend. You can only use your phone for al fresco. Not everyone, e specially this location with an older resident ratio, uses the technology you require. Shame on you. Whatever happened to customer service??? First time here. We loved it. Had the mango salsa with chips...best ever. Blackberry margarita...best ever. Churros with chocolate dip sauce...best ever. Tacos are unique and extremely tasty. I love they are small enough to try a few but very filling. Prices very good also especially with happy hour on certain items. Sat outside and was lovely. Staff extremely nice. We went here last night with friends. Another place we had high expectations for but sorely disappointed. The restaurant wasn't crazy busy and there were plenty staff but we were basically ignored most of the night. We always had to flag someone down for refills while the wait staff were all laughing and goofing off. I had the impossible tacos that came out with less ingredients than showed on the menu and were stone cold. Salsa was very bland and needed salt. All of us said the food was just mediocre and service was even worse. Sadly won't be back. read more

AMAZING - we're visiting from out of town and got take out since it's during this whole corona virus thing. The tacos (all of them) were fantastic. We also got queso - phenomenal. It's hard to do good take out tacos but these people have nailed it. Also super reasonably priced and the tacos are a good size. Had the Mongolian Beef and Korean pork tacos both were incredible!! Chips were super fresh Elote corn salsa were amazing! My margarita was a tad syrupy and I ordered a jalapeño margarita but I'm not sure what I actually got. My friend really enjoyed her sangria! read more

This is my first time here and my co-workers recommended this place because it was Taco Tuesday. We attempted to place an order online. The website would not load the menu to allow online ordering. I tried to call. At first the number on Google said, "Verizon customer is not in service." I tried again, I got through but was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. The restaurant was less than 10 minutes walking from my location so I figured it would be easier to go in and order. Unfortunately for them, they were in lunch rush with one bartender and what looked like one server and one manager. They have an app where you can place the order at your table but I over heard another customer that that was not working either. Again, understandably busy and short staffed in a business district on Taco Tuesday the staff was hustling around. I watched them scurry as they ran past and ignored multiple customers who waited patiently. I witnessed them not flash a single smile or sign that customers were a priority or even on their mind. The women who I am guessing was the manager just looked unhappy, unapproachable and was rude to the bartender instead of being helpful. This is all witnessed while I sit and wait my to go food. It could be the best tacos in the world but I will not be back. Your job choice is in the service industry. People in the Taco Bell drive through are happier at 3am than these folks. Looked like a fun place otherwise. Too bad. read more

GNO like none other! Came in with with girls for margaritas and tacos that did not disappoint!! DELISH! Awesome vibe, delish modern taco variations, pitchers of margaritas made from scratch. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Portion sizes were horrible, menus are FALSE ADVERTISING! Pictures do not even slightly match the plates, new menu items are terrible. The queso tastes like Taco Bell nacho cheese...maybe worse tbh. If you want any kind of decent Mexican this is not the place. Reminds you of a cafeteria with the worst kind of food. I would first like to say, THANK YOU. Thank you to Michael who was very attentive and fast with our order. Thank you to the staff for cooking and preparing our food with no haste whatsoever. And thank you for being our first wonderful experience in Sarasota as a whole. My girlfriend and I came to Sarasota to go to the beach coming all the way from Orlando, after spending an amazing day at the beach in siesta key, we were hungry and we were worried that we would not be able to find amazing cuisine since it was our first time here, but one word: AMAZING. I had the cinco double stack burger with the fries and it was immaculate to say the least. Never in my life have I tasted a burger as great as this one. Street corn was spot on with the flavors and presentation. The chips and mango salsa was amazing too. My girlfriend had the poutine fries which was amazing. Mongolian beef taco, the cubano taco, and the Korean taco and she loved every single one. Our experience and the food was so short lived that we had to get some food to go. We had ordered another poutine and chips with queso fundido. I am so happy that we came to this establishment and will soon return when we visit Sarasota again! read more
