We'd normally get a regular large cheese pizza and it was always cooked to perfection back then, but now the cheese tastes off and the overall quality of the pizza just isn't there anymore. The location itself has seen better days too. I've been there on multiple occasions where there's a putrid smell coming from somewhere within the place. It's not every time, but it's enough to be noticeable. Above all else, the staff has always been kind here. I've never had anyone be rude here. I also read the company values and mission statement and the manager did NOT meet ANY of the missions statements set by your company. I asked him to give me the local franchise owners information and he refused. I reminded him that the online directions for complaint resolution from your company directed me to ask for that information but he refused and hung up on me in mid sentence. Your manager NEVER ONCE, offered a resolution and was rude, disrespectful and dismissive of the fact that someone in his store made an error. The placement of this caliber of person in charge of others and store management is an error in judgment.
