My wife called to inquire and was told that there was no such order made and my wife expressed her concern that someone took her order and her credit card information. The manager was not helpful and suggested we check to see if the charges were sent through. Did not offer ANY kind of resolution. I called a few minutes after she had finished talking with the manager who was discourteous. Before calling the store I had investigated the suggested actions to take to resolve an issue. I also read the company values and mission statement and the manager did NOT meet ANY of the missions statements set by your company. I asked him to give me the local franchise owners information and he refused. I reminded him that the online directions for complaint resolution from your company directed me to ask for that information but he refused and hung up on me in mid sentence. Your manager NEVER ONCE, offered a resolution and was rude, disrespectful and dismissive of the fact that someone in his store made an error. The placement of this caliber of person in charge of others and store management is an error in judgment.
