Pizza is always good at slice house. As a regular of Tony's in SF it's my goto when not in the city... service is friendly and quick food is good... but it's not as good as stopping into Tony's in SF go try it.. love this place.

Amazing pizza spot! Slice house makes grabbing a slice of pizza perfect for my half hour lunches. I got the slice of the day (cant remember the name) lunch combo with a salad for $11. The service is pretty good, the employees are very nice and friendly. The only down side that comes out of the place is the heat. The establishment is so small with a pizza oven running all day its bound to get really hot in there. They do have big A/Cs blowing but its always nicer outside on their side patio. Overall one of my favorite pizza spots of all time!

Stopped in here the first time for a couple slices to go and I'm so glad I did! I got two NY style pepperoni and one grandma Folsom and they were both amazing! My husband loves NY style and he said it was perfect- nice crust and plenty of pepperoni. My slice was so delicious- spicy, flavorful and the crust was epic. It reminded me of some pizza I enjoyed in Rome. They heat up the slices for you and mine were still warm 10 minutes later at home. We will definitely be back for more.

Been wanting to try the place since they opened and was finally in the area hungry! We each ordered a different slice of pizza - sweet gino, the folsom, and pepperoni. Overall, the pizzas were good but a bit pricey. My brother loved his the folsom slice and was on the fence of ordering another one. He said it was flavorful with fresh ingredients and perfectly crispy yet soft. My sweet gino slice and my boyfriend's pepperoni slice was underwhelming. Both were a bit dry and greasy. I wished they offered more vegetarian slice options in their case! May come back to try one of their whole vegetarian pizza options!

Stopped here with some coworkers after visiting an offsite location. I had never heard of Slice House, but both of them had and were pretty excited to see one in the area. The parking lot was big, clean, and had plenty of spots available, which is always a win. Ambiance: 8 /10 From the outside you can tell it is a clean, modern spot. Inside it gives you that classic pizzeria feel, and I am always here for a good pizza joint vibe. There was plenty of seating inside, and outside they had a nice patio area with a drop down TV. I could easily see this being a fun place to watch a game, grab a beer, and split a few slices. One thing I appreciated was the stack of pizza boxes near the drink station. If you need a to go box, you just grab one yourself. Simple and efficient. Service: 6 / 10 This is an order at the counter and seat yourself kind of place, so there is not a ton of interaction. The little bit of service I did experience was pleasant and quick. No issues there. Food: 8 / 10 Now the important part. The pizza was definitely good. I would put it in my top five pizza spots so far. It is one of those places where you pick your slice and they pop it back in the oven to heat it up to your preferred level of crispiness. I love that feature because it makes it taste fresh instead of just warmed up. There is not one close to my area, unfortunately. But if I find myself back that way and craving pizza, I would absolutely stop in again. If you are on the fence, just give it a try. It is worth it.

Stopped at the atm next door and saw a packed house at this pizza joint. The pizza was tasty the sauce had great flavor. The guy in front taking our order could brush up on the customer service but I would be back to try more. Wasn't disappointed in the food at all.

Only tried this once before when they opened. Went in today for lunch to try it again. Wow! It did not disappoint. So many options and all unique. We tried The Folsom, NY style Hot Honey and Detroit style Motörhead. The crunch on the Motörhead was incredible, it the whole sides and bottom of the pizza with a crunch in every bite! The hot honey had such a good flavor and the crunchy crust was on point. The Folsom has unique flavor too. I honestly cannot say which one I liked the most. They were all so good. Can't wait to try other flavors.

Had work in the area and stopped in to see if this is good pizza . I got a corner Sicilian and a plain slice. This is good pizza . As soon as I walked in the service was friendly and ordered right away. If in this area or passing by , this is definitely a place to grab a slice or a whole pie. The jnside is quaint and good for eating in if preferred but I took mine to go.

Pizza Heaven on earth! This is an absolute pizza lovers dream. They have it all. They even have different types of pizza crusts! They have a selection of crusts like Sicilian, New York, Grandma Style, Detroit, and traditional. The store has a counter display of pies to select from that are full of flavor with gigantic slices chock full of pizza toppings. Most people buy by the slice here and most slices are huge. You won't need more than just one but challenge yourself and try a few flavors, you can always take it home! Service has also improved greatly since its opening, many thanks to all the helpful staff there.

It's been awhile since I've stopped by and it's still on point! Still has that neighborhood pizza vibe. I got the wiseguy and my wife got the traditional. Both were really good. I get a side of hot honey and my wife gets the house ranch. The hot honey is my favorite! Great pie, great service, and you get bang for your buck!

We always come to slice house whenever we get pizza cravings! Started ordering through DoorDash and we were never disappointed with the quality, portion, and taste! We usually get one deep dish and the classics to share for two and it always hits the spot! They also have special pizzas of the day and we love getting those! Slice house is definitely the place to order for pizza parties!!

I had been looking forward to trying Slice House in Folsom and made the 40+ minute drive to finally check it out. I visited around 3-4 PM and ordered the Drunken Italian Sicilian slice, which was featured as the slice of the day. Unfortunately, it was extremely hard and tasted stale. The crust was so tough it even cut my lip, which made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. Since I had driven a long distance, I decided to give it another chance during the same visit and ordered a classic New York cheese slice. Unfortunately, this one also missed the mark. It did not reflect the texture or quality I would expect from a New York-style pizza. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of both slices, especially given the reputation and the distance I traveled. If you are looking for a slice that meets true New York standards, I recommend Marilyn's Pizza in Midtown Sacramento.

I might have found the answer to my "I can't decide what kind of pizza to get " issue- This is a pizza lover's heaven- you can choose to get Detroit style or NY style- and you can get SLICES! I know I know it's in the name, but I didn't realize slice House was a pizza place - maybe that's because I found it by accident- either way it was delicious, filling, and really fun to look at all the options and decide. The restaurant smell smells amazing of course! Pretty nice folks inside too. Absolutely give it a try and do it soon.

We tried several dishes and went with the recommendation of the pappardelle. It wasn't my personal favorite, so I wouldn't mark the restaurant down simply because it didn't suit my taste. I will say, though, that both my date and I felt the braised ribs had a flavor and texture that reminded us more of canned tuna. I know that sounds wild, but I just couldn't convince my brain that I was actually eating beef! That said, the calamari was delicious, as were the roasted artichoke hearts. We also really enjoyed the seafood linguine, which had great flavor. Add a couple of adult beverages and some good conversation, and it made for a great date night away from the kids. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back to try some more of the menu. If you're in Folsom and looking for a nice place for dinner, I'd definitely recommend giving Fioris a try!

We ordered the Diavola pizza and a peach salad to share. The pizza has a nice crust, but everything else about it was nearly flavorless. No heat or spice at all. Salami seemed cheap. Lots of basic supermarket black olives, if that is your thing. The peach salad... First glace it looked like they forgot the grilled peaches. Then, we find the small crouton-looking things on the plate WERE the peaches. They were not fresh, they were tiny, shriveled and had the texture of a dried peach. Also, cold. Probable been in a cooler for a few days. This was terrible, no excuse for this garbage. The greens and dressing were good, in fairness. -Service was just OK. Server was a little hard to understand, and took a very long time to come take our order. He was friendly enough I suppose, but a bit awkward. Verdict: We will not be back. Nice looking place but the food was absolutely sub-par. How this food earned 4 and a half stars on Yelp is one of God's great mysteries.

We like the medium-to-thick style crust that is hand-thrown, and Skipolini's has just that. The price is a little higher, but the size offered made up for it. Food, ambiance, and customer service are phenomenal just as they were my first two dining experiences. I definitely was late to the party. Skipolini's was not on my radar until Carmichael friends ask me to meet them here. It is their numero uno pizza spot for sure. Impressed then and equally impressed now after once again consuming salad, pizza, and a glass of wine. I must attest to the freshest and crispiest romaine salad ever! It is now my gold standard for how a salad should taste. Plus, it was huge. Unless you have not eaten in a week, this salad can be and should be shared or for next day's yummy leftovers. We were in group of 10 people including kids! Skipolinis is family friendly and casual. So our little group fit in perfectly. Unfortunately, very little photo taking happening (You may check out my previous visit photos.). But lots of eating, talking and just having a great time over delicious food! The kids were all loving their pizzas! I saw a few lasagna dishes which looked amazing. And a sangria or two also. I may have to try that sangria next time! Speaking of kids... Skipolini's has a super nice outside playground which gets a lot of use in warmer weather. Our waitperson handled the table like a pro! So customer service remains fantastic. Everyone there is most welcoming. Oh, if you are a single or a couple wanting a more low lights, subdued experience... head for the big, beautiful bar. It is set up perfectly to relax and enjoy the vibes. I definitely need to get back to Skipolini's more in 2026! Carve out a little time to enjoy some great food and service "Skipolini" style. Verdict: Two thumbs up!
