Came here for the first time with my girlfriend. We decided to order out. We were not disappointed at all. The customer service was great. The location looks small from the outside, but when I walked it to pick up our pizza I was surprised about the seating space. We ordered some Goofy Stixs and a Deep Dish Vegetarian Pizza. Both of which was 5 star. Full of flavor in every bite. The veggies were fresh and the crust was perfect. This spot is certainly top on my list for pizza in the area. read more

Just stopped in for dinner on my way home from visiting a friend. I haven't had Ciro's in a very long time, but last I had it, it was great. Tonight didn't disappoint. Pizza crust is nice and chewy. Not super thin, but not thick crust - more medium. I like the pizza sauce here too, that's important. My only tiny gripe, the pizza is pricey. But, when you want a really good pizza and have the extra money to spend, come here. You will be full and satisfied. I got a small and the pizza was huge. I typically can o ly eat two slices, but I was starving and had three. I added a photo: Warning, I have pineapple on my pizza. I know that's fighting words, but I love it! What the heck happened!!! The service was incredibly slow. It took 30 min to make my basic salad. I understand the pizza taking over 30 min but not a salad. I checked to see if maybe the restaurant was short staffed, but there were 3-4 employees working. Also, they were playing music with excessive foul language. My nine year old kept commenting on it. Then the song started singing about taking pics of his @@@@. Please please train your employees to be better. Common sense helps as well. read more

Ordered pizza at 7:12 pm. Call restaurant at 8:12pm "Where is pizza?" Kid who answers phone: "Guy was late picking it up - won't be there for another 25 minutes"... me "and??? " Sucks to be me?? Is there not any kind of customer service where anyone is worried when someone gets cold food an hour and a half late? I just do not understand. The guy shows up and drops it in front of my door - on the ground - when we have a bench right by our door and I opened the door to receive it. Unreal. $45.00 tab for this experience. The truth is, I had high hopes for this place, they had an old-fashioned pizza oven stove (not a conveyer belt oven) at least that what their website says. But when I got the pizza I asked for the Neapolitan pizza crust, which is supposed to be very thin and it was nothing like a Neapolitan thin crust pizza. The meat toppings were mediocre. The inside of the restaurant is old and rundown which it's been there for over 30 years I understand. I don't think the same owners are the ones from 30 years ago. I tried the cinnamon rolls which is just basically pizza dough with cinnamon in between it rolled up and then a basic frosting on top so nothing special. The staff was OK each of the servers that came to assist me had multicolored hair and we're wearing shorts not very professional in my opinion. I love pizza and I'm looking for a place that makes an old style Neapolitan style pizza and this place did not cut it. read more

Never again! Ordered our food to go...they said 25-30 minutes. Told them we would be back...they asked if we were taking the food to the bar next door - we said NO. Came back 35 minutes later and they had given our paid order away because they could not find us! WTF? Who cares if we were not there when it came out...hold onto it until we come back. Give it away in 2 hours...even 1 hour...but after 10 minutes! Who does that! read more

Very good pizza, friendly staff and great place to see a football game. We ordered pizza with half red sauce and half white sauce mix, was perfect sauce. Their mini cinnamon rolls were great dessert. Can't beat hand tossed pizza and don't let the look of small pizzeria from outside deviate you, they have plenty of room inside to sit and enjoy your order. read more

I love this place! I can confidently say that for several reasons. Obviously we all want to know how the pizza is but there is more that we look at when choosing a place to go eat. Ciro's is next door to a a local brewery and will even bring the pizza to you. The pizza is delicious! The staff is awesome! And the owner is known to be versed in local brews. To start this place should change its name to catfish pizza because the pictures they post on doordash look way different then the what we got we got some of there ranch sticks and they were so thin and small definitely not worth the price and the pizza let me just say I have had better froze pizza, don't waste your money I'm convinced all the good reviews on here are employees and family of employees. This place is small and quaint, near the Goodwill on Auburn and Old Auburn. You'd never guess it but they have a phenomenal Tap List with a bit of everything for everyone: a light beer, a sour/seltzer/cider, IPAs, and a dark beer. The beers on tap are almost always from Norther CA, gotta support local and they do! One of my favorite items in the menu are the Pepperoni Bites with VEGAN cheese. Yes, they offer vegan cheese! All of their pizzas are saucy and cheesy and simply delicious. The staff is the reason to come back. They're friendly, fun, and engaging. And they're always willing to help you find a good beer. BEER TO-GO: They have a small cooler with a great selection of beers to-go and the great thing is that the prices are not outrageous. PARKING: Lot is small and shared with Goodwill so you may have an issue finding a spot. Ciro's has 2-3 spots reserved for their patrons and they're usually open. Overall, this place is an awesome spot to grab a beer and some pizza. They have a small outdoor dining area which is perfect when the weather permits. They have some bar seating in the lobby area so you can simply grab a beer and chill while you wait for your pizza. They also have quite a few booths inside with some TVs. If you're in the area, this place is worth dropping in. read more

Saw the $5 pizza slice sign outside ! Was thinking it was a grab and go slice place or a place where they sell it ready with options! Got to the counter it's $5 for a slice of cheese pizza and .50cents for the first two toppings and more after that. I figured I was starving and already there so I ordered a slice with just pepperoni. I've been here for over 15 minutes waiting on one slice I paid $6 for it better be good finally got the one slice after 20 minutes it's got good crunch to the crust and it's good but for the value wish I would of got a whole pizza at Costco for $10 read more

Oh how the mighty have fallen. What use to be the best pizza in in the area is now on par with Domino's and Caesars Pizza Pizza.. The quality has been going south for the past 8 years. The other evening I decided to give Ciro's another chance after ignoring them for 4 years. I ordered a Pisano with ricotta cheese and spinach as additional ingredients. I specifically asked for a well done thin crust in the notes. What was delivered to me was a pile of slop. The crust was no where near well done. It was limp and soggy in the center. I had exactly 6 strands of cooked spinach on my pie. In fact Ciro's skimped on ALL THE INGREDIENTS. This was the worst pie I have ever had from this once stellar business. Now here is another rub. This awful 11" pie cost me $45.00. I paid $45.00 for this load of crap and didn't even get a kiss. With a a can of soda the total was just over $50. Cito's pizza prices are over the top and bordering on obscene. And they do not provide a quality product. I have been buying pies from Ciro's for 35 years and have watched their prices skyrocket in the past 8 years while quality has plummeted. This Pisano pizza is my last with Ciro's. They have lost their way. I recommend to all reading this that you try Benji's Wood Fired Pizza in Citrus Heights. They are almost at half the price point as Ciro's but they put out outstanding quality pies. Again a customer of 35 years has now vowed to never patronize Ciro's again. They finally broke me with ridiculously high prices and producing horrible pizza pies. It is a sad day. read more

This location is consistent. We order to go regularly, the appetizers, salad and pizza's are consistently good. Our pizza's typically have modifications and they are always made correctly. My family has been going to Ciro's for years. Ruben and his team are doing a great job with their pizzas. We enjoy the family feel of the restaurant and their pizzas are always hot and great tasting. Service was 5 stars, and to be honest it's the only reason for 3 stars. I drive by this sign that says pay by slice. I thought 5 bucks for a slice is pricey but what the heck, it's a local business! Pizza taste for sure 2 stars. Even fresh out the oven. Two more stop lights ahead is costco 2.50 for the same size(if not bigger) and plus they give a soda. I went to this establishment on 12-20-24. The man that helped me with my order was really cool, and I also noticed that he was friendly and asked opinions about lagers/beer to customers whom ordered inside which is a good sign that the owner/staff is interested in legit opinions. I got the mountain top, extra thick crust! What I think makes this place stand out, is that the toppings are really fresh tasting, and the crust was good. Honestly hands down if you got the time and want a fresh pizza go here. I always went to round table and now this is my new spot. Also for the 3 and 1 star reviews. Thank you Dells Pizza for 2 people who wanted great Pizza and you delivered. We will most certainly be back again. As a matter of fact this is going to become our Staple Pizza joint from now on.

The store faced Cirby Way but the sign wasn't easily noticeable and can easily be missed. If you know where Nixtaco is it is in the same area but to access inside you would have to drive towards the back for parking and to access the entrance. Indoor seating has two sides with booths and picnic benches, there are also outdoor seating. There is a wooden book stand (free library) also. They don't offer pizza by the slice but you can get a personal size which is 4 slices. I will need to come back for that because I was craving some wings today. I chose the Garlic Parm flavor.
